Not sure why NOW! My GF has been coming here for over 7 years. This last time was a serious mistake. I'm a guy and even I know when a cut, color and style is way off and just wrong. I knew the minute she walked into the house she was not happy. The color was not all the way down to the scalp. The transitioning of the color in the highlights were not smooth. You could actually see lines in her hair in various spots and areas where this has happened!! I actually made the call into the salon and I'm not going to mention WHO did the do but on th call I was polite and detailed as I can be and still no offering of a redo or even a partial refund from the stylist....because at this point I had purchased a conditioner treatment and after serveral cries on my shoulder we think that this is the last time we are going there!

I went to this salon twice and even brought my daughter before but yesterday i was gonna have a haircut and there was only 1 stylist available she was almost done with her client but when she accommodated me i felt like i was racially profiled she told me that there was no stylist available and i asked if when i can come back and when is the stylist going to be available she then told me that no stylist going to be available.. but man, if you mean business you would tell me that i can come back or call to make an appointment. Just sucks cuz the stylist i had before was sweet and nice so I don’t think i’ll ever come to this place again 👎🏼

Had an amazing experience at this salon!! At first i was unsure about this salon because ive never been there but after my experience today, they will be the only salon i go to! Virginia my hair stylist did wonderful work on my hair and made sure it was just the way i wanted. Wonderful people with exceptional customer service!! Overall, 100/10 experience

Jennifer listened patiently to my thoughts, and asked me a few questions. Then she gave me a REALLY flattering cut! What I saw at the salon is that the stylists all treat their customers with affection and kindness. I felt comfortable at the salon in every way. Looking forward to my next haircut day at Tuscany!

Love this place! All the Hair stylist ladies know what they are doing. I think their professional knowledge and years of experience is showing in their work . I really trust them with my hair and always happy when I walk out. Most of all I like the way they are treating clients. Everyone is very friendly, smiling and give you a welcome feeling. That's a five star for me!

I stopped in for a haircut at Tuscany in Portage and had a great experience! It was my first time visiting the establishment, and Tammy did a great job of cutting my hair exactly how I wanted it. I appreciate her professionalism and would recommend anyone in need of a haircut to ask for her!

Stacy is the best. I have very curly hair and not to many people know how to cut Curley hair. I went for getting close to 30 inches cut off to a pixie cut and absolutely love it. Thank you Stacy you did a wonderful job and I’m very happy with my cut.
