This was my first time here. I had heard good things so decided to try it out. I don’t regret it at all! Emily was amazing! I hadn’t had a wax in over a year but this was actually the most painless wax I’ve ever gotten. And the results 10/10. I would definitely recommend Ugo!

I visited about 5 times and 3 of those times they were more than 20 minutes behind my scheduled service time. The first time no compensation was offered. The second time I asked and received a credit for my next visit. The third time I just walked out. Two stars because the atmosphere and services were good but I can’t be wasting my time with consistently unprofessional practices.

Have been here twice for a Brazillian with Emily. Great service, the lobby is very welcoming, and the room where the service was performed was clean, professional, and cozy. I always seem to have one small missed spot, but not with Emily, she got every last hair, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They have earned new repeat client.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Comfy environment and friendly staff. Chantele was my waxer and she did an amazing job. She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She is also nice, we had some great conversations. I will be returning and recommending this place to all my friends.

I am only giving a 4 because I was not aware that FSA/HSA did not cover gratuities prior to being serviced. I had not planned for that so I did not bring an alternative payment option, however, I came back the next day to make sure I tipped Daija because it was that amazing. Daija was my esthetician and the Express Facial was literally the best facial ever! Luckily I scheduled two appointments so I already have pre booked with her for next month. Can't wait to go back.

So I started going to Ugo Artistry back in October to get some answers to my skin concerns. I have really bad hyperpigmentation. Even though it was getting better, I wasn’t quite sure what was going on. I then met Chidimma. Chidimma was the first esthetician to ever recommend for me to get an allergy test and a hormone test. Most estheticians just do the service however she evaluated my skin recommended a skin care routine for day and night, some test I should take and some tips to help improve my skin. It is now February and I can say my skin has been improving a lot from her advice. I also learned that I do not have any allergies. I have yet to know about my hormones but Chidimma and I have been working together to resolve my issues. I cannot thank her enough. I have been to plenty estheticians in the past and she is by far the best. Her services are not rushed either. She takes her time and gives top notch quality service. This place is amazing and I recommend it to any and everyone. Everytime I leave I always get on the phone and tell someone how great my experience was so I decided to write a review.

I absolutely loved my facial. I felt so relaxed and cared for. She taught me about my skin type and put together a care plan for me as well. I look forward to our next session. I would highly recommend this place for facials.

I am always trying to try new places but I got serviced for a sugaring and vajacial. Firstly my appointment was at 9:30 but didn't get serviced until 9:45 but I let that pass. I got on the table and the wax was too cold at first causing for pulling and pain and then it was just too hot but we got through it. Through the entire service I felt like she was rushing and that also caused a little discomfort. But once I got home I got to see the wax and so many hairs was left over like a lot of hairs. This is is disappointing because the service was 100 plus and I just feel like I could've gotten a better service cheaper than this but since it cost so much I expect a better experience. Overall wouldn't return and this is for my wedding week might I add.

I had a wax, facial and massage. The facial and massage was nice but the wax was too hot so much so that it left a nice scar right under my eyebrow. I have never had that happen to me before. I didn’t even recognize it happened until I got in my car. Unfortunately, I am still on the hunt for a good eyebrow esthetician. After I checked out, I heard the front desk receptionist ask her coworker how much I tipped. I found this to be unprofessional, strange and disappointing. I won’t be back.

I have been going to ugo for the past two years and using their skin care products along. I am very pleased with my results. The esthetician Destiny gave me a signature facial and I can already see the results. I will be back !

I have been to Ugo Artistry now for a few different services from various estheticians, and I can confidently say this place overall is top-notch. Destiny and Couston are both thorough with my waxing, knowledgeable with aftercare tips, and knows how to make you feel comfortable. Kristin is who I go to for my Swedish Massage and she knows exactly what she is doing. She pays attention to your target areas and applies the desired pressure the whole service! In other words give this place your monies for your self care services and support black owned ✊🏾

I just had one of the BEST back facials. This was my first time at Ugo Artistry & it won’t be my last!! I suffer from back acne and it’s a huge insecurity of mine, but I felt very comfortable and not shamed during my visit. My esthetician was Aria who was simply wonderful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to go over my skin concerns and products i’m currently using and provided education for me to use moving forward. I loved my experience overall & cannot wait to be back. I could already tell a difference in my skin after my facial which is rare!

This spa has always been my fav but this was my first time seeing Destiny, and she is AMAZING!!!! omg I have been getting waxed for years and this is by far my best experience!
