I love my nail tech Dasha - she puts ups with all of my shenanigans I appreciate that she takes her time, very meticulous and makes all my nail design dreams come true! This is only my 2nd time and I feel like I've been a customer forever. You won't be disappointed!

Princess Rogers does my nails and she’s amazing! 🫶🏽 She’s very patient and kind. I tend to get more traditional nails and she’s taken the time to really learn what I want as a client, even when I’m super picky! Look no further for a professional who has good work ethic and integrity in her craft! 💅

Somewhat unprofessional when it comes to appointments. I did not have the best experience once because my tech was not ready at the time my appointment was so I had to go to someone else… Were a lot of mistakes. I suppose to her being tired?.. If I am my paying money, I would like quality work. If you know you cannot do something, do not offer and let people have bad work on their hands. Nice people but need to work on that.

This was my first time in the salon this past week and I have a wonderful experience. The young lady that did my nails was named Evelyn my granddaughter found her on Facebook. She is so creative and very detailed with her artwork and she moves so fast and she is so funny she asked me what I wanted on my nails and she handled the rest I was so surprised and she is so affordable. I've already gotten my next appointment booked. She made sure I was comfortable and she always asked me if I liked something before drying my hand. I'm so glad I've finally found someone that can do my nails the way I'm requesting and actually caring if I like them and not just wanting money.

This was my first visit at the salon and I had an appt with Dasha. Immediately she greeted me when I entered the salon and told me that she would be with me as soon as she finished up her current client. From the start she made me feel welcomed as a new customer and client. She was accommodating to my needs, very friendly and just as excited as I was for my new set of nails! Very impressed and exactly what you’re looking for in a professional/client relationship. I am already looking at dates to book my next appointment. Very clean, open space! Ample parking with just a quick walk from the parking lot. I’m so happy to have found a new Black Owned Business to patronize.

Appeared to the salon with a young lady sitting down and doing her own nails, as I try to open the door- it was locked and she just nodded her head no with no explanation or even a paper posted as to why they are not open. I showed up at business hours.

10/10- When I say, Evelyn is the best, she is the best. She’s makes sure that you get exactly what you want. And when it comes to her character designs, her nail sculpting and her overall artistry of nails she is one of the kind. I have had the pleasure of being a client since the beginning and will forever continue to let her bless my hands!! And did I mention she is a celebrity nail artist as well!!! Definitely ask for her when in the shop, you will never regret it 💅🏾💕

Went for a much needed pedicure! Jobieh gave my toes some tropical vibes! I'll definitely return! It was empty but everyone was nice & friendly when I arrived! They VALIDATE PARKING for 2 HOURS! That alone changed my life! I was parked in the 15-minute spots & immediately moved.

I traveled up here from Georgia and I randomly popped my nail off while I was fixing my shoe. Luckily they were the only ones open and taking walk-ins. I was so nervous at first, but they were very welcoming and sweet. I want to shout out Brittany, she literally saved my life! lol she repaired my nail and did a fill in for me. She revamped my basic French tips with a beautiful royal blue. I’ll definitely come back to her when i visit. Thanks girly 🫶🏽🫶🏽 Side note: she was extremely gentle! I’ve only ever had two other people be gentle and not rush in my entire life. I’m so appreciative.

I tried out this place thinking it would be my go to when I get off work since it’s open soo late. Unfortunately I wasn’t expecting my nails and pedicure to be this way. My nails were unevenly shaped and color is on my cuticles after looking at them the next day in the light. My pedicure wasn’t the greatest, I have a bunch of skin underneath my foot from obviously sweat from the gym. Skin was still there, wasn’t scrubbed properly. Everything was all rushed towards the end of the night.

Master Nail Stylist Michelle Reid is a GENIUS when it comes to nails. She did my nails and nail art for the first time today and it’s perfection. She is friendly, personable and sweet and extremely detailed with her artistry. I’m so happy that I found her after she was highly recommended by someone else. This place is unbeatable. Their nails are quality, adorable, and they’re art. I teach math and love it in general. I pick random techs and give them vague ideas I want and they SHOW OUT!!! I think the photos speak for themselves. I want to shout out each tech but I’m getting up there in years and Vagaro keeps playing me. Twisted Nailz is clean, plays nice R&B music, and the conversation is nice. The only reason they aren’t 5 stars is because I’ve been ignored TWICE walking in the door. The last time that happened, I called ahead of time to see if they had time for a walk in; they did. I walked in, said hello and sat down. They literally said nothing to me the entire 10 minutes I was there, even the tech without a client. If I hadn’t already had fantastic service from my previous techs I would’ve never come back. “Hello, we’ll be with you in a few,” isn’t hard to say. I only make appointments with names I recognize now.

Best pedicure of my life and the nail tech followed my preferences to a tee! I'm new to the Greensboro area and want to support a black owned nail salon. Not many in Long Island where I came from. Charielle "Char" was great! She was flexible with the scheduling when she had a conflict, she took care of me and was very personable. If you like a gentle touch with your pedicure, you won't get that from her. She gets in to all the places that most don't go. I could tell just by how she paid attention to the details, she appreciates her clients and tries her best to provide an excellent customer experience - she did for me and I'll be back!
