I stopped going to this shop because the owners wife was ALWAYS RUDE! I went again and she was still her rude self. But I made sure I did not let her service me. Fast forward to today the person doing my pedicure wanted me to move my feet certain places but didn’t tell me didn’t say a word. I had to assume what she wanted me to do. I live 3 minutes from this shop but I will continue to drive to the two other locations I prefer that are over 20 miles from my house. My husband wanted to come here but I will take him across town before I let him visit this shop for a pedicure Never again! I had to give 1 star just to post but this place is TRASH

Come see Jennifer and Sarah they are the BEST! Jen hand made my color because they didn’t have the perfect shade for my occasion and it was SUPERB. Best pedi comes with a shoulder rub!

Good service , Little pricey and sometimes they don’t do manicure good , they don’t take time to do it , they don’t clean cuticle they do everything so fast . I like it but they need to do a better job .

Wow!!! Great Service!! Philip and Jennifer do a very good job. I came to do a pedicure and manicure and they did such a fabulous job. Service is very nice and they adjusted to my needs.

He really didn't do what I asked for. Tried to pop off my old set instead of soaking off like I asked. Wanted a powder diped French manicure but he did gel. Pedicure was fine.

I chose to try them bc they are close to my house, never again. And now technician pryed the dipped polish off of my nails, which hurt terribly, I even told her that my usual place didn’t do that they soaked them in nail polish remover and filed them down with the electric file and she goes oh really. Continued to pry the nails off, I was very displeased. I had worked hard on growing my nails out and she ruined them and I had to put three false nails on, bc of the damage she did and then she did damage the to several nails too.😡😡😡 pedicures need improvement. I won’t return 😡😡😡

I am terrified of this nail shop, not only bc they have terrible customer service but bc I witnessed today with my very own eyes.., one of the nail techs did the craziest thing..she was giving a pedicure/massage with gloves on and with those SAME gloves went to answer a phone call!! AND went to charge a customer with those SAME GLOVES she handled a customers card!!! Gross!! I was so disgusted I left upon seeing that!! See you NEVER again!!

Absolutely horrific. I rarely do anything for myself and work hard, nobody should be shuffled in by a car pool of late people from a filthy parking lot and man handled the way I was. Refusing to do the color I want was the least of my problems! My polish so poorly cleaned it's coming through the edges of my powder dip, never instructed me to go wash, electric drill injuries all over my skin, the man pinched my fingers so hard they all were stinging from numbness. Go anywhere but here unless you are desperate like I was

I really would prefer to give no stars but that isn’t an option. I went up there and asked for a price on a nail set and the lady tells me $75 so I go back the next day to get them done . However this time I ask for a shorter length and only a French tip rather than the xxl long nails and a specific design for each nail , but for some reason the price is still $75 . Which makes absolutely no sense. But even before being seated I’m told one price for French tip which is $35 then another associate comes over and says something and all of a sudden the price is now $45 and the price just continues to go up . Therefore I no longer want the nails and ask for them to be taken off so I can take my money else where and then the women who wasn’t even doing my nails wants to sit there and complain about me leaving and taking my 4 other friends I took with me to get nails done and when I tell her why is she still talking about it when it’s over she wants to say “okay” so I say “okay” and this women proceeded to go back and forth with me . I don’t understand how you can have someone be soo unprofessional with customers, soo rude and just make up prices as they please . Worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon . I would not recommend anyone going here because they are rude and unprofessional. And expect be be over priced on any nails you get , the prices are made up by them based on how they are feeling and wanna be with you . Also I came to the nail salon in balch springs “DJ NAILS” and for the same nails and it was only $50 so I’m positive the women was over charging for fun .

Nail tech was rude and very rushed. Came to get my nails done for prom and ended up having to paint over them. My nails were smudged and bumpy, and she was very rough with my hands, and rushed through the whole thing. I paid $80 for these!!! Not with it!

Got there 30 min before they closed to get color on my nails but was turned away. So upsetting, ialways Tell myself I won’t come back but since it’s so close To home I always go for convenience. For sure it will be my last time. I’ve had issues with them in the past where my nails don’t last even a day. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I love this place they do great work and take care of customer's as fast as they can. They are normally busy best time to come is between 8am to 2pm anytime after you might have a little wait time but they do have you sign in so that they cancall you when they are ready for you. They are alsovery clean and wipe down after every customer.

I've been a customer here since they opened I particularly like the way they take their time with you. The female tech who appears to be someone in leadership has engaged in some unsanitary practices that raised a brow but nothing that made me stop coming. On Monday they arrived 30 min late which made it impossible for me to get all the services I wanted. I told the leadership tech that I wanted to get the pedi but would come back for the mani. I asked if while I was getting my pedi, if I could soak the gel off my nails cutting down the time for when I came back. She told me she would have to charge me $10 if I left. I told her I was coming back. This would be ok if I had not been a customer over 7 years, always give a tip which exceeds the $10 she wanted to charge me. They nickle and dime you here. Since I protested the $10....she charged me an extra $5 stating my nails were long. As you can see they are not long. I won't be back.
