The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable and the customer service at truffles is truly impeccable! I Highly recommend it! This place is amazing! From the front desk to the providers- everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. I have never had my skin looking so good and had my self confidence so high. I have seen 2 providers so far and I am amazed with how great they are. Michelle was very upfront and realistic with how she could help me achieve my goals and took her time to listen to my concerns. Maddie helped me achieve my dream lip shape with her incredible technique. I cannot say enough great things about Truffles.

I am so tired of this place in Fayetteville. You walk in - it is an immediate barrier of two people behind a counter. I had a Noon appointment. I sit there for 25 minutes. Nobody says squat to me about why the practioner is late. Meanwhile their lunch is delivered and they are laughing and talking. It's all about them and not at all about YOU, and YOU are the one paying the big bucks for the service. My time is valuable and I won't go back.

I have seen many experienced injectors in my 20+ years of Botox and I have to say that Michelle is by far the best in the industry. I trust her to do what she thinks I need and I always leave with a natural/more rested look. The whole staff at Truffles is amazing. I drive from Johns Creek to see this team.

Absolutely worst place to go. Very unprofessional staff, playing on their phone when I arrived. The supposedly masseuse used to work at a restaurant, no experience at all except to maybe wait on my table. Do not go here..

I went and had the Nova Threading on September 5, 2020. I spent 2500.00 dollars for this procedure that they said that I would be a perfect candidate for well it’s now January 20, 2021. And I can’t see any difference and am very disappointed. I went back after 2 weeks and they said that I needed Juvéderm for another 700 dollars and I said No I would not recommend this procedure to anyone. Don’t believe them when they say you would be a perfect candidate, you will be wasting your money

Male 55. Previous experience at other locations doing IPL treatments. I knew what to look for. Went for further IPL Light Treatments with Jolene. Great experience. She is highly skilled and knows exactly what needs to be done. She is a delight. She ensures you are informed and Satisfied with the results. I have No hesitation recommending Jolene and Truffles.

I have been waiting a long time to post this review and don’t know where to start. I purchased a package for close to 3,000 with fillers. So when I went to schedule my follow up I was told I had used the whole package on my first visit which I thought was odd that’s a lot. So it was awesome in the beginning and then I had a lot of complications of the fillers done wrong and too much filler. I have spent over 3,000 trying to fix the problem. I also would suggest read everything unfortunately I didn’t and when I thought I was putting this on care credit for 2 years no interest I found out I signed for one year no interest. Which no way I would have done one year with no interest spending that much money. Michelle and everyone made sure it would be two years no interest before we agreed. Again my bad I didn’t read before I signed I just took their word for it. So here I am having to spend 3,000 to fix the complications from over injections! On top of that only had 0% for one year. Which hurts the most they don’t care!
