I went in today for my first time and I loved it! I am obsessed with how my haircut came out. I can't wait to go back! I went to Emmanuel-- he was recommended to me and now I know why! He really took care of my hair and discussed products BEFORE using them. He is so knowledgeable about hair and takes the time to listen. I asked so many questions and had a wonderful time overall. Absolutely recommend booking with him! Other than that, the place is also very clean and feels very welcoming and comfortable.

Emily is a master facialist. Her holistic approach and natural ingredients (which smell ah-mazing, by the way) left me feeling relaxed and glowing from the inside out! She also did a lash lift and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. My lashes don’t scrape my glasses when I blink, what a dream! I will be telling everyone I know about Emily’s signature facials and esthetician services ♥️

I love this place! Emmanuel's an amazing hair stylist who always knows how to make your inspo vision look good on you. His consultations make you feel like you're in good hands and, also, he's just a genuinely sweet person. You feel like you're hanging out with a friend. You're always comfortable in his chair. He also looks for ways to keep your hair healthy and happy. Since 2021, he has bleached my hair at least three times, dyed it black (before bleaching it again and re-dying it black later), brown, strawberry blonde, blue-green, light denim blue...and yet my hair has never been thicker without a perm. Emily really knows how to take care of your skin. I went to her for an eyebrow tint (Which I LOVE! Tinted brows can easily look fake and pasty, but nope. A perfect balance. Shaded and filled in while still looking natural. It's like I was born with these brows). While there, she noticed my dermatitis on my face and offered a free sample of some serum. I was nervous because, when you have sensitive skin, you kind of have to stick to what you know. I'm so glad I trusted her! I've gotta go back and get more because not only was the flakiness gone, but the redness, as well, and that NEVER happens! I highly recommend them! They really know what they're doing.

Emily is a master at her craft. I've been to plenty of places to get a facial; but none have been even close to the results I received from Emily. My skin looks like it age reversed 10 yrs. Moisturized and fresh. Emily massages the skin and provides an atmosphere that is relaxed and soothing. The products feel great. She consulted me on some facts about skincare, mindfulness, and nutrition. I will definitely be coming back. New! More ways to react to reviews.

Emily is an amazing facial wizard, so calming and nurturing. I’ve received facials, purchased gorgeous products from her, and enjoyed her makeup lesson. I love all the makeup she used! Emily is so knowledgeable and wise; she helps me feel like my best self, as an aging woman, she makes me feel confident and beautiful! I highly recommend!

Emmanuel is a color genius! I first came to him with the crazy idea of dying my hair purple and he was immediately on board. Since then I’ve coming and getting my hair touched up and every time I leave the salon, not only is the color is amazing, but my hair feels so healthy! I get tons of compliments and will only be trusting him with all my hair color needs!

I had a great experience with Emily! She did an amazing job. I have sensitive, reactive skin with some rosacea, so I’m usually cautious about facials. Emily carefully chose the perfect treatment for me, and I loved the products she used. She was also super friendly and easy to talk to!

I have had an AMAZING experience with Emmanuel at TS3 Hair Salon in East Hollywood.I have been going to him for almost 3 years. I go in for color/ hide my grey's and Emmanuel always takes time to discuss my color options or what would suit me best. He always makes sure that every strand is perfectly blended. Emmanuel is very knowledgeable and patient and he makes me feel like a million bucks every time I leave the salon. I highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for top notch hair color services. He is truly THE BEST.

I’ve been to TS3 a few times for body contouring. They also have a Red light Stim mask that works wonders! The body contouring saves so much time and I don’t have to be in a gym I can literally lay back and take a nap while getting my abs sculpted. Wow! Grab a few sessions and thank me later.

Love her work. Had my lashes and brows done and was told they’d last a month. They lasted almost 8 weeks. Excited to go back and get them redone. Emily is incredible and flawless work.

Taking care of my skin has become a very important part of my self care. This place has the best facial/massage therapy available. Emily makes this experience unlike any other I’ve had experience before. Her holistic technique is just what I need to balance my busy schedule. I don't go to hair salons regularly but Shaggy's has been by far my best experience. I am a man with long hair and William just had the best ideas or just knows what would suit you well. My wife is very happy with Ben, too. 5/5 recommend if you're looking for a great hair cut in a very good atmosphere. Price is very good, too. And the music!

Jeremy consistently makes my hair look great, even when I don't quite know what I want other than a cut. I always get compliments after a cut at Shaggy's. The whole crew there is really great and provides a relaxing environment. Special shout out to the fantastic job Jeremy did for me and my wife's hair for our wedding. Jeremy is adapting to the current COVID-19 restrictions with an outdoor setup. If you can still support the salon, please do. These folks deserve it.

Super cool salon with great colorist (Emmanuel is a rockstar), barbers, and stylist. This all exclusive stand alone Hel-Mel spot is a hair care gem. My friends recently got amazing color and styling here. Blown away by the personability, professionalism and people here.

This place was amazing! Jeremy cut my hair personally and took the time to do my hair exactly as I wanted. He was so nice, he even set a timer to make sure I didn't run out of time on my parking meter. Prices for a women's haircut were extremely reasonable ($28) and my haircut turned out great! I am definitely coming back here!!
