Went here for the first time recently and had Mariah as my stylist. She did a fantastic job with my curly hair, I definitely recommend her!

I went to salon for approximately 4 times for touch up color, foils, and cut. The cut was very good but it took the stylist a couple of times before she got the color of highlights I wanted. My hair was always extremely dry afterward and I use very good products in my hair, Redkin and Purelogy. So every time after a color I used the Purelogy conditioner for brittle and over processed hair to put moisture back into my hair. Should not have to do this if better products had been used The other issue from my very first visit was cleanliness of the salon. Always excessive amount of hair on floor and dust at all the stations. Not just a little dust as it looked like no one cleaned in several months. I ended up going to another salon that was very clean and loved color, cut, and condition of my hair the very first visit and was $20 less for services. I will not go back to the Twisted Salon. It’s a shame that the owner doesn’t hold her staff to a higher standard. Kristi Jackson

I had my haircut for the first time in over a year by Carissa. She was very honest and listened to what I wanted, she cut my hair in a way that works wonderfully for me because I never style and my hair is amazing! She brought out all my natural waves, just like I wanted! no pressure to book an appointment 6 weeks out, just honest feedback. I will be there for my semi annual haircuts for life!

I haven't been to a salon in years. My daughter goes here and bought me a gift certificate to get my hair done. My stylist was Travis and he was fabulous. I had hair down to my waist and always pulled it up in a pony tail. I trusted him to cut, style, and highlight my hair. He was confident and knew exactly what style would look good on me. I absolutely love the color and style. He took his time to make sure my color was perfect. I'm definitely going to come back and my stylist is Travis. Thank you for making me feel beautiful again. 😍

Went in Thursday and had pink highlights put in my hair my Saturday morning they were so faded you couldnt tell my hair was even colored. Took forever to get anyone on the phone. They refused to give my money back for the color so now im stuck paying to have it fixed at another salon.

Kayla took care of me, and she was wonderful. She did everything that I asked; even got a second set of eyes to help when I didn’t like what I had asked for. She styled, shampooed, and cut. I’m incredibly happy with the service I received. I recommend going to see her for sure.

Be careful which stylist you get! Some are good, others are bad. Most recent cut and color was NOT what I asked for and looked NOTHING like the pictures I showed. Asked for dark blonde lowlights - ended up bleached all over with large chunks of my roots not done. And within 2 weeks, bleachy orange tones are coming out. When I called and asked for it to be corrected by a senior stylist, manager refused and kept trying to put me with the same stylist to fix it. She then got snippy and said "I think it's best if we just refund your money." This after coming to Twisted for YEARS. They must not be that interested in keeping their clients.

I went to Twisted Salon in June to have my hair colored for my vacation and wedding. I told Scott I was going on vacation that week and getting married in a few weeks. He told me he was great at doing hair. He mentioned owning his own salon and so on so I was confident he was going to nail my hair color!! Boy was I wrong. I spent 6 hours getting my hair ruined!! He slopped hair color all over my face, arm, $60 sandles and $30 shirt. He turned my hair BLUE!! I still don't understand how blue was put in my head when I asked for black touch up at the bottom and blond highlights on the top. Ugh. So anyways he tried washing it out 10 plus times and after everyone left for the night he started cutting my hair. He mentioned how terrible my hair cut was from who ever cut it before( this guy obviously doesn't remember me BECAUSE HE WAS THE LAST ONE TO CUT MY HAIR) So $120 I was charged. I go back the next day and speak with the receptionist who tries scheduling me with a new lady they just hired BUT I EXPLAIN IM HETTING MARRIED IN A FEW WEEKS AMD HAVE BLUE HAIR!! The owner was able to squeeze me in a few days later. It took her 5 hours of trying to get all the blue out and fix my hair!! It looked much better than the blue I left with. I did notice I had orange in my hair after she fixed it but she told me to use this bottle of purple shampoo and it would lighten it up. So she gave me a shampoo, conditioner and a detangler to help with the damage. She told me to come back in August and she could add highlights for me and the orange would be gone. So after my appt in August I was happy with my hair just a little disappointed I could still see orange :( So today I decided I need my hair highlighted but think I should go elsewhere. So I reached out to my sister in law and as she's prepping my hair she starts freaking out telling me about ALL the breakage in the back of my head!!! I just cried because Twisted Salon charged me almost $200 and in the end fried my hair!! I will NEVER return to this business and hope anyone readying this will do the same!

I’m honestly really upset with my cut an whole experience. When I called and first walked in they were neither very friendly or professional. I got a level 3 hairdresser so the haircut was $10 more. I was okay with that. But they nightmare began. While washing my hair he got spit on me while talking. While doing the haircut he couldn’t talk and cut at the same time so it took extra long. While blow drying my hair he hit me with the blowdryer a whopping 4 times. The draping cloth was full of someone else’s hair. And now and hour later I am finding tons of extra long hairs. I’m extremely unsatisfied and should not have paid for it.

LOVE this place. First time I've been here and now I've found my forever salon. Scott is AWESOME. He listens to what you want and helps explain everything. Makes you feel like home. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I will recommend this place to ALL my friends.
