Absolutely amazing experience. Especially crystal- she actually took her time to understand what I needed. I have been searching for a therapist that could really pinpoint my problem areas. After a suboptimal first visit, Tyme Day Spa contacted me to offer a corrective experience. I saw Rachel for a 90 minute Tyme Signature Massage. The ambiance of the facility and vibe of the massage therapist were more aligned with my expectations than my initial encounter. Rachel was communicative and provided a relaxing, tension-reducing massage. I am updating my original review from 2 stars to 4 stars. After my second experience, I would recommend Tyme Day Spa to others. I will continue to use their services and optimistically hope to update my review to 5 stars after more encounters.

What a blissful spa!!! I now see why it’s known to be #1 in the city! I came with pain in my shoulders from working long hours and left completely rejuvenated and refreshed. I booked the Tyme Signature Massage with hot stones. It was extremely relaxing & customized to my pressure preference. Before leaving, I made sure to sign up for the membership. Can’t wait to try a facial on my next visit. Will definitely refer friends and family. The entire Spa’s team expertise and friendliness added to my amazing experience. They were incredibly professional, welcoming, attentive, & caring. Can’t wait to return! Very clean and modern!!

After an unfortunate first experience, Tyme reached out to reschedule. The second experience was absolutely incredible, starting with the sauna which was relaxing and spa like. Rachel was my masseuse and I recommend her 10/10. She is absolutely incredible, listened to my pain points and I'll definitely be going back.
