Admittedly, I'm obsessed with floating. However, most of the reason is because thos place is so tranquil and clean. The staff are always so accommodating and professional. I love my 90 minutes of bliss as often as I can!

Last week, I was scrolling through social media and came across the ad on facebook, and wanted to try something new on a whim! I went out to the Spa ,and the Float expert Kate , made me feel at ease and was super helpful before, and after the float. Any questions she was super knowledgeable on. After the float I felt much relaxed, and less stressed. I plan on returning periodically.

This is BY FAR……THE BEST LOCATION IN OVER 200 MILES RADIUS!!! Location is clean, quiet, service is impeccable &&& you leave here wanting to spend more time orrrrr excited for the next visit!!! We call this place ZENII away from our ZEN. KATE & the other ladies do an AMAZING JOB!!!

Absolutely fabulous! Floating gives me the best night’s sleep and eliminates pain and soreness in my legs and back. To top it off, the staff are the nicest, most helpful people you are going to find.

I've been going here regularly for a year now. This place and the employees has been nothing short of AMAZING! ROCKSTARS! totally welcoming. Understanding. Compassionate. If I could give them 10 stars I would. And I seen a review for the place stinking and smelling like chlorine. I do believe it's actually epsom salt and hydrogen peroxide you're smelling sir. Not chlorine. And why leave a bad review based on the place being hygienic?. That's why you're smelling what you're smelling. You should leave a review based off the service. And I'm sure it was top notch. They always are.

Amazing experience!! recently visited float spa and the experience was truly rejuvenating. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, with soft lighting and soothing scents that set the tone for relaxation. Kate was so great and helpful with my whole experience!

I had a phenom first experience here, highly highly recommend!! It was always on my bucket list and it's highly comfortable and customizable to your comfort level. And Kate who toured us for the intro was absolutely delightful and was the defining point of the experience that led us to immediately book our next session.

My experience at True Rest in Greentree was absolutely incredible. The sales associate Kate was amazing. She told me she was there to take care of me and she did not disappoint. The float experience itself was exactly what I expected, and afterwards I felt even better than I expected. My body felt so good after being sore from my workout the day before. Between the float and antigravity massage chair, I truly can’t believe how much better my body feels. I love the addition of the oxygen bar as well. I loved that they encouraged breath work during your session and journaling after as well. I will absolutely be back!

Oh my! I had such an amazing experience at True Rest South Hills! Kate is the absolute best. She was very welcoming, attentive & informative. The ambiance is awesome. It was an overall wonderful experience. I’ll be back.

The staff made me feel so welcome and talked me through all the details of what to expect for my first visit. Spotlessly clean space. You get shown to your room and then informed what to expect throughout. It was surreal. You float and "disappear" from the world and the noise of the outside world. I can't wait to go back again. You're in for a treat.

I booked today an appointment for me and my wife. When we get there they only booked for me and we lost our time. The place is small and smell gross just like chlorine all over. The prices are crazy high as well. Not recommended

Prepaid floats for unscheduled sessions are non-refundable. Ear plugs are 100% necessary otherwise the inside of your ears will crunch from all the salt and chemicals for the next month. Their earplugs appear to fall apart so I suggest bringing your own!

Truly a relaxing experience. The staff there are very friendly and make the experience great. They offer tea and water and have oxygen as well that you can take after. The float itself was a unique experience that everyone should try.

I enjoyed the experience, but, I have an acute sense of smell and I was smelling mildew, which distracted from a totally relaxing encounter. I guess with all the humidity it's to be expected, but, I got out of the pod before the hour was up. Amenities are lovely, an Oxygen bar, oolong tea, a resting place to hang out after. I LOVE this concept.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly. It's such a calming atmosphere, for obvious reasons. I've had many great floats here. Tea is excellent, too. If you haven't floated yet, what are you waiting for?

This place is amazing! From the second you open the door and they great you by your first name, and explained everything last detail, gave to a cup of hot heat the flavor of the day mind you. They walk you into a room where you watch a brief video on how the float works and what to expect, and then the walk you to you personal suite. The whole experience is such a relaxing, beautiful experience. I definitely recommend True Rest Float Spa, I love the 2 employees in South Hills the day my best friend and I went. It is a must try, you will not be disappointed. I would love to thank them so much for making our first experience so enjoyable, we will definitely be back. To the owners, you have an amazing business and such great employees, you should be proud of them, they do a great job at making your guest feel at ease, and no questions feel stupid.

Went for my birthday and it was the most unbelievable experience I’ve ever had. It’s so tranquil and gets your mind off of anything and everything you have going on. Very hygienic and great staff! Loved the oxygen bar and complimentary tea!
