Hopefully, April is reading this. She has been good to me, but needs to know about my experience today. First off, I tried calling the 733-6424 number, and it does not work. I wanted to check if the Skinsceuticals LHA toner was in stock. When the phone didn't ring/go through, I decided to go there in person (10:18 am) today. When I walked in, there were three ladies at the Dopps Chiropractor front reception. Mind you, Tru Skin Spa shares the same building with Dopps Chiropractic. At this time, it didn't appear busy. When I asked one of the ladies about the toner, she seemed irritated and not happy about having to check downstairs on the toner. I even apologized to her about the inconvenience. When she asked me to wait in the Dopps lobby, I was perplexed. For off, just because I am checking on a product status, doesn't mean I would stop there. On many occasions at this spa, I would spend over $500 on Skinsceuticals, because it is an amazing skincare line. I was prepared to do so today. Instead, I was left with the impression of being profiled as a potential thief. This is the first time of many visits, where I have not been invited to look around the spa store. In the past, if I asked about a specific product, no other esthetician/representative would request that I wait in the Dopps lobby. When I paid, I told the ladies to have a nice weekend and no response. This has got to be one of the most absurd ways of doing business. No thanks! I will continue to go to Stacey Peterson, Bea Monde, and Eric Fisher, where I am valued and acknowledged as a customer.

I have gotten my lashes done by Hannah multiple times and I love them every time! Whether its doing more natural looking styles or going crazy with multiple colors of lashes, she always works with me to make my vision come to life even better than I could imagine. I definitely recommend True Skin Spa for lash extensions and perms. :)

Had a wonderful experience at True Skin Spa! April was extremely helpful with scheduling and making sure I was taken care of. She went above and beyond to say the least. I had an anti-aging facial, back treatment, and eyebrow wax with Hannah. She was personable and did a superb job making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Hannah did an amazing job! I got a microdermabrasion with a facial and message and it was the absolute best!!! My skin is amazing and the products at true skin work perfect!! I highly recommend this establishment! I felt at home and I am looking forward to my next appointment ☺️

Hannah is a sweetheart. I have difficult lashes and when I first got them done, they were too curled. I let Hannah know and she was happy to fix them the next day. Not only did she fix them, she said her Valentines Day candy with me. Such a sweetheart! I love how she was not hesitant to fix my lashes. I highly recommend her!

Love coming here! I originally came by to pick up some skinceuticals, but now visiting True Skin is part of my ritual. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, and Hannah always knocks it out of the park with my lash extensions. A real hidden gem!

Made an appointment online for 3:00. Got there early. Nobody was at the desk. Waited in the waiting area 30 minutes. I never did see or talk to anyone working at the spa. I live 45 minutes away. What a waste of my time and fuel. ***Update: after seeing my review, I got a call. Something went wrong with their online booking and it let me book over another appointment, so nobody was available. I rescheduled and she gave me 10% off. I was very pleased with how they handled it!

My lash lift was done in June and I am barely noticing they are getting back to normal and we are already in October. I loved my lashes and it lasted well over the eight week mark. I have long eyelashes that do not curl so they were beautiful and everywhere I go I get so many compliments. Completely worth it and Hannah was extremely nice and great company through the process!

I scheduled an appointment got there 45 minutes early, no one was there to greet us. We waited another 15 minutes after my original time I was supposed to be there and still nothing. We continued to wait and then the lady that worked at the office next to them telling me to go down stairs and talk to a lady. I did and she said that I didn't have an appointment which I did. Hannah called me and said that i wasn't scheduled and asked if I could do it the next day, but I decided to go to another place due to the awful experience I had.

Hannah is amazing! As a business owner myself I was very impressed with how professional she was. She made me feel very relaxed which is hard to do! She is so knowledgeable and suggested the pumpkin enzyme facial for my congested skin. This was the best facial I have ever had! Not only does my skin look and feel amazing but all my skin concernes were addressed! If anyone has problem skin and really wants to see results I highly recommend Hannah!! Can't wait for my next appointment.
