Went to go get my hair washed at Twist and Go, everything was extremely smooth and they really revived my hair back to life! Would recommend!

Very Timely received good service from Jasmin. My style was called summer breeze flat twist with curls on the top. Recommend the shop to my friend. Will go again.

They don't answer the phone. Pricing information and styles are incomplete on their website. Tells you $75 for seven styles, but only list 2-3 and doesn't clarify which ones. Doesn't state the price for trims or any of the other styles or services listed. Also, apparently they charge for a density fee which I couldn't find on their site. It's like they're punishing you for being bl.

My son got starter locs, the service took about two hours total. The location was clean and organized. The appointment started on time. The stylist was friendly, but they didn’t offer products to purchase on site to maintain the style.

The fact that they have twist in the salon name is beyond me, some of the stylists don't seem to care if you leave their chair with frizzy twists that won't even last a day. I've had two bad experiences there, so I definitely won't return. The first time the manager did make it right so I tried them again. But I recently went in and paid $100 for flat twists, they were so frizzy, they looked like they were two weeks old, so I had to take them out. If you have thick natural hair, I don't recommend it, they will charge a density fee, but still can't get it right.

The salon was amazing working with my child who has sensory issues. They were patient and Hannah was so gentle and kind. I will be coming back every time we need hair styled like this!

The women working at Twist and Go definitely know how to do naturally curly hair, and with as little pain as possible. They were also very friendly! I had good conversation while getting my locks retwisted, and I will definitely be returning!

Very nice and courteous from the start. Offered me a rat comb from the start because I was in the middle of taking out my cornrows when I walked in. Always asked if she was being tight when braiding my hair

Hannah was great! Brought a deal on Groupon and made my appointment to have my hair twisted for my 53rd birthday. I wanted something different, as I wear my hair naturally. My twist lasted 3 weeks and another 1 1/2 weeks once I untwisted my hair. I received a lot of compliments on the style. I just made another appointment without the Groupon. They were reasonability priced for a twist style. Also, I noticed that they provide other services, such as weaves, add-ons, etc. Very pleased with my new style. And it works well when I attend the gym.

I got my hair retwisted here today by Hannah. The experience was really nice, from the comfy wash chair, to the music. Hannah was really gentle with my hair, which is nice because I'm very tender headed. She really did a great job and I love the style that she did! I told her to do whatever style she wanted to. I'm so happy with my experience!

I was very happy with my experience at Twist and Go. I made my appointment the night before and received a text reminder about my appointment. I had a little bit of trouble finding it but once I did the parking was plentiful. When I walked in, my stylist, Malik, was ready to go. We talked about the concern I had with my thin hair that lacks density and whether it would hold the twists that I was looking to have done. He took his time and put several twists in my hair and let me look at it and after more discussion I decided I would go ahead and go forth. The shampoo and conditioning was excellent. I was put under a steamer to help moisturize my hair as I had complained about how dry my hair seems to stay. If there's a negative at all, it was with the steaming process and that it was dripping all over the place. But then after it was done Cynthia (owner?) took a hairdryer and dried my shirt. Malik began putting the twists in and again let me take a look at it a quarter of the way through and he, Cynthia, and I discussed the twists vs. other options. Ultimately, I decided to go ahead and get the twist done. Malik is super FAST. I'm happy with the twists and any problems that I have with them are because of my hair texture and had nothing to do with the stylist. I found everybody to be very friendly and welcoming. They went out of the way to make sure that I was happy and comfortable. The price is reasonable. I've made another appointment to return and get a different style that might be more complementary to me and work better for my hair. I'm aware of some of the other negative reviews, but that was not my experience and I'd recommend them.

It’s definitely customer beware of booking with this salon. They state 7 styles are $50, but they add fees based on length, detangling, etc. The fees should be up front and if you get a shampoo they do not style the hair. They literally just wash your hair and don’t style it. You are a better off washing your own hair at home.

Right now I’m so frustrated. To narrow it down….. poor customer service. Leslie is so rude and lazy. I have about 2 inches of new growth and scheduled a loc maintenance and she tells me she would have to do a starter loc service on me🙄. So you’re telling me that you don’t do retwist? Then she tells me she doesn’t usually do loc maintenance after 6 although I booked it and confirmed it for 515 in which they called and asked if I can come at 6. This is the 3rd failed service I have to scheduled and not received any service. I’m done

I've been patronizing Twist & Go for about 6 months. I've had just about everyone do my hair. The first few pics were of twist on dry hair where most of them have been on wet hair. The level of detangling skills vary by Stylist but all of them are very talented. I've seen styles on all natural hair and styles with hair added. The prices are very reasonable and the experience is enjoyable. There usually isn't a wait, Ms. Cynthia runs a tight ship and keeps you informed in advance of any schedule changes or delays.

My first appointment was amazing. The stylist was great. However, my second appointment with a different stylist was awful. My hair looks like trash. She was so lazy she completely changed the style that I booked services for. And she put some much gel in my hair that it doesn't even move. Then she OVERCHARGED me. I was just there last week and got a similar treatment. The only difference was I used the steamer the previous week (which is more expensive) and for this most recent appointment I was put under the dryer. And somehow I ended paying $10 more. I was so angry, I just left. Now, I am going to return to see the first stylist again. And hopefully, I'll be able to speak with the manager about my utter disappointment and the fact that I was overcharged.
