This was my first time visiting True Rest Spa! I can’t say enough about the experience. Very relaxing and a perfect start to a slow saturday morning. Vanessa was very accommodating and explained everything throughly. She made it a very welcoming environment and answered any questions asked! We definitely plan to come back soon!

What an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Made our float experience great. The oxygen bar and tea afterwards is a really nice touch. Will definitely be returning.

Another first timer! Facility is very clean, and the atmosphere is quite relaxing. The water in the pod is nicely and warm, like the perfect temperature for me. The spa rooms are very nice and have everything you need. The rain head shower, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided for you and really add a nice touch to your float. After your session, they have an oxygen bar and some delicious tea to complete your experience. Well worth the money and I plan on going again.

I absolutely love my floating days. The entire staff is so kind and the minute you walk in you feel welcome. The spa is so clean and they have everything you need. A lot of my back and neck pain has disappeared, my headaches are far less frequent and the level of peace and mental clarity gained is astounding. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

It was a fun experience to be in a chamber devoid of any light or sound. You can choose to leave it open or have the lights on or play music so there are a lot of options but I wanted it silent and dark. It was a wonderful hour! The facility is spotless and the staff is very helpful and kind. I will certainly be back as I purchased two more sessions as I was leaving.

Really great experience at the Pelican Ave location! So peaceful. Will definitely do again! Natalie and Liz are a terrific duo! Definitely refresh yourself on ways to make the float more enjoyable with them.

Was excited about finally receiving some relief. Unfortunately, I was denied the service due to my hair color. Told I’d be charged $500 for damage because of the henna damaging their float spas. Very disappointing.

Updated: Leaving my original review below for historical reference because i think it showcases in a positive light the management of this facility. The facility manager reached out to me and apologized about this after seeing my review, she mentioned that they have had an electrician come out to fix the lights and comp'd me a free float on my account. I respect a business that handles their business appropriately. :Old Review: Issue with lights lately. I love floating, I've been coming here to address physical issues with training since they opened. 2 of the last 3 times i came they had issues with their lights in the rooms (not shutting off). Just as your starting to float off and find your zen you realize the lights are still on. getting out and turning them off kinda kills that whole zen vibe your trying to get into when you have to turn back on your mind and fix a problem. If I have to intercom up to front desk the least bit of courtesy they could do is reset my timer, it's not my fault their lights are having issues but I end up paying for it in the detriment to my float experience. in the future if I continue to go back I turn off the lights manually instead of chancing having to do it mid float.

This was a birthday present given to me on 2/28th the gift card said use by 8/25th. I called on the 28th and they took me. I was skeptic cause I can’t swim or float. But I enjoyed myself in the capsule of epson salt. It took a minute for me to calm down but eventually I did. I do plan to come back and give gift cards to family and friends

True rest float spa is amazing.. this is my 2nd float back it’s been some years but the experience is nothing short of amazing.. pure serenity. Tahira was is an amazing representative & really elevated our customer experience! She answered all of our questions & made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire process! Wonderfully calming experience. The techs were superrrrr professional and warm. The facility was very clean. Took my daughter for a moms day spa treatment and it was well worth the drive into Charlotte. Would float again 10/10 :)
