I had an amazing experience at Tyme Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The massage was absolutely perfect—they knew exactly the right pressure points, and the scalp massage was incredible! I really needed it, and it made such a difference. The entire spa was spotless, adding to the overall sense of tranquility. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Shamir was my provider for the 90-minute Birthday Pamper Package, and she did an amazing job. I have never felt so relaxed! The aromatherapy massage was wonderful, and the hot stones and honey facial mask were a nice touch. Will certainly be coming back to Tyme Day Spa!

Beautiful relaxing place and Lacey did an amazing job! She was attentive to my needs and made sure I was feeling good. I loved the monthly special too with a massage and hydrating face mask. I will definitely come again when I visit Charlotte.

I had an incredible experience at Tyme Day Spa! Star and Gregory were absolutely amazing. Went in for a couples massage, and from start to finish, the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. Both Star and Gregory were very attentive and mindful, making sure we felt completely at ease throughout the massage. We left feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend!

I booked a lymphatic massage with an add-on for a scalp massage and facial mask for $168. While the therapist's technique was good, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The session didn’t cover key areas like my chest, abdomen, or thighs, and I don’t feel the full hour was utilized effectively. I would appreciate knowing upfront which areas will be covered to avoid feeling disappointed. While the massage itself was fine, the lack of clarity and incomplete coverage left me feeling shortchanged for the price.

This spa was amazing. From booking the appointment online to receiving a couples massage from Greg and Shamir, there were no issues at all. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend going here!

10/10 service, aesthetic and rooms! Crystal was at the front desk and was very sweet! My massage therapist was Star! She was a gem! Not only did she work all of the kinks out of my body but she also recommended she great items that would help with my pain and discomfort areas. She explained what she was doing and how I could better take care of myself! The experience with her was Heaven Sent! I can’t wait for follow to continue restoring my body! I just relocated to Charlotte and this will be my permanent spa.

Absolutely excellent experience. The staff were all super nice and professional. I had Gregory as my masseuse and I have never had such an amazing full body tissue massage. Will certainly be coming here again in the future!

Book now! We scored a last minute couples massage before our flight home. Mikayla at the front desk held our spot while we rearranged our travel plans. Chantal and Gregory were our specialists - phenomenal! My financè fell asleep under Gregory’s hands and Chantal got every kink and knot out of my very tense shoulders. When we come back to Charlotte we will be back! FYI: There were 2 other couples (before and after us) so this is the premiere place to come for a couples experience ✨

Very nice place in a tucked away location in the back of a building. My massage therapist was wonderful and was very thorough with what I needed from the session and allergies. Will be coming back.

My friend & I were in town for a weekend event and treated ourselves to a couple’s massage. I have to say that Star was incredible - she provided one of the best massages I’ve ever had! It was both therapeutic (with appropriate heavy pressure) and relaxing, borderline euphoric at times. I have been dealing with back pain for awhile and this was an absolute gift! She was also delightful to chat with afterward. Thank you so much to Star & the rest of the Tyme Day Spa crew 😊

My friend recommended me to this spa. When you walk in, it’s relaxing and well decorated. For some time now, I’ve been dealing with skin issues and it was my first time going to see an esthetician. My esthetician, Trenea was great! She’s kind and very knowledgeable of her work. She took her time to answer all my concerns and gave me advice on what my skin needs in order to maintain it healthy. A few days after my session, I am able to tell a difference on my skin. It’s feels soft and looks glowing!

Trenae gave me the best facial I’ve ever had today! She went over everything she was doing. Made sure I was comfortable. I tried derma-planing for the first time. I was a bit nervous but she was a pro! I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend Tyme Day spa & Trenae.

We so enjoyed our couples massage during our Charlotte staycation. Both therapists were wonderful and we left feeling rejuvenated. The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the massage was excellent. We will definitely plan on coming back.
