Very relaxing, staff was super nice and sweet. They were very caring to my needs and gave me lots of great tips for next time. I also did the oxygen bar and it was amazing!! This has totally relaxed me! Highly recommend!

True Rest is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them if you want relaxation and stress release.

I absolutely LOVED my 60 minute float! Words cannot truly describe the full body, joint, and muscle relaxation and reprieve from pain. Also, the clarity of mind to pray and be in to the moment was surreal. I am definitely looking forward to going back! - Misty Hunter

This was my first time doing a float and it was so relaxing! Briana was amazing as well! She provided an inviting environment, guidance, and just an overall sense of calm. I'll definitely be going back!

I love this place! I feel so relaxed and recharge every time I float! Joseph and the owner are fantastic! Do yourself a favor, and book a float. Better yet- become a member, you won’t regret it!

This is my happy place! Staff always greets me with a smile, they are unreasonably accomodating, and are open on evenings and weekends, so I can always find an appointment that works with the rest of my life. Floating has become a powerful tool in my mental and physical health; even my husband comments about how noticeable of a difference my energy feels when I get home. DO NOT DISMISS THE EXPERIENCE AFTER YOUR FIRST TIME!! It takes a few sessions before your brain and body figure out what's happening and how to sink into it. Welcome to next level wellness!!

When I first signed up a year ago, I liked True Rest. Don’t get me wrong, I still love to float but when I use up my credits, I’m done with them. The last few times I’ve gone, it’s not as clean as it used to be. The counter staff aren’t very welcoming, attentive or well trained. I’ve had to ask for ointment, not to play start music (and they do anyway). They’ve forgotten to put towels in the room. At one point I realized I wasn’t getting my quarterly perks. I was told I had to ask for them and I could not get them retroactively. At nine months I asked, I was told you only get one perk a year so I passed on the spa credit wanting the unlimited month. I hit 12 months a couple weeks ago and asked about my unlimited month and was told I don’t qualify because i changed the number a visits per month. I could only get the six month perk. Since they are no longer interested in customer service, clean facilities, or honoring their programs, I’m no longer interested in giving them my money.

I went in on a monday just to check it out before booking. The young lady that was behind the desk let me in early and was hospitable. She was very pleasant to speak with. I booked for me and my friends the following Wednesday. Andrew the manager was there. He made it a great experience for my friends who hadn’t floated before. The center was clean. There were plenty of towels and average shower products. The float pods were modern, easy to run and clean. The oxygen bar was a nice way to end the session while having tea served to you. I recommend True Rest. What a lovely experience.

Tried to call multiple times threw BMI never got call back for an appointment would rellay like to try it and have a call back sure interested and will change reviews on results considering never tried

Awesome experience! This was so relaxing after a weekend gymnastics meet and combating jetlag. The staff was so kind, helpful, and calming! It was exactly what we needed!

I have been in here several times the past year. This is a lovely experience if you like rest but don't want a message. You float and relax. You will float. Be sure you read all they say on their website, that helped me. The two employees I've seen here are attentive and gentle and will answer all questions

I started here for anxiety. I also go to therapy and have done EMDR. Both have helped and I don’t have panic attacks any longer. This really helps me feel more rested and balanced. It’s lovely that they have some nice things for after the float session.
