My new go-to in the neighborhood! I’m actually really annoyed I didn’t know of this place sooner. For some reason it never popped up in my Google searches until recently. The shop is clean and decorated so cutely. The staff are not only skilled and professional, they care about making sure you walk out satisfied. You’ll immediately be drawn into whatever conversation is going on like an old friend, rather than what many of us have come to view as normal: silently receiving your service while the workers speak in their language amongst each other. None of that here! They also have more variety in polishes, gems, decals etc than I’ve seen in most nail salons. They stay up on trends and constantly work to get better and learn different techniques and designs. All of this yet they’re still affordable. I love it here! 💞

Had my first appointment at Tsou salon with Bryttni and she did a great job making sure I enjoyed my experience. It truly was great collaborating with her on my nails. She took the time to get to know me as a client and tailored my nails to make sure they fit my lifestyle. She had great attention to detail! Kieu also walked me through some different nail options to make sure I made a decision that would help my nails last and get stronger since I have historically weak nails. Overall, I loved the comfortable and friendly environment of the salon.

I had an amazing experience. Lena took her time and really showed care with my pedicure. It has been a while since I’ve had a service that was not rushed and I truly felt it was worth every penny! Can’t wait to return!

I just paid 149 for poor pedicure design, the lady was struggling with designing my toes, never in my life I've experienced poor service and one of the workers saw my struggling looking toes and didn't offer nothing for their poor artistry. Beautiful place deceptive nail artists.

Kieu and Sonia are both amazing at what they do! Highly recommend both of them. Kieu really listens to me and understands what I want (even when I don’t know the name of something lol) and even makes great recommendations. I’ve been listening to all of her recommendations and have been getting so many compliments because of it. Sonia is so fun to talk to and will make sure you walk out with cute and well put together nails. I genuinely love this place and the people in it. Everyone is so friendly and it really makes you feel at home.

One thing about Ms. Carla is she’s gonna eat everytime!! My nails last so long and look so beautiful. I had a set last from September 24-November 5, and my current set from November 7 to now (it would’ve been longer but I jammed my finger, but the other nine still look great)!!!

Q was so accommodating and careful. I was open to any nail tech as long as they were open to collaborating on a style to help me leave with something cute. She was so patient and did excellent work! My nail shape was chefs kiss. She also provided so nail care like a GREAT nail tech does. Completely enjoyed my service, thank you!

The customer service was great. However the price was not good, My girlfriend got a gel manicure and pedicure. They charged us $25 extra for hands $25 extra for toes to do French tips. They did not tell us the price until after the service was finished. I got gel X nails with designs. The charms fell off within three days, two of the nails completely popped off within a week. The gel color on the nails immediately begin to peel. They did not last as long as they should have for the price. Also the lady who did my nails was very aggressive/ agitated, and in such a rush, she ended up cutting my finger which led to bleeding that didn’t stop for about five minutes. And I had an appointment for 10am we didn’t leave the salon until a little after 1 PM.

Beautiful interior very clean with an incredibly kind staff. Kieu is a wizard – he created brand new nails from absolutely nothing and I mean my nails were shredded down to the quick and now I have nails that are long and beautiful because of her artistry.

This is my second time at the establishment, and both times Carla did an amazing job. The environment is welcoming and friendly. It is clean, and well maintained. I plan on returning as a regular!
