I went for a dermaplane facial and it was terrific. Toma takes her time and has magical hands. So relaxing I dozed a few times. Best facial I ever had. I’ll be back and have already recommended to several people.

Tomo is truly exceptional! I’m not usually one for facials, but with everything happening in LA and the current air quality, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did. The entire experience was wonderful, but the massage was definitely the highlight. Tomo has magic hands and takes the time to listen to her clients’ needs, ensuring they feel completely cared for. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Tomo’s space is a peaceful but scrappy set up in a salon. She is incredibly thorough and my first facial was two hours! 3 weeks later I see excellent results around my chin where I’ve had pesky hormonal acne for years. She doesn’t push any products on you and instead suggested a very affordable glycolic acid option from Amazon. I’m eager to continue my skin journey with Tomo!

What a wonderful experience! I just had my second facial with Tomo and it was truly amazing. Tomo herself is so kind and she really goes out of her way to create a great experience and makes sure you leave with glowing skin.

Cannot recommend Tomo enough! I got the signature facial and it was amazing. All of the products smell SO good, and the lymphatic massage was relaxing, thorough, and just the right amount of pressure. Tomo is so friendly and makes sure you are completely comfortable. My face was GLOWING afterwards and I will definitely be back!

I was referred to Tomo by a friend while needing a pregnancy safe facial. Tomo could not be more accommodating and helpful. She listened thoroughly and tailored my facial accordingly. She spends a lot of time on massage and relaxation so it’s like a two for one session!

My first experience at Tulum Spa was wonderful, and I'm definitely coming back. Tomo is a true professional and made sure that I had a relaxing, enjoyable time during my "Gentleman's Facial," which lasted an hour and 20 minutes. She uses all natural products that clean and hydrate your skin--combined with gentle massaging of the shoulders, arm and scalp. Tomo has been in the business a long time and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Tulum Spa by Tomo.

Tomo is EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve experienced spa facials in various states over the years, and this was my best experience by far. Off the bat she was obviously knowledgeable and experienced. Her pricing is reasonable for including massage which makes the waiting periods incredibly relaxing while you’re sitting with a mask on for several minutes. Her space is unassuming, but don’t let that fool you - hand down the friendliest and most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. Plus she follows up with genuine care to make sure she gave you the best service for your skin type. 10/10 recommend!

Tomo is EXTREMELY TALENTED. So professional, uses high end products, & very well educated on human skin. She gave me a full skin exam before she started & let me know the types of products she would be using on my dehydrated skin. I’m breastfeeding currently so my skin is VERY dehydrated. She started my facial & I felt immediately relaxed. She used a cold plated tool over my entire skin & neck (I added on her neck & chest package when I arrived because she was having a deal). The cold tools she used (I think there was 3 different cold tools in total) were absolute HEAVEN. She worked her magic on my skin, gave a great upper body massage & finished off with a thick jelly mask & everything was PERFECT. I’m sending my husband back there soon so he can enjoy it. She even showed me some preodict recommendations for my dry skin & I bought some on the way out. There’s a reason she has all 5 stars. SHE IS THE BEST! We will be back! Thank you Tomo!!

Tomo is great! The signature facial is the best bang for your buck, especially in the area. Tomo uses great quality products and knows her stuff. Her hands are magic! I used to have a membership at another spa but decided to switch to Tomo because my face has never been so glowy after a facial. She's great at explaining and checking in with you throughout the facial itself too - she even checked in on me the next day to see how my skin reacted to the products/treatments. I also appreciated that I didn't feel like she was pushing products on me and just let me know what my options were. The "spa" is definitely no frills - it's inside a hair salon and you can hear some salon noise - but I still fell asleep during my facial, so not a big deal for me. If you're looking for a proper spa experience with amenities, you may want to look elsewhere. I'll definitely be going to Tomo as a regular!

Her treatments are incredible, and I see a big difference on my skin after one facial. What I enjoy the most are the amazing products she uses and the massage that is part of the treatment. I've been a regular at Tomoko's cozy space at Tulum Spa for the past two years, and each visit is a delightful escape. Tomoko's small, warm, and inviting setup, complete with soothing music and gentle lighting, makes for an incredibly relaxing experience. Her custom facials are a highlight of my routine, and I always leave with a glowing complexion, thanks to her use of top-tier products and the latest tools, including cryo and red light technology. Tomoko excels at explaining her process without any pressure to purchase products. She suggests items that might help your skin and occasionally has samples or products available for purchase. Her thoughtful approach extends to teen facials as well. My son, typically indifferent about skincare, had a fantastic experience with her. Tomoko's realistic advice, like using sunscreen and glycolic wipes, made skincare approachable for him. Overall, Tomoko's expertise and the serene environment of her spa make every visit a rejuvenating treat. I highly recommend her. I don't have any pics of myself, but here is my son during his "teen" facial service with Tomoko.

Tomoko has healing hands!! I went for a first time facial and WOW! she walked me through the whole process explaining every step, she did a jelly mask on me that I loved it! Tomo is the absolute best facialist I've ever had. She has a great variety of tools and products so she can custom tailor your service to your specific skin needs. On top of being thorough with my skin, she gives an incredible neck, shoulders, arms and hands massage while different masks are setting. It's an incredible, pampering experience and I have recommended Tomo to so many of my friends.

I just loved my skin treatment today by Tomo at Tulum spa, she did a really great job, I had Microchannelong/live stem cell dermal infusion and my skin is glowing, I’m feeling the all dead skin is gone, she also did a ice skin sheets and a wonderful massage. I’m in love the the whole experience. Thanks Tomo I’m looking forward to come back.

Tomo is the best!! I've gone to her twice for a facial and she takes great care in specializing the facial for my skin type. The facial is really relaxing while also great for my skin. Both times Tomo has followed up to check on my skin the next few days and she also provided some helpful skincare tips/products for my skin type. I definitely recommend her!
