Positive: Staff and price-point. Everyone was upbeat and friendly. Free valet parking-BONUS! Negative: Do drain checks on your showers. Mine was almost a 100% blockage. About 10 minutes to drain. Resort fee? There's no casino, it's winter and one restaurant/lounge. Not exactly a typical sized Vegas resort that commands a fee.

Positive: Location, clean, very nice staff, amenities Negative: It wasn't the fault of the hotel that a person decided to off himself at the hotel entrance on New Years Day, but the hotel could have let us know sooner, answer the phone, provide at least a sandwich for the guests who didn't leave. Poor communication.

Room was so clean for being a Vegas hotel. We pick the hotel because we didn’t want to walk through the casino. Perfect for family with full kitchen and refrigerator with lots of storage space so we can keep things tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Design is timeless.

Beautiful décor, quiet rooms. Staff were efficient, helpful, and cheerful. Valet attendants very quick. Doorman nice touch, gave the experience a New York luxury feel. Security attendants very reassuring. We had a beautiful room on an upper floor, but the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. It would cool down during ||our shower then heat up again. We would still stay here again when in town.

I haven’t even stayed there yet. I have just made a booking a day ago with free cancellation until April. My card has been charged twice. No email or any message about the charges. Once I will sort out everything with my bank as my card is now blocked I will be cancelling this stay.

Nice and clean hotel, rooms were big. But as many American hotels, the amenities were lacking. And it's a bit far from the strip. So choose carefully

This was my second stay at the Trump, great room, very spacious and I had a view of the strip on New Year's Eve, it was exceptional until the cybertruck explosion happened. I was one of the guests who evacuated the building, and understandable that safety came first. I would recommend management to review its crisis management practice; guests and staff were outside in the parking lot for 1.5 hours (many of us were freezing in our pajamas out in the cold with no wallet and ID, 40F) and supposedly guests were said to be transported to the Resort World to be more comfortable while waiting, it never happened, we lined up from the parking lot, then onto a bus and sat there for another 4 hours. There was no communication from the hotel and when we were allowed to return to our room after 5.5 hours, it wasn't even announced, we the guests had to find out on our own. They could of communicated via text or email, just let us know the status, it was definitely an unforgettable experience. It dampened my confidence with the hotel chain.

Was our first choice to stay, after our little Las Vegas wedding ceremony! Huge room, great views, and great people working and staying there! We went during Rodeo week! So many Cowyboys and girls! So many patriots! Can't wait for our next visit!

Wonderful stay at Trump Vegas. Enjoyed the quietness of the hotel without a casino and yet close proximity to the Vegas strip, right across the street from Fashion Mall. Although, the restaurant options at the hotel were limited.

it was a terrible experience. i booked a penthouse with a view of the Strip for New Years eve, but when i arrived i was told at the reception that a third party, Trip, did not book a room for me. That these rooms are not available and they cannot provide them. I spent about two hours to get at least some room. I was upset, all my plans were ruined and in the morning there was an explosion in the hotel and everyone was evacuated, it was the most terrible experience in my life.

La habitación nos pareció buena en cuestión de que la cama es realmente acogedora, es justo lo que necesitas para descansar profundamente después de mucho hacer en Las Vegas, el baño tiene el tamaño y comodidades perfectas, lo que sí es lamentable es que no son muy amables, solo son norrrrmal y supuestamente absolutamente nadie habla español, y la limpieza deja mucho que desear, de ahí en más, el viaje estuvo bien, el hotel creo que puede mejorar en atención respecto a viajeros con reservas de "terceros"

Pedir que te den una habitación con vista a la esfera. El hotel super limpio y todo de lujo. Excelente opción con valet parking incluido. Cerca de del centro y facil de llegar y salir. Las habitaciones super elegantes y cómodas. Los precios bastante accesibles más si es un domingo. Volvería sin duda alguna

Positive: Very nicely appointed room. Appreciate the in-room coffee. Negative: Bathroom floor was not clean (sticky) and shower was clogged. The promptly fixed both when notified.
