Great lady! Feels like you’re visiting family when you get your hair done. Never rude, impatient or done bad work. Always finds a way to squeeze me in. You just sit back and watch a movie/show while your hair gets done.

The salon was beautiful and booking my appointment was easy. The lady that styled my hair was extremely sweet but not very experienced. She charged $175 for a sew in and to style. She treated my natural hair gentle and with care. She did not know how to sew in my hair properly tho. My tracks are overlapping 1 another and her 4:30 appointment was there so I walked out of the shop without my hair styled. I hate to leave a poor review because the lady tweety across the shop did an amazing job on every head she touched. I’m sorry for the low review but this situation with my hair was very unfair it hasn’t even been 3 weeks yet and I’m having to sew things back down etc etc. Either the lady needs to go back to hair school or lower her prices. I’ve paid 60$s and my hair was done at a way better quality then the $175 hairstyle

The owners are Christian. Love people and dogs. Very inspiring, always encouraging guests and residents. Every dog gets a doggie treat. Everyone that passes by the door get a Hello/Have a great day. Every patron gets a makeover.

Tweety has been taking care of my hair since she came out of school.when I lived out of town,in L.A.; I would still come back to k.c.to have Terri cut my hair.when she moved to Springfield to teach,I would drive down there to have her cut my hair.there's NOTHING that she doesn't know about hair.you can't go wrong with letting Terri take care of your hair needs.

Tweety is, definitely, the best barber that I've ever gone to. She styles & trims my beard weekly. Also, she keeps my long hair free of split ends, and recommended the best forming cream that I've used. Her expertise with all types of hair is unquestionable. I've observed it during my appointments, and just stopping by to say hello. Her charming, professional staff is 5-star too. You won't regret the hair care experience, for sure. When my daughter visited recently, she was delighted with all her appointments with Janah. The serene atmosphere and friendly clientele at Tweety's salon are also plusses.
