I have been a client of TrueREST for several years. Each experience has been wonderful. The visit always helps with relaxation and time to focus just on me. I always leave with a relaxed body, rejuvenated skin, and mental clarity. The pod is great for mental and physical health. The staff is always friendly and helpful. During one of my visits I met the new owners. They have done a great job of upgrading the spa, retaining wonderful staff, and providing a relaxing lounge with an oxygen bar, beverages, books, and journals. I hope your experience is as enjoyable as mine have been.

This is my favorite place. The only downfall I have ever seen is....I really wish they would let me come in and hyperfixate deep clean the shower area.

I love going to float at TrueRest! Today, I took my sister from Tucson and she enjoyed it immensely. I purchased a monthly membership so I can go on a regular basis. Give a try, you won’t regret it!

Was not for me. The atomosphere was great but the soap dispensers broke off the wall easily and skin became very inflamed and painful.

What a beautiful experience at True Rest Float Spa. Welcoming from the moment we entered the door our name on the entrance as Welcome to 1st Time Floaters until we departed. The experience and personnel at Easton was amazing. No Pressure to buy packages! You either love it and will come back or not. It sells itself! Try this experience one time! Give it as a gift. I absolutely love TrueRest! The staff are all so kind and the experience of floating is one of the most relaxing experiences. I used to get regular massage and have switched to regular floating. The mental and physical benefits are unmatched. I would recommend that everyone try this!

Hanna and Ariel have been great and so has other staff members as a veteran and healthcare worker I recommend this at least 2x a month it has helped my breathing and further my experience of relaxing .

Wonderful experience. The facility was clean and provided everything you would need for a positive experience. The attendant was Ariel, who was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and informative. She made us very comfortable!🩷

I love doing floats. I request no music and no lights. It really gives you that peace and quiet, that free relaxing space to clear your mind. The pods are well kept, the shower had sufficient soap, shampoo, etc. The staff was friendly and were available to explain anything or provide anything to make my float as relaxing as it could be.

I love tru rest, my wife bought me the fathers day package and got me 3 floats. I enjoy how relaxing it is to float, shutting completely off! If the prices were cheaper or more great deals come a long, I would float more frequently for sure.

Really cool experience. It was very relaxing and I will definitely be back. I had slight muscle soreness from lifting and it was gone when I left.

Very friendly and calming atmosphere. However, it's hard to get the salt out of every area of your body. The scented oxygen is amazing

EDIT: see photo. April 12th I tried calling Easton. Left a voicemail. Called again, got the desk. They said to call Powell. Called Powell and Frankie answered. Said she tried to process it a few days ago but it must not have gone through (if she had, why not email me back, then, to let me know?). I stayed on the phone while she then processed it and I received an email confirmation of the refund. Not changing my review given how difficult and time-consuming it has been to grant myself the customer service they said they would given my negative experience floating. I’ve worked in customer service, so I’m generally a very understanding and patient person when it comes to these issues. But I really don’t appreciate being ignored and treated like an after thought. Incredibly disappointing. OP March ‘24: I was supposed to get a refund after my service on March 9th. I’ve contacted them multiple times, used their texting service several times, but keep getting no responses or run-around answers. This is getting ridiculous. I’ll change my review if someone will just take care of this for me… I’m sure you have my number…
