I came to David shortly after battling health issues that had me on bed rest for several months. I was nervous I would be judged because I had formed a horrible snarled mess behind my head. David worked gently, and tirelessly for 5 hours to untangle, ensuring I wasn't in pain and wasn't breaking/damaging the hair. He continued to give me a wonderful cut, color and hair treatment. I sat and wept as I went through a spiritual awakening. I was able to let go of so much hurt, pain, and grief. It was the start of a new beginning for me. It was life changing. David genuinely care for me as a person. Took his time to make sure I was comfortable. He is not only a talented hairstylist but one of the kindest people I've had the privilege of knowing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! He's truly the best!

HORRIBLE customer service. I met with Evan a couple months ago and discussed extension options as my hair has been thinning over the past couple years due to an androgenetic alopecia diagnosis. I paid $250 for extensions and scheduled an appointment for install. Unfortunately, due to ongoing hair loss, I had to cancel my install appointment. I inquired about getting a refund for the hair and was told they can't return the hair and therefore can't issue a refund (which I understand). Then I asked if I could pick the hair up (to sell myself) and was told although I had purchased the hair, I could not have it unless I left the salon with it on my head!!?? Very unprofessional, uncompassionate, and zero customer service skills. Dodged a bullet.

From the very beginning, Cassi was very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. This was my first time to Twiggs and I had a haircut with Cassi. I have never met a stylist so cold and unfriendly. Cassi spoke about 5 sentences to me during our entire appointment, which was very rushed and lasted 35 minutes in total. The haircut I received was fine, nothing to warrant the aloof treatment by Cassi. I would never recommend her and suggest she finds a new profession if this one causes her so much displeasure.

First it started with wonderful Cassi, ( who is an amazing hair colorist, highly recommend!) And then came wonderful David! What a wonderful experience after a horrific, terrible health condition that I went through, from having full hair to having almost half of my hair fall out, I was embarrassed and didn't know what to do, it was a horrible feeling. David gave me the inner boost of confidence after showing me how his extensions would help my hair in the long run. He listened to my every word and made sure it was what would help my hair grow back healthy and I felt beautiful again, inside and out. He was thorough, he was precise, he didn't care about the amount of time it took, he wanted it JUST PERFECT. I was just blown away (no pun indented) . As a musician, I've seen many celebrities' hair done and David is just the best in the hair game and not just that, has the biggest heart! I can't explain how wonderful Twiggs is and their staff, they are all so great and make you feel so special and it is so genuine. Please visit if you can! Worth every minute of your time!

David is a true master stylist: dedication to his client is of the most importance. His attention to detail is unsurpassed. I have been getting my extensions applied from David for just about 2 years now. His skill is amazing plus his coloring and conditioning of my hair is the best. The Twiggs Family of stylists are so fun! Just love John, Evan, Nick, and Cassi. Just a first class salon with great people!

I don't write reviews and I don't gush...so forgive me while I do both. I have NEVER in my life had a haircut like the one I got yesterday. Evan was a DREAM. He was confident and knowledgeable but in a realistic and approachable way. He taught me more about my curly hair in an hour than anyone ever has in 30(ish 😉) years. He explained (in the nicest way) where I had been going wrong and had a plan to correct it. He cut my hair like a true artist and then gave me the tips and tools to replicate it myself - including the incredible (and affordable) products he used. My hair has NEVER looked or felt this healthy and the cut is so wonderful...even my 4 year old noticed the difference! When he told me his goal was to make my curls like Zendaya's...I would have never believed my curls were capable...but I was proved wrong. And to use Evan's term, I left "Zendaya'd" and feeling fabulous! I can't wait to go back!

I have been in the Spa/Salon business for over 10 years! I had hi-lights put in and he left me processing for an hour without checking on me like they are supposed to. When I went to check out I was extremely overcharged. My hair was so damaged. I called to complain and they gave me back what I was overcharged and gave me a free blow-out with a treatment which did nothing. I will never go back there again.

I've been to this salon pretty regularly when I'm in town. This last time I was there I overheard two stylists talking about another customer that was overweight. One used the word "disgusting" and the other one expressed an interest in "barfing" because they didn't like the fact that the customer was so fat. I don't know how people like this still have this mentality in 2021. They should seriously grow up. I won't be back.

Evan was absolutely fantastic! I had no idea of what I really wanted, so I let him work his magic and boy am I glad he did! I left feeling refreshed and set for the next few months, with an easily maintainable cut and perfect color. Not to mention, sitting in his chair is an absolute blast.

Had my first appointment at Twiggs with Evan and I am SO happy with the results! He spent a lot of time listening to what I was unhappy with about my hair color (from a different salon) and then explained how he was going to fix my hair color. I showed him a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like from 2016 (photo of back of my head) and he nailed it (as you can see in the photo of the side of my head). Highly recommend Evan at Twiggs!
