Spent my birthday afternoon at Udånder downtown, it was lovely. Andrea was an amazing masseuse. Chloe gave me such a great facial highly recommend the pumpkin peel my skin was literally glowing and Dani was the most attentative lounge attendant. Was truly at peace that afternoon. Can't wait to go back soon.

Highly recommend! My husband and I booked massages and sauna time this week and we were greatly impressed. The space was clean and modern, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the massages were top rate. Ask for Klare or Haylee if you want to experience an amazing massage. Will be booking the next time we’re in town!

Disappointed! Wax and tint for eyebrows and lashes is waste of time and money. Very expensive for what I got done. I had to stop somewhere else to fix it…. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

I booked this place for a relaxing birthday party and they did not disappoint! While the sauna was very nice, the best part was definitely the steam room!! It was super fun and after we left the spa none of us could stop touching our faces😆. Amazing service and vey understanding staff. 5 stars ⭐️

I made a reservation for their lounge and sauna as a gift for someone. Everything was absolutely ideal for the intimate, and laid back atmosphere they were going for while still being entirely seamless in execution and also quality. I cannot recommend them enough, and am so immensely grateful that they can exist and prosper in our city. Thank you for providing an ever endangered sense of serenity and prejudice free pampering in this demanding and overstimulating society.

My husband surprised me with a facial and massage here for my birthday and to take my mind off the loss of my dog. The front desk coordinator was very welcoming and kind. Both the esthetician and massage therapist were great and professional as well. The building was so quiet and I felt like the only one there. The building itself makes you feel like you’re in a different country. The facial was absolutely incredible. I never knew what went into a facial and what it was about - but wow, It is worth it. The products all smelled so good and natural, the hot towels even smell amazing and my skin looked beautiful and glowy. I don’t think I’ve ever been so hydrated in my life. They even massage your neck shoulders and arms during the facial - it’s so nice! I have super sensitive skin and everything was very gentle too. I was nervous for the massage since I had never had one and I have a hard time getting comfortable but it was the most relaxing thing ever. The aromatic lavender scent with the massage itself about put me to sleep and took my mind off so much stress. I can’t recommend this spa enough and I highly suggest getting both the hour facial and hour full body massage in the same day. Thank you so much for making my birthday special and helping me relax today.

If you are needing massage this year find some place else. Ive had gift cards for 2 yrs to this place and have never been able to book less that 2 months in advance. How is it therapuetic to wait 2 months for treatment. AVOID!!!! I also asked for money back on the gift cards due to not being able to book. This was also refused. Poor management. Poor service.

I don’t even know where to start with how much I enjoyed my experience. But first off, they were so kind and so mindful. They had a barrier up between the receptionist and the guests, they were all wearing masks, they took your temperature, and they sanitized constantly. Being a walking ball of anxiety, I of course expected the worst, but straight away I felt comfortable. My massage therapist was absolutely wonderful and asked me what I did for a living to determine my needs on my massage and was spot on. She got me settled in and after a few minutes of the massage I could literally feel the tension melting away. The woman that did my facial was also a dream. She asked me about my skin-care routine and offered advice which was really great considering I have no clue what I’m doing. I have to admit I was a bit nervous going into such a snazzy place with all of my tattoos and piercings, but they literally couldn’t care less. They absolutely know how to adapt to YOU. Anyway, to sum it all up, after the appointment I was walking on air. My boyfriend set this up for me as an early Christmas gift, and I’ve gotta say, he really delivered. So guys and gals, if you want to get your S.O. something that will make them feel AMAZING, this is the way to go.. thanks again to the marvelous staff, you all really made my day/week/month. I will be back.

I’ll start off with the spa being a fabulous place. I however keep running into problems every time I go. I prefer the Downtown location. I went to the NH locations for the first time Due to my last appt the therapist calling in. So at nearly 39 weeks pregnant and did not know I would have to go up 2 flights of stairs (1 long, steep climb). I also did not know cash was not being accepted due to COVID. I originally scheduled a 30 min massage but was told a prenatal should be 1 hour. More $ than I wanted to spend. My therapist was very nice and personable but my massage was not what I expected or what I’ve had done at Udander before. I filled out the questionnaire online & my lower extremities (calves, thighs, feet) and hands being my concern. Not much time spent on either. 🙁 Most time spent on my back and shoulders. I have some pretty sore hurting spots where the massage was too firm. I think the therapist did a great job but I probably was not the best fit in that situation. My massage started late and ended early. I would say 45min. There was also some construction going on some where in there so I heard some hammering, etc. if I go back, I’ll stick to the downtown location for sure. It’s very quite and there are no stairs.
