I would say I am an expert spa evaluator by this point; managed two upscale notable spas and have been going to all sorts of spas for 45 years. It's my "thing." That said, My first spa experience in Oklahoma City at Udander (Nichols Hills) was spectacular! I seriously can't say enough good things about it. Go there, I guarantee you will agree with me!!

Do yourself a favor and book a massage with Forest! Whether you have muscle stiffness, arthritis or you are in need of a prenatal massage, he's got you covered. My entire family left here happy and relaxed after enjoying the sauna, foot soak, tea, and massage. I highly recommend this place to pamper yourself or a loved one. Just call in advance to hold your spot with a credit card.

My experience was amazing from start to finish! Amanda at the front was very friendly and welcoming. My massage with Forrest was 10/10 and gave the perfect pressure and attention to sore areas. I get massages regularly, but Forrest was top tier. I’m glad I booked for 90 minutes because that gave him plenty of time to really be intentional. Chloe was so sweet and personable- she did my facial & eyebrow wax/tint and I loved every minute of it! The sounds, smells, & kind team really made my afternoon so relaxing. I will absolutely be back for more! On a silly, but helpful note, I’d recommend removing your contacts before coming because my eyes were closed for so long and I’m thankful I switched to my glasses before my appointments.

I am very disappointed. I made it very clear that I do facials for extractions. The person who did my facial did extractions for few mins and did massages for the rest of the session and told me she can’t remove the blackheads without damaging my skin! I had many many facials before and my skin is very well taken care of, I never encountered a specialist? who told me that. I went home and it was as if I didn’t pay 125 dollars. My nose and chin were full of blackheads. What a waste of money.

If you want the best facial in OKC and even the best one west of the Mississippi, book one with Yvonne. She’s absolutely magical. I’ve been several times throughout the years and after today, I felt called to post a well deserved review. I wanted to go to bed for a 10 hour nap when I walked out, but alas, I had to get some work done. While I felt like I was floating, it was also whimsical. I’ll probably book another one next week. Probably not but at least within a couple of months. :) The energy in that space is always healing and calm and I will keep going back. I’m in my 40’s but my face looks like I’m mid-30’s. No botox, y’all. Udander is the ticket to the fountain of youth. Go treat yoself, and glow up, y’all.

I was given a $100 gift card and decided to go with a 90 min Natural facial. As someone with asthma and allergic to synthetic fragrances, this was the perfect facial. I think I fell asleep twice during the extra massaging, which I never do. Yvonne was wonderful and i would schedule again. This is definitely a case of “you get what you pay for.” Be prepared to open your wallet, because it’s not cheap.

First visit review :) Had the best 90 minute massage of my life with Levy today. I have been wound up tight lately due to life, travel and work so we chatted the entire time which (unlike some people) put me at ease. He is very strong and checks in frequently to be sure pressure is good. He offered some insight on things I could be doing to improve overall health and mental well being. I found him engaged and conscientious of my needs. The girls at the front desk were very sweet and helpful, too. Now that I am familiar with the spa and the service provider, I’ll be more relaxed next time and plan on returning to Udander for sure. Thanks Levy!

My daughter brought me here for my birthday and we had a perfect visit. The staff was wonderful. The services were amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxing and spa like. We enjoyed the steam room, dry sauna and a foot bath before our spa services, making our time there even better!

🧖🏽‍♀️ Closing out my Birthday Month with a Spa Day at Udander!!! ✅ Aromatherapy Steam Room ✅ 60 Minute Massage ✅ White Aspen Sauna ✅ Foot Soak 🥰 Beautiful space, everyone was nice, it smelled AMAZING, I smelled AMAZING & I felt super relaxed afterwards. Oh & did I mention I had this whole place all to myself 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 💜 The Steam Room & Showers were my absolute favorite!!! 🐐 This was the perfect way to end my Birthday Month!!! I'll definitely be back.

I've been here a year ago for a massage & steam and definitely enjoyed my experience. However - This past Christmas my husband booked me a facial, steam & massage on various days depending on what was available. First was my facial - The actual service was very nice / As a previous lead esthetician for a four diamond hotel I am extremely picky on my facials and this facial was very well done and definitely didn't stick to the basic facial steps and went outside the box to make it a custom and a high end experience. My complaint comes in to the overall experience here - just because I only had a facial booked I was seated in the outside lobby, had my facial done in the room next to the restrooms, and then back to the lobby. For a high end experience I was very disappointed that I wasn't given the opportunity to change into a robe, decompress in the back lounge area and allowed to relax afterwards and recollect myself. Facials should be treated just as relaxing and rewarding as a massage especially for the price that they ask for the service. Secondly - My massage & steam unfortunately fell on the date which a snow storm came through and they were unable to keep my appointment. No complaints there as obviously they have no control over the weather but this is where my next complaint comes. Due to this being the month of February their schedule was clearly pretty booked up for Valentine's Day and they offered to reschedule my appointment an entire month away from my original service day. A MONTH - OVER A TEXT, and my biggest pet peeve is that they saw nothing wrong with this and didn't bother offering any discount or something to accommodate for the extreme delay in service. When my husband said we would prefer not to take the appointment an entire month late they just simply said "Okay!" and offered no apologies for the inconvenience. The customer service here is extremely poor and is a disappointment for a luxury spa.

They got me in quickly same day for a facial (luckily there was a cancellation earlier in the day!) and I CANNOT believe how amazing my skin looks and feels. I sat in the car for a few minutes after my appointment seriously mesmerized by my face. I don’t think I’ve ever had a facial this nice. My esthetician was gentle and took great care to remove all the mask and applications from my face at each step, which I greatly appreciated (past facials have left gunk on my face). I will definitely be back here.

AVOID!!! If you are needing an appointment this decade, go to Three Graces. I have had gift cards to Udander for 2 yrs and have never been able to book less than 2 months in advanced. This is not practical for someone who needs massage therapy. I called and asked for my money back on the gift cards due to never being able to book. This was refused. Poor customer service.
