Husband and I went for a couples massage. So peaceful and relaxing. Both therapist were very kind and made jokes with us, which made us feel comfortable. I booked a head spa appointment right after my appointment with them. So excited to go!

I treated my daughter and myself with a pampering event today and could not be happier. This is my first time visiting as well as my first head spa treatment. We have been anxiously wanting to experience this and I decided very las minute to see if they had any openings. Lucky for us there were 2 openings left. Kong and Dani did an amazing job. The spa location is extremely well maintained and the entire staff we encountered were nothing but excellent. I’ve been a long time recipient of massage therapy and facials and his location definitely surprised me. The royal head treatment definitely incorporates 5 different items such as head treatment, facial, full body relaxation massage, body stretch (which was amazing) and blow dry or option for blowout and style. It definitely surpassed my expectations. It was worth every penny and we will definitely be incorporating this in our routine more often. Thank you Kong and Dani for providing us with an amazing experience!

My first time getting the head spa, it was Amazing the facial the body rub the scalptreatment and ended with a double braid. Totally love this place. I’ll definitely be back to try other services.

The best massage place I’ve ever been to. I just went for my first time 2 weeks ago with my bestfriend. Fell inLOVE with the head spa, staff, and environment. I decided to bring my mom for her birthday tonight! She loved it as well. I will be making the headspa package as my monthly treat

What a wonderful experience! I’ve been wanting to try out a Japanese head spa treatment for quite some time and just hadn’t gotten around to it. After a stressful few work days decided to give in and find the best option in AZ. Tsunami Head Spa did not disappoint, they have a new customer. Kong did such an amazing job and I really feel like you get such great service for the cost. 1000/10 would recommend the royal head spa treatment! It was like ASMR in real life and I left feeling so rejuvenated & relaxed after a long work day.

I was hoping for a more detailed experience. I think my gal was new. She missed a couple steps and I paid an extra $30.00 for a blow dry. Another gal came in to dry my hair, quickly showed me my scalp amplified, sprayed some product in my hair, and just dried it partially. I would not waste the money for the drying. I would try it again but with a different person. I was disappointed.

Me and my husband booked appointment for head spa and swedish massage . Till date, this was the best massage and spa experience. I am going to continue visiting here. I have recommended all of my friends and they are super impressed by the service. One feedback, it would be really great if there’s monthly or quarterly membership deals available for regular customers.

Wow! My mother, sister and I spent a lovely afternoon at Tsunamii today and I we absolutely loved our head/foot massages. Everyone was so nice and the service was perfect. Their hair/skin products were really gentle and good quality. We all appreciated how clean and well organized the spa was. We will be back for sure!

This place is amazing!!! A hidden gem. The therapists are incredible. The staff extremely friendly and sweet. Walked out of the place with super soft hair and so relaxed. Highly recommend.

I've never felt more pampered in my life! I did a 90 minute massage and then the head spa treatment with a facial and I don't even had the words to describe how relaxed and at peace I feel. Absolutely fantastic experience! I would highly recommend experiencing this for yourself and gifting this to someone else, because they would be forever grateful. Thank you to all the amazing staff members who cared for me during my appointment ❤️

The massage was great, but the Headspa experience was lacking. They used a super hot towel over my eyes that I had to quickly remove because it was burning my eye lids. Far from relaxing. Then, without any warning, and while me eyes were covered with a cooler towel, they placed a plastic dome over my head. I suddenly felt like I was in an MRI machine and once again startled out of relaxation. I'm not sure if 1. they use super cheap shampoo, 2. they didn't use conditioner on my hair, 3. they have insanely hard water OR 4. a combination of the above. Either way, my hair hasn't felt the same since. And not in a good way. It's drier than ever before, the color is stripped, and it was INSANELY tangled. The braid was unimpressive and didn't look professionally done. I took it out once I got home. Bottom line, for this price, I will get a massage/facial elsewhere in the future.

Took my mom from out of state here for part of a girl’s day and we both had such a great time. We had different massage therapists who each did things a little different but both were spectacular. We both got the royal head spa treatment and I will absolutely be coming back again, it was beyond relaxing. My mom said that this now has to be an “absolute must” when she comes to visit me again. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! We also got the blow outs and the girl did a really good job, my mom never had a blow out before so it was a lot of fun.

I have been to different spas and hands down this is my top one! The environment is so relaxing and the staff are very inviting. I had the Ultimate Royal Head Spa and Massage Combo and it's worth every penny. I left feeling so relaxed and my tension relieved. Definitely ask for Kong her hands are heavily on the head spa and the owner Mimi her deep tissue massage is to die for. If your ever in AZ or live there I highly recommend this spa!

Was visiting Phoenix for a concert and have been wanting to try a head spa for a while as we don’t have one super close in Indiana. Ended up looking forward to this experience even more than the concert and it did not disappoint! It was the most relaxing hour and a half of my entire trip. Got the double braids after and was so cute. Hair feels amazing, scalp feels great. The leg stretches were amazing. Highly recommend getting the face mask added too. Cannot wait to come back to Arizona again just to come here!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worse place for scheduling. I had an appointment made a week in advance for my little sisters 16th birthday and this place notifies me a day before that the therapist isn’t available by text and ask if a later is available. I text back if an earlier time is available, no response. I call and can’t even get through to an actual person so I leave a voicemail, no call back. And then I get an email that they decided on their own that the later appointment was scheduled which I didn’t agree to nor did I receive a call for it. Knowing that I can’t make that appointment, I’m worried for the sole fact of being charged due to their policy of their cancellations which I had no control of. This was the main present that my sister asked for her 16th birthday and this placed ruined that for her.

My husband and I went here together as we have both been quite stressed recently. He received the men's head spa experience and I had the royal head spa experience. I generally am not one for spas but this was amazing. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and all staff that we interacted with were professional, kind, and helpful. For those who have never tried a head spa experience, I highly recommend this location.

My sister and I visited this spa for the first time today. We both got the Royal Head Spa treatment. WOW, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Kung and Tip were phenomenal. I was with Kung and she was amazing, she was delicate but firm. We both upgraded to have the sheet mask, opted for the face and neck/should massage, it was heavenly! As well as the Dutch braid and blow out styling services. I will definitely be back for the Tsunamii massage very soon. This experience is worth every penny, take all my money!

The description for the royal spa treatment said the service is scalp focused, but is not. Way too much emphasis on arms and legs after a brief head massage, shampoo/condition and comb out. Also things listed in the service description (gua sha and steam) were not included. Kong was still nice and thorough, but I just did not expect so much body massage for a head spa service.

This was my first time to experience a “head spa”. 10 out of 10 would do again! The service was amazing, my therapist Earnie had just the right touch and the atmosphere of the spa and then staff were superb!

Very tranquil and nice atmosphere. Therapist was great. Now if you are sensitive to fragrance (like me) - highly recommend reconsidering. It’s a me problem so I don’t think that should lower their rating but just a fair warning. The products that they used for the hair and face massage were just very fragranced.

Lana is very professional and is so kind. I appreciate her expertise . Very relaxing and comfortable with her as she is so strong and knows how to get your body relaxed . Best ever.
