Would not take children here. The stylist took way too long cutting my 5 year olds hair and she messed it up pretty bad. We asked for someone else to take a look because it was so uneven. That’s when we met Diana. She was very nice but told us the only way to correct it was to cut her way shorter and it was already significantly shorter than what my daughter asked for.

I know everyone has to start somewhere, but if you can't cut a basic bang at least tell someone before you ruin theirs or leave room to correct them and don't cut them short to start.. multiple experiences with stylists seeming to not have experience.. Update 3 years later: Tried at the one off Peoria, same issue. Got a new stylist that was asking Me if it was blended and straight but not cross checking her own cut.. I had to tell her how to cut face framing layers. Again, just wanted a bang trim and got someone with zero bang experience..Got home it was So uneven not even Brad Mondo could help me try to fix it...had to call and ask for a manager to recut it.. I'm a mom of 2 who only gets mom hair cut twice a year so it's Extremely disappointing when it's bad..

I had my hair cut there and they didn't know HOW to cut my hair. I had asked to have it cut short, but to shape it around my face, like a bob cut. I left with a helmet hair cut. They tried to fix it but it looked worse! My husband went a few weeks later and even though he had an appointment, they kept taking walk-ins because those people were "friends". One of the stylists kept talking and talking to her customer and hardly anything was done. One lady was working her butt off and finally managed to squeeze my husband in to get his hair cut... after waiting slightly more than 30 mins.

My first time here and definitely not the last time! I was in the market for a new stylist and it was getting very overwhelming. I had heard about them through word of mouth and I'm so glad I checked them out! Diana did my haircut and she truly did exceptional! She made me feel at ease and very comfortable. She not only listened to what i wanted, but she listened to my hair! She assured me on what she was doing throughout the whole process and genuinely cared about my opinion, this and that. Loved it! Thanks Diana!

Holly was a blessing, she took her time and discussed options and the best way to make the mess Roosters left look good. Left happy and confident that this was the best cut and she even gave tips on how to style this cut to looks it's best. Thank you soo much Holly!

I had a really good experience with Sindia today. I have really thick frizzy curly hair and she was not intimidated by it at all. I love what she did with my hair, and also how she kept asking for feedback on how she was doing. She made me feel at ease and I really appreciated her cut and style. I will absolutely be booking with her again!

I got a hair cut and shampoo today with Jenny. I'm very happy with the results. I will come back to this shop for my next haircut. Very nice and clean shop. Jenny was very sweet and knowledgeable about how to cut my natural curly hair. Great job!

i went in for the first time on a friday, didn’t quite get what i wanted and i wasn’t happy with it. i went in the following sunday to have the manager fix it. she worked on it and i went home notice its even worse than the first time. one side is longer than the other, i have heavier layers on one side so not only is my left side way shorter it’s also a lot thinner.

was drawn in bc of the walkin and open on sundays. sindia has done my hair twice and i love it more than any other “professional” i’ve gone too. this place has an amazing work environment
