Do not go here unless you want a chop job. I went and asked for a long bob and it came out awful. Just spend the money to go to a reputable shop.

My daughter used (at home) blue Splat on her blonde hair. Kionna did an amazing job with coloring it to get a beautiful shade of brown with slight red highlights throughout it. It turned out beautiful!

Very professional as soon as I sat down Amaya was super friendly made me feel like she had been cutting my hair for years. Yet this was my first time here. Definitely will be back. Thank you Great cut and great crew.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent haircut at this place. I asked for a specific style, but the stylist cut my hair much shorter than I wanted, leaving it uneven and without any real shape. The cut was very basic and didn't reflect the style I had in mind at all. It looks like a simple, rushed trim, not a professional haircut. I think I am a crazy, I gave the tips also. I won't be coming back and would not recommend this place if you're looking for a good, styled haircut.

I don get how i can call and make an apt for 3 then i go in and im put on a waitlist? What was the point it having me down for 3:00 then.? My time was wasted for nothing. Work on your scheduling or don’t set appointments.

Lady was more interested in turning the chair than giving me a good haircut. Very rushed and not at all what I asked for. When I told her my hair now had corners she said what's the problem. Bad haircut avoid this location and avoid Jessica

I've really never had a bad haircut from Tulsa Hair Co. Very reasonable priced $20 plus tip. Recent trip, Michelle was my stylist, she did a wonderful job and great conversation! Thank you!

I have been here several time, essentially this is my families goto for haircuts. We've never really had any concerns or problems,however today was not the case. I arrived around 2 pm with no on waiting and 2 stylist on the floor, one of which had an individual in her chair. I was told 45 min-an hour wait. Once again there was no on waiting. I said there's no one here the stylist, who was on the phone when I arrived, gave me this smug look and said absolutely nothing. Needless to say I left and will likely not be back. If your going to be a walk in salon be a walk in salon. Otherwise make it available to schedule appointments online!

I have been here for a haircut many times in the past but it has been a while But since my regular stylist who actually used to work at Tulsa hair wasn't available, I took the chance and decided to give this location another try. However, I totally regret that last minute decision. When I arrived I was told it would be a 45 minute wait which I totally understand sometimes when you walk in you have to wait And that's understandable,but the poor customer service & friendliness of the staff left myself and it was obvious others waiting were not happy either from lack of communication & friendliness of the staff working. I waited for over an hour while other customers walked in and were called back within 20 minutes. When I checked in I requested the Tea Tree treatment and a haircut. When I finally got called back the stylist started cutting my hair didn't even spray my hair down and started Doing a dry cut. At that point I didn't say anything because she was the one that checked me in she knew about the tea tree treatment. I thought maybe she did it differently and cut the hair and then washed it. About halfway through my haircut I asked her about the tea treatment and she said, "oh you can get it next time" she didn't even offer to do it even after I mentioned it. I never have texturizing scissors used on my hair because it makes my hair stand up and have cow licks all over the was cutting my hair so quickly that before I knew it she was using texturizing scissors on the top of my head. I'm not one to complain, So after my haircut I paid my bill and even tipped $5, But it is by far the worst haircut I have ever had. I first visited this location several years ago I was very impressed with the customer service and all the stylist. I always was very pleased with my hair and the experience every time I visited this location, but this location needs some serious management evaluation.

Came here once in August and had the BEST experience with olivia. My haircut was perfect and I loved it. I went back the next time and it was her day off so I went to someone else and it wasn’t bad but my face framing pieces looked so bad. Like a straight line. So I took my friend there to get her haircut a week later and asked the girl cutting her hair to fix my front pieces. She did and they looked so much better. I went back and it was the same girl that cut my hair the second time and the cut itself was good but the same issue, the face frames. And this time they were completely butchered. One side was not bad but the other side was completely chopped way too far in. Not even at all. The bad side was cut into the middle of the side of my head. I went back the next day and asked one of the other girls if she could fix it and she tried her best and she told me it would be hard to fix and I would have to grow it out… which I had assumed anyways. I thought about calling a manager to get my money back from that cut but I didnt want to get the stylist in trouble. I still cry about my hair because it still looks so bad and i literally can’t do anything about it.

If you're looking for a relaxing haircut this is the place! I got a haircut, a 20 minute head massage with tea tree and specialized shampoo and conditioner, and a facial massage which made my face beyond soft and a eyebrow wax all under $60. Libby was so kind and welcoming, I would recommend this place to everyone!

I called ahead and gave 30 min. Warning per what the employee told me when I called. I show up 30 min later and they don't see me in the system so I had to wait anyway. When I finally got my styling done, the stylist wet my hair and styled it. I went from having no bangs to having fringe bangs(this is important). When she was done she didn't dry it or even style it so I could see what the bangs would look like. I left with wet hair and no styling done. Found out as I was paying she was in a hurry cause it was her lunch break right after me. I will never come back to this location.

Went in for a trim after far too long since my last one (mom life, amirite?) and also wanted some subtle layers. I was told the wait would be about 40 minutes but it actually was closer to about 15. (I was a walk-in) Mikal listened to exactly what I was looking for and we talked about my daily routine. She was friendly and funny, and when all was said and done I left with exactly what I had in mind. While I probably wasn't a difficult cut it was refreshing to have someone listen and discuss with me what would and wouldn't work with my hair and offer their suggestions. Often times when trying someone new the results just don't line up with what you're hoping for. Mikal did what I asked and made suggestions in line with that, which I definitely appreciated. Everyone was kind and friendly and I left with fresh ends. Will definitely return.

Made an appointment for 5:30 went inside the ladies were busy so I sat down I waited for them to speak they seen me when they got done with the other customers before I could say anything somebody else walked in they acknowledged him and still said nothing to me I'm clearly sitting there waiting to get my hair cut you couldn't have possibly think I just came in there and sat down for no reason worst experience ever I felt ignored

This was my first time being here, and I had a great experience. Libby was a sweet gal, and she did everything that I wanted. I am so glad to be here and definitely will come back here again. Note that there is no online booking just call 30 mins before you go or just walk in!
