They refused to see my son, saying they had no record of an appointment being scheduled even though we had a screenshot of the confirmation of the appointment. They were rude and not accommodating we will definitely not be coming back and we will be contacting corporate.

After trying a few different stylists, ended up employing Grant’s services for routine care. Great cuts, consistent, remembers what you had and understands what you want on returns. Highly recommended for men’s cuts.

Quite possibly one of the best experiences getting my haircut I will ever have.... I was in Knoxville on Family Business, and Julian was able to fit me in late in the day. The service was outstanding, and Trish really shaped up my hair and beard so I looked respectable for the event I had to attend. I might also add that the concept of the place is really well thought out. Can't say enough good things.... If you're in Knoxville, definitely worth your time to go to Tune Up.... Sure wish we had one of these where I live in Vermont!!!

Worst fade I've ever gotten in my life. Didn't realize how bad it was till I got home. Save yourself the trouble and go five minutes down the road to Razor Sharp Barbershop. They were the ones who fixed it.

Grant was my hairstylist. After careful consideration my wife and I have decided that Grant has officially given me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable and helpful. I haven’t had a haircut in many months and I am determined from now on to get one with Grant every month.

Had a great haircut and beard trim with Amberly. She listened to what I wanted and paid close attention to detail. All of the people working are friendly and so helpful. The bartender greets you with a smile and takes care of me like I’m a regular. I will definitely be back!

It's different. It's a men's grooming salon with a bar in it. Everyone was friendly and timely. I appreciate that they offer ear and nose waxing. I will return.
