Wow! It really does go by fast! Super relaxing, clean and just a great all-around experience. Myke was the best part. He was so attentive and genuinely cared about our experience! Will definitely be back! My very sore swimmer told me that he wasn’t sore after his session and he loved it!

It is a place for you to relax, unwind and let go of the distractions of the outside world. So many amenities are included for you to enjoy your float from shower, towels, bath soap, shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, lounge area with books, journals, even oxygen. Amberlynn is always kind and welcoming.

I had an amazing experience, and I can't recommend it enough! . The tea provided was delightful, with a light licorice flavor that reminded me of the Aveda Comfort Tea. Dixie was another gemt. It was so comforting to chat with her after my session. I took some time to read, and then I enjoyed the oxygen bar, which was a unique and refreshing experience. The highlight was definitely the pod itself. I've been to other float places, but this one truly stands out. At previous locations, I had issues with earbuds letting water get into my ears, which was quite uncomfortable. The pod allows you to customize your experience with different light settings and music options. I ended up getting a membership and went back twice in one week because I had the best sleep after my sessions! If you’re looking for a top-notch float experience, this is the place to be!

We love the experience and they make you feel like your home with good company. It's relaxing and helps with your body if you are going through health issues. It gave me a boost of energy.

Exceptional! I have been to many different true rest spas across the United States. This is the first to give extra towles and wash cloths. They have state of the art mirrors that are touch screen to adjust the lights and other stuff. The full-size hair dryer was a plus as well. This truly was a true rest. Thank you.

Jay was awesome from the minute we walked in! Super clean environment throughout the entire facility and the customer service is top notch!! And they even have a massage therapist, Mike, there onsite to give you a massage afterwards! And let me tell you, it is the perfect ending to a great relaxing float! My husband and I are definitely coming back!! Thank you Jay and Mike for helping us to relax and unwind, it was awesome!! Oh, and you have to try the tea…it’s delicious! Can’t wait to come back.

What a soothing place of tranquility. Jay was the kindest most accommodating host. He definitely catered to our group of birth workers and helped customize our experiences. His space was tranquil, warm and welcoming with great vibes that match his character. My experience as a first time Floater surpassed every expectation. Would absolutely recommend coming to True REST for the optimal opportunity for relaxation and tranquility! The owner, Jay, was so accommodating and answered all the questions I threw his way. One of the best benefits of salt floats is the relaxation and peace it brings to pregnancy. As a birth worker, I would highly recommend any pregnant momma to visit the spa. You won't regret it!

Got husband a Groupon. He had a great time. Personalized service with a light machine shoulder massage before. My experience with Groupon has been that you don't quite get the same experience as someone paying full price, but that's not the case here. He praised the staff highly.

My husband and i were extremely pleased to go to Tru Rest. I don't even have words to explain how great it was, the only thing that I can said is PLEASE TRY IT YOU WON'T REGRET!, now and days we are so full of stress and anxiety that we don't take care of the relationship of our body-mind, we'll this place help you to reconnect with you and your mind, I feel so great after the floating, that like my husband said this place is a golden gem. They explained to us that if you have arthritis, back pain, fibromyalgia, or any other pain, this can help you a lot.

Amazing experience! As someone who finds it impossible to relax or truly take some “me time” this was perfect! The float itself was super relaxing and actually helped slow down the never ending racing thoughts. Plus, it literally forced me to go off the grid for a bit! Thank you Jay for allowing me to come experience something I probably wouldn’t have otherwise tried. Evelyn was also incredibly helpful and mad me feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience. I never knew how much I needed this until today! I will absolutely be back and I think everyone should try it. No doubt I will be recommending to plenty others to try!

Great place! Always wanted to try sensory deprivation and you can choose how the environment around you is. The owner is very kind, down to earth, and obviously loves what he does! Give it a try at least once! You won’t regret it!

Jay was amazing! I had a very enjoyable experience and felt pampered. This was a very clean and relaxing establishment. The time after the float was also nice just relaxing in the lobby and reading or adult coloring for a little. LOVED! Will be back when again!

This was my first time floating, and it was unlike anything I’ve ever tried before. I was surprised at how deeply I could relax, It was truly the most restful experience I’ve had all year. Better than sleep. With a meditation technique suggested by the owner, and full sensory deprivation, I was able to surrender in a way that I’ve never experienced before. I left feeling cleansed, renewed, and much lighter. The whole vibe of this place was unmatched by any spa I’ve been to. After floating there’s a middle room where you can reset before entering back into the world, and it was marvelous to have that time after, drinking tea, while connected to an oxygen bar, and reading one of his interesting books, coloring or sharing in conscious conversation with the like minded people. I’m sharing this because I know a lot of people are just like me, looking for this experience but don’t know where to go, so here it is. True Rest at Stone Oak is truly amazing. The owner, Jay, has really created something special—a place where everyone can feel welcomed, comfortable, and like royalty basking in the abundance of well being.
