I recently made an appointment for cornrows. When I arrived she said that she doesn't do short hair. When I inquired about the return of my deposit she lied and said that her website says she doesn't do short hair(she updated the website after our conversation) and that she wouldn't return my deposit because someone else could've been in that time slot. Deposits are not to be kept when services are not rendered especially when the stylist cancels the appointment. I'm really disappointed that a stylist with such great reviews would have such deceptive practices around client deposits.

Called in thinking I wasn't going to be able to get a regular men's haircut. Natasha was able to get me in and did a great job despite not really doing haircuts. I really appreciate you getting me in and giving me a good haircut at a good price. Not sure that she wants a bunch of men haircuts but I really appreciate it.

I came from out of town to have my daughter’s hair braided for a cheer competition. She was very nice and professional and gave me some good hair tips for my daughters curly hair. I will definitely book with her whenever we are in town!!

Love Love Love my braids. Truss is one of the only places that will wash my hair before styling and my parts between the braids are straight

Love this place! Natasha is incredibly talented and professional and you will be happy you found her. She has the customer service and business systems in place to thrive for a long time. I moved back to town last year and one of the highlights has been finding her shop.

Hands down the BEST braider and natural hair dresser in Vegas and probably on the west coast! Very professional, punctual, and reasonably priced (3 Ps). Definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair braided. Thanks sis for taking care of my wife and daughter!

Natasha does both our teen girls hair regularly! She is always professional, on time and does amazing work! Show her a pic one time she will replicate it! She also does great with natural hair, thank god ! She always has availability which is perfect for busy families! Highly recommend!!

There is no one that I trust more with my kiddos hair. She is more like family now. She is such a pro. My daughter has the 4-est of C hair and she whips it into shape every time. She’s prompt and she lights up any room she is in. You have to see for yourself!
