I went in for a simple black balayage with red ends. When I left I had maroon hair with bright orange roots. She told me up front she could do what I asked but after she had the bleach in my hair let me know that she wouldn’t do the black because “it wouldn’t match my complexion”. Was she super nice, yes. Did I leave with what I wanted, absolutely not. Will I be going again? No, without hesitation. I ended up going to another salon to get a shadow root done right after I left to help cover the orange and all the color she put on washed out immediately.

My best friend went in to get a simple black to red balayage. She came out of the salon with bright yellow orange roots and maroon ends. She originally was going to charge $300 but lowered it to $150 which is still absurd considering she butchered her hair. Tammy also insisted on not doing what she asked for because “it would not match her complexion.” Absolutely unacceptable. Don’t waste your time or money here for hair.

Tammy is really nice, and takes her time to do a neat job. I am a lash customer, and she truly goes a blue and beyond to make sure I achieve the desired look. She ensures that the customer is comfortable and has reasonable prices!

Thao did such an amazing job. She did the exact hair color and high lights that I wanted. I highly recommend her. Very comfortable environment and treats you like family. I will definitely be going back to her.

Thao is a talented hair stylist,she is also very friendly and caring.I has my chemical hair straightening done and I love it very much.
