Give you great expectations at lower prices but don’t deliver on results. Went here for 6 or 8 IPL treatments, honestly I think it just made it worse.

I've been a client for over 14 years and highly recommend Turn Back Time Spa. I have regular dermaplane facials and IPLs/LED. I’ve also had a series of Cool Peels. My skin looks great! If you’re new to the area and looking for a place, this is it! The staff are very professional, polite and always a pleasure. Mikaela is the best!

Makayla has done 3 IPL treatments on my face, neck, and chest. She does an amazing job, and I can really see the results! My sun spots are fading, and my overall skin has improved greatly! I had some crepe skin on my face, and it's almost gone. I also noticed fine lines/wrinkles are fading & skin is tightened. I'm doing 1 more IPL than a cool peel & and I'm really looking forward to it! Mckayla is very professional, kind, and gifted in her work! The IPL treatment did not hurt that much and was totally worth it. It was slightly uncomfortable, but she used numbing gel. I also have some great conversations with the owner, Martha, several times & like her too. Spa is clean and the staff is friendly and inviting.

This Spa is Awesome in every way. I have had the IPL, Cool Peel, and Botox. Each person doing the work is knowledgeable and personable. The communication is always spot on. They send email confirmations, phone calls to remind me, and always try and accommodate my schedule. Never once have I been disappointed.

Very unassuming location. However top notch service and procedures. There is no zip code or high rent costs factored into the pricing.

WARNING: Do not pay for any procedures in advance. Always pay as you go or you will find you will not get returned phone calls or appointments that work on YOUR schedule. Be careful, they will try to up sell you and get you to pay up front.Pay as you go or look for a more professional office.

Since I had cancelled my IPL sessions before they began, I requested my $100 deposit refunded. The owner Martha lied to me saying the $100 was taken from her account when in fact Wells Fargo cannot get a response from her, & she really has not refunded my $100 as of 4/20/24. Will NEVER use this business!

Very professional staff and excellent service. In an older part of town on North Central, the office is beautiful inside and the ladies are very knowledgeable and friendly. Going back for a second service in a few weeks. No heavy up sale of services either like Scottsdale salons…. that gets old.

I was very pleased with my visit. The spa was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Mikayla was very knowledgeable and very professional when she gave me my IPL facial. I would recommend a visit! I will be going back!!

Originally visited this clinic with a Groupon and was so impressed with the professionalism of the staff and cleanliness/comfort of the clinic. I am in the process of having cool peel laser series (face) and IPL for arms and hands. I can keep updating as I go along, and I look forward to further treatments. Definitely recommend !

First time getting an IPL treatment and the appointment was pleasant and well explained which is important to me, the procedure was not painful, felt like a light sunburn after and a tiny bit of redness, but guarantee it will be gone within a couple hours. Next day I had an event and had no problem applying make up. It’s been a week now and some of my dark spots/sun damage are looking a bit lighter. I would definitely go back for additional treatments!

I am late posting my review on this wonderful place and shamed that my husband beat me to it. I had been trying thru Groupon to find many services for anti aging and skin improvement procedures. While in the area for another appt. I was waiting and browsed Google and found this spa a block away. I popped in for info and was so lucky to meet Martha and Mikaela between appts.to learn of their offerings and price packages. I booked the next week and am on a great path and getting tons of positive feedback from lots of my friends.

I left a voicemail in late Dec. to schedule an appoint. & to get a quote per unit for Botox. Mikalea texted me back with a quote of $9 per unit & offered me an appoint. for Jan. 5th. I texted back accepting the appoint, but never received a confirmation. I followed up only to be told they couldn't get me in until Jan. 9th. My Jan. 9th appoint. was with a new clinician whose arms were "workout" fatigued & shaking as she did my injections, so my injections hurt worse. I also noticed during my injections that she was not wearing gloves. I asked if they did touch ups. Two other places I've been provided touch ups for free. She said yes, I just needed to wait 2 weeks. This is standard, so I had no other questions, as I figured at this point they would follow the practice of not charging for touch ups. Then she tried to charge me $10.50 per unit. I showed the text quoting me $9, not the up charge after the fact. They unhappily honored the quote. Their vendor increased the price & they felt I should pay the higher amount too. I made my touch up appoint. & was never told there would be a charge. Had I known I would be charged, I would not have gone back based on my experience on Jan. 9th. I would have sent my business elsewhere, as I was unhappy with my previous experience. I had reason to believe that the touch up would be free because other places don't charge for touch ups & there was no discussion that TBT would charge me when I asked about touch ups. Anyway, again, after the service was provided, I was told for the first time, that I would be charged for the touch ups. I explained that this surprised me & the clinician said she actually did not know if they charge for touch ups, so she asked Martha. This is when my experience turned from bad to worse. I again explained that I was surprised that I was being charged because based on my past experience, touch ups were free. Martha (I've come to learn it was the owner that I was dealing with) became rude. I told her that I would pay & that I just wanted to leave. She kept talking about how I should not expect a service for free & I told her that in my experience free touch ups were standard. She said "agree to disagree." This was fine, except she made no attempt to allow for me to pay so I could leave. I had to go up front for someone else to help me. When she ran my card, I asked about a receipt (remembering that they request tips on their receipts, which is not common because Botox is considered a medical procedure). I again asked for my receipt so I could sign & she said I don't have to be rude. I told her if she would just give me my receipt for me to confirm the correct amount & sign, I would happily leave. I just wanted to make sure my card was getting charged the correct amount, since they previously changed the quoted price. I will not be returning after the poor treatment I received today, the fact that the clinician did not wear gloves the first time she treated me, and the attempted price bait and switch. I would encourage you to look elsewhere for services. Maybe a place that treats Botox like a medical procedure treats their patients with respect. I later received a call from Diane (Med. Dir.), who confirms that she does not charge for touch ups. This supports my position, not Martha's who told me that I was wrong. Even Diane at TBT does not charge for touch ups. 2/1/24 Update: Martha called stating that my review was slanderous & threatening me with legal action. When I asked how so, she stated that it was not Mikalea who told me "agree to disagree." I explained that I got the name from Diane. My use of her name was an honest mistake. I also stated in my review (that I have since corrected) that "I believe her name was Mikalea." I asked Martha to identify any other alleged slander in my review & she was unable to do so. I apologize to Mikalea for this mistake. I have been told that my money will be refunded. I hope that the refund will be issued & I don't hear from Martha again.

I recently had an appointment with Megan for botox here and left very pleased. It was my first time getting something like this done and I left feeling very informed and happy with the services that were provided. The price was very affordable and I was put at ease immediately. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely return.

I stumbled on to a real find with spectacular talent and unbelievably great value with Turn back Time. Don't be fooled by the simple non bourgeois location as the services are too notch compared even with North Scottsdale. Martha and Mikaela are Helping me invest my time, money and journey to much better healthy younger me. I recommend the series packages boy my dollars go a very long. Way. I will remain a loyal client and look forward to a couple other things I have seen others walk out with. Wow! By tye way my wife Tamara has also had AMAZING results which prompted MY patronage.

They know what they are doing, and have many services to help with the skin, plus products. I really like the girl that worked on me, no messing around. They were on Bethany Home Rd which I liked, because close by. The new location is not that far away straight up Central by Hatcher. Only thing they need is a sign out front. The clinic inside is nice, and clean looking forward to my next appointment.
