The consultant who greeted me was so very informative and conversational! I apologize that I have forgotten that person's name. The FLOAT and oxygen bar experience was out of this world. It truly is a weightless REST. The oxygen bar is so helpful! I had the lemongrass and it was very pleasant! If I lived closer, I'd definitely be getting a membership! Thank you!

My kids and husband really enjoyed the experience. It's less than a massage, and the relaxing benefits seem equal. In fact, it seems like the long-term relaxing benefits are better than a massage because your muscles aren't even a tiny bit sore after. They actually feel great.

This was my 2nd Float on Saturday! Loved it! Megan went above & beyond to make sure my 2nd experience was great as the first. My light was out in my original pod however she switched my room at the last minute! She gave alot of positive energy to my experience! Will definitely be back! :)

It was my first time going to this place and doing this type of activity. I really enjoyed it. One thing I did not like was that inside my float the colorful lights were not working neither in the room. So when I the lights turned off it was pitch black. As a first time person doing this it was unsettling and panicking. When I used the call button and explained to the staff they mentioned they couldn’t do anything about it and the previous customer also mentioned it didn’t work. Knowing it was my first time I would had appreciated that they did not put me in a pod that didn’t have all the features it was supposed to have. They had to leave the main light on in the room. I feel like that messed the experience up a bit.

**A Truly Relaxing Experience!** I recently visited the True Rest Float Spa and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the serene atmosphere and welcoming staff made me feel at ease. The float therapy was incredible; it provided the perfect environment to unwind and disconnect from the outside world. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, and the staff took the time to explain the process and ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The experience left me feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and more centered than I have felt in a long time. Was wonderful. I can't wait to go back! Hoping things just get better with each float! I have fibromyalgia and some other issues but I feel a minor difference for sure, can't wait for the full effect!

First time floater, the experience is unique to the individual. I’d suggest researching pro/cons first. Make sure your hydrated with water to avoid dehydration. If you have motion sickness like I forgot I did, just keep the top open. Get out and run cold water on yourself and drink some water. It’s great for practicing your meditation if you have problems with thought distractions.

Wow! What an experience!! KJ was amazing and very helpful providing all instructions and answering questions that I had as this was my first time floating.very clean facility had all things to accommodate cleaning the salt off after Highly recommended the “journey” playlist for your float it helps make it fly by. I go for monthly massages and I can say I had immediate relief and could argue i feel better after than my massages. 10/10 I will be back Word of caution: when you hear the your float is finished warning SIT UPP or you will be drowned with salt water lol!

The two people working the front were very nice and helpful. The facilities were clean. The spa experience itself was nice as well. My first time going so it was a little bit of a learning curve with trying to figure things out and calm my nerves with floating in the water, but definitely a nice experience and would go back again.

Had my first visit here a few nights ago and am kicking myself for not coming sooner! My mom and I had received Mother’s Day gift cards last year and we kept putting off scheduling. Jared was very thorough and welcoming and made the whole process very comfortable! Definitely want to come back again!

Great place to take some time to get to relax. You may need to go a few times to get the full benefit, but definitely worth it. Just wish there was a closer location than in west Omaha

Beautiful place, attentive staff. I did not find it as peaceful and relaxing as I'd hoped I would. Something about "letting go" while in water is contradictory to my programming.

Wow!!!!! I never knew floating for an hour would be so enjoyable and release so much stress! This please is too notch! Plan to be there for a min of 1.5 hours to get the full experience. Highly recommend!!

The owners and staff are so nice! Everytime I've been in I feel so comfortable. The spa is great, with all of the amenities you would hope for, and the float baths are so relaxing. Highly recommend!!!

This was a great experience. It's a very calm, clean ,serene setting. The shower and pods were clean and nice. I appreciated the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for after. The float itself was amazing. It left my body feeling physically great, my skin felt amazing, and my mental was relaxed. The salts not only helped my achy muscles but helped my skin heal as well. I thought it would dry me out, it did not. I would recommend floating over a body massage.

This was so great for me it is all it said it is the internet pod made me so calm floating on that water I have claustrophobic tendencies and issues and with this I was able to close the lid turn off the light and just be in my own Zen I love this place I would definitely be back and I would recommend this to any of my family and friends suffering from any pains surgery memory stress and oxygen bar oh stress reliever they treat you well here the lady that took care of me she was awesome she knows her job she's happy doing it you can tell and I will be back this was an awesome experience thank you a great ending to my 52nd birthday thank you Adriana for my gift
