Everyone was so welcoming. The massage was amazing and the facial was too. I loved the positive aspirations from the lady doing my facial. While you wait they also offer water and snacks like trail mix and chex mix. For what I paid it was an amazing deal. Stress relief massage, refresh facial, hot tub time, hair treatment and provided lotions, shampoo and body wash! Can't go wrong with a spa day here!

I booked an appointment on 12/09 for the following day. I wanted a full color and hair cut. I arrived for my appointment today and was taken back quick. During my appointment I was told the stylist wouldn't have time to do a full color. I said ok. Highlights were ok. After being there for 3.5, I was then told she didn't have time to do the hair cut either. So, I left with only highlights. I believe this is the same stylist I had before who used the same excuse. She made me feel like an inconvenience. I would understand if I changed my mind and wanted these things done, but I was expecting to get the services I booked for. So disappointing.

I had the Etruscan Hot Stone Massage with Amber and it was amazing! She was very kind and it was such a relaxing experience, I would definitely recommend!

I have the two services VIP membership, which is well worth it. I usually get massages monthly, and everyone has been great. George is new and does great. Hannah does great cupping. I see Kayla for hair, and I have seen all the providers for Botox. My biggest suggestion for someone new is to speak up if things are not going how you want. If you want more pressure or less, or if the length or color is not what you want, you need to say something. Regarding add-ons for massage, the hot stone is lovely, and CBD helps with pain.

My husband and I just had services by Madi. My hair was colored, cut, & styled. My husband received a clipper cut. We love how both turned out! Madi also suggested a lip color that I purchased. We had a great experience!

I had a very disappointing experience with Tuscan Sun Spa & Salon. I initially scheduled an appointment to get my hair done, took time off work, and arrived on time—only to be told that the stylist had left, and I wouldn’t be able to get my service. The front desk staff apologized and put a credit on my account, and I tried to be understanding because things happen. However, when I rescheduled and was about to leave for my second appointment, I received a call informing me that they had to cancel again. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for clients’ time is completely unprofessional. I rearranged my schedule twice, only to have both appointments fall through. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way this was handled. Clients deserve reliability and respect, especially when it comes to managing appointments. I expected much better from Tuscan Sun Spa & Salon. Would not recommend unless they significantly improve their professionalism and customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called this office mid October and explained to the girl at the front desk that I now live closer to Morgantown than Canonsburg and would like to make an appointment with them to get a refill of my prescription for Latisse. I was told that somebody would get back to me. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t just make an appointment. Well, needless to say nobody returned my call. Against my better judgment, I called again on October 30th and spoke with Mary, the regional manager, for 10 minutes. She was very apologetic and made an appointment for this past Monday. I clearly explained and let her know that the last time I was seen in the Canonsburg office, it was very disappointing to be seen and not able to get my medication the same day. I had to pay and come back over a week later. I offered to pre-pay so this would not happen again seeing as how I’m driving over an hour. Mary assured me that I would have no problem and my medication would be ready. I took a day off of work and showed up this Monday to find out there was no appointment for me that it was made for the Canonsburg office. Now, why would I call the salon in West Virginia just to make an appointment in Pennsylvania? It makes absolutely zero sense that your employees have the capability to make an appointment in another office for this very reason. The incompetence of your employees cost me hundreds of dollars taking the day off work let alone now I don’t have the medication and have to figure out where and when to get it because I will never give you a penny of my hard earned $ again. The fact that you have to see a doctor is ridiculous. They don’t even look at your eyes and it is a waste of their time and mine. Come to find out it’s completely unnecessary. If you use Latisse to grow your eyelashes you need to go to Renew You Medi Spa in Uniontown PA. Unlike Tuscan, the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. You don’t need to see a doctor and could walk right in get your prescription and leave and it’s a fraction of the price. It was over $100 less than what Tuscan charges. What a rip off! Also, after this debacle, I had a few things to purchase and the lady at the front desk purposely overcharged me. I bought rings that were two for $20 and the sign was literally right in front of her. She said it was an honest mistake, but if I were you, I suggest checking your receipt every time. You ought to be asshamed of yourself. After all of that, I didn’t even get so much as an apology. Don’t waste your money at this location or any of the others because they are.way better Medi Spa options nearby.

I have been to Tuscan in Morgantown many times before and today Kayla did a full color correction and I can't be happier. What a boost of confidence, it just looks beautiful. Tuscan is always a wonderful place to visit.

This was the first time I went to Tuscan Sun Spa and I will definitely be back. I went for brow sculpting and a tint. The aesthetician was hands down the best that I have ever been to. I highly recommend Hannah for all of your eye brow and skin care needs. The receptionists were so friendly as well and the gift shop is so cute!

Ari is so incredibly knowledgeable with skin care, and I would highly recommend her for facials. She has done wonderful things for healing my skin! Carly is also wonderful, for all your waxing needs! Both are personable and create a positive environment. Would high recommend them both!

Ariana is the best! She listens to your skin concerns and truly wants to see your skin heal. She recommends the best products and i’m always so relaxed during our sessions. She’s available even when I just have some questions. I’ll never go to anyone else, the trust is real!

I have been getting facials from Hasil for the last 5 years. I am in my 50's and am trying to make facials my routine as I get older. I usually get a relaxing hydro facial with dermaplane, if she feels I need it. She massages my arms, feet while my mask is on. I always leave feeling and looking great. I highly suggest!

First time here today!! I couldn’t be more happier with my facial. I have never felt so relaxed and happy afterwords. Everyone is telling me I look 16 again and I’m 25!! The lady that did my facial took her time was very careful and professional and made me feel very comfortable. The beds are amazing too!! I will definitely be back! Beautiful glowing skin!!

So most of these five stars reviews you see are from promotions they give their customers for writing them. Do not like when a business does that as you are not allowing your customers to be honest about their experience. I went in for a pedicure for my birthday, got one of their most expensive pedicures, and left extremely disappointed. I gave two stars for cleanliness and my nails looked okay. The girl that did my pedicure talked and complained my entire session about topics that I don't think were appropriate talk with a client. There was no massage involved and that is the main reason I went with the most expensive package, she pretty much just rubbed lotion on my legs. I pretty much paid all this money for a hot foot bath, some lotion, and an okay job on my actual pedicure. It was suppose to be over an hour but she was done in not even 40 mins, when she realized this the only thing she did was apologize then offered to give me a tour of the place. During the tour I was told about their sauna and hot tub that you can use before or after any service you get from them. Very disappointed to have only learned about this at the end of my appt, this is definitely information that should of been shared with me when I first made the appt so that I could of actually utilized this offer. Over all just highly disappointed, especially for the money I spent, don't plan on coming back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Tuscan Sun Spa. I got a Diamond glow facial with Katrina and I left with the most hydrated skin! I highly recommend this treatment. The spa itself is gorgeous and the facilities top notch. I’ve already booked my next service and can’t wait to return.

Michelle W. did a great job on my pedi and just love the new color selections! This is the best place in town not only for pedicure, but other spa services as well. Had a girls spa day a while back, it was a wonderful relaxing day. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Will keep coming back.

Michelle W. was amazing! I had a tremendous pumpkin spice pedicure. The atmosphere was relaxing and soothing. Michelle does a great job and is extremely personable. The neck wrap, snack plate, and tea were super nice touches. Can’t wait to come back for my next service and take advantage of the jacuzzi and spa next time too!
