I had a horrible experience. I bought a Groupon to use it in AZ , I have floated about 10 years ago , this time they cancel my appointment less than one hour prior my schedule float to tell me they could not honor my voucher. I have tried to get my money back and no luck. Do not waste your money instead of a relaxing experience I got a stressful experience . Use your money wisely . Terrible service

This place is an absolute disaster! The sensory deprivation pod didn’t work at all...constant noise from outside (listening to car doors shut and people talking in the lobby), black mold, and cockroaches. It was anything but relaxing. If you’re looking for a calming experience, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I left more stressed than when I walked in.

Most inconsiderate business owners I have ever had to deal with. The plastic tubs and lack of care from the managers and owners is evident and gross neglect for customer service. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION (P.S not to mention the manager asked me to help her get a cockroach out of one of the back rooms) DO NOT GO

Unfortunately, I was working out at the gym next door when an employee from here came inside loudly asking MVMT staff to come help kill a cockroach. Thankfully, the manager at MVMT was kind enough to go inside the establishment and take care of a problem that was not theirs. I am terrified of cockroaches. Won't be coming here.

Worst experience ever. First of all the lack of sanitation is criminal, mold everywhere, dead bugs that haven’t been cleaned. It’s like they’ve never cleaned the building since they opened. I would NOT want to spend another minute in there and I’m sure anyone with any level of standard of cleanliness wouldn’t either. And that’s only the FIRST problem. Upon entry my first time before I even got a chance to say a word they were already so rude, wouldn’t even make eye contact or even attempt to crack a smile or speak with any level of an agreeable tone. The bare minimum of customer service or working front desk is having basic human decency or manners. The overall experience is grotesque, off-putting, and miserable. I Would leave 0 stars if it was possible. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE go if they care about their health. It’s almost laughable how badly taken care of the place is, I can only imagine what the homes of the employees would look like if their standards for cleanliness are THAT low.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! The benefits physically and mentally were immediate and palpable. I would love to do this everyday if I could! Will absolutely be doing this again

It was my first float and it was a very relaxing experience. One suggestion I would make is to give an option for the light in the room to be able to be turned on manually After my The slope. Simply to make it easier to find one things and navigate safely. Otherwise absolutely excellent.!

We enjoyed the experience however we did not feel like the service was amazing. We felt we were lacking instruction as it was our first time. We would have loved for a more relaxing and quiet environment as well as a warmer pod for myself. But it was definitely a cool experience and relaxing for the most part.

Fantastic Float today! Arrived early due to a change in my personal schedule, although I was scheduled for Pod 2, the fabulous staff immediately offered me Pod 5 which was clean and ready for immediate use. This extra courtesy is why I continue to exclusively go to the Scottsdale TrueRest location.

Since I still haven’t received a response from True Rest, I’m posting my review publicly. I’ve had a membership at the Scottsdale True Rest for a long time now, and joined at the recommendation of my doctor. I was very excited to visit again today after a hiatus, during which I was diagnosed with mold illness (CIRS). Since I have a lot of floats saved up, I was excited to spend a lot of time here as part of my ongoing treatment. You can imagine how disappointed I was to see black mold all over the lobby curtains, rusty ceiling vents, and bubbling ceiling paint - all indicating water damage and mold. This location is not safe for me - or probably anyone else - to enjoy a float.

My wife and I went to the Scottsdale location while on vacation. It was my first time using a float tank, my wife’s second. We both really enjoyed our experience. It was a very relaxing experience.

The facility was clean, well and calming. I was walked through the entire process prior to my float, and after my float. I noticed a dramatic release of tension in my shoulders and upper back, which is where I experience the most discomfort. Can't wait to float again.

This was the first time I have been back to True Float. It was even better than I remembered. A totally worth it experience. Amanda was awesome and helped to make it extra special with a delicious warm tea afterward while I was at the O2 bar. I had a very painful shoulder ache when I went in. An hour later after the float the pain was all gone. I signed up for a monthly membership and even tried my hand at a prize spin and won an extra float!

Appointment started 25 minutes late. Could here weights pounding on floor from gym on other side of wall, and water was cold. This was NOT a peaceful or pleasant float!

Excellent facility, high end spa feel. I’ve been floating at TrueRest every month or so for several years. For me, floating is a very special brain candy. It’s so immersive. Sometimes I focus on ideas, life decisions or sometime my toes. It’s an incredible rare spice to have in my life.

I had a really nice first float. It was very relaxing and unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Inside the pod, it was very quiet and I couldn't hear anything (despite there being a gym close-by), so it made it very easy to relax. The 10mins free oxygen bar with the first visit was a nice amenity, too, and the receptionist was great. Thank you!

I've been floating for the 30+ years, in different cities. This is my second experience with True Rest location. The Scottsdale location is my favorite. Friendly staff, always willing to answer questions. The pod rooms are clean and there are hair dryers to use. The Oasis Room is a place to relax and continue to experience the float experience. Highly recommend!!

My husband I were so excited to finally use a gift certificate that was given to us by a dear friend. We were a little bummed out on the gal that greeted us and started our process. I had Told her that it was our very 1st time and although we’d watched the video had some questions. She seemed annoyed whenever we asked questions and her energy was just not pleasant! When she explained about the music and our choice we were very clear that we wanted the music only on for the 10 minutes and then again 5 minutes before…. Sadly the music okayed for 35 minutes and took much of our ZEN away. (The music was not our choice… So it’s not the kind of music that we would typically listen to.!). When I brought This up she didn’t apologize at all just said that it only played for 15 minutes. Which is 100% not true. I had My pod open for claustrophobic reasons and sadly looked at my phone to double chk. Nonetheless… she made us feel uncomfortable and not welcome. I loved the 10 minutes of quietness that I had And I loved The float tank! Just did not have the best customer service experience. I will possibly try another location!
