You know what's really great about this store is when you obviously stand out as an irregular customer and wander around lost for 45 minutes because you clearly don't know what you're looking at or where to find what you're looking for and not one single store employee comes to ask if they can help you.

I love this location and the friendly cashiers especially Luciana she was a lot of help we appreciate her she went out of her way to get my order before it was ready she’s awesome !

Security guard kept staring at me and my boyfriend as if we were trying to steal and kept lurking close. I had also asked for help, I got it but not completely and was told to wait a minute and she’d be right back. She started helping other customers and either completely forgot she was helping me or chose to ignore me as I kept looking for her and everytime she saw me she turned to look away. These last few times I have went and asked for help it’s been a very bad or weird experience. Don’t come here.

The make up selection is great and employees are typically nice and helpful. I will say that they don’t typically shade match right. Also, the curbside is terrible. Most companies offer curbside and are efficient at it, but ulta will take 20-30 minutes even if you check in ahead of time. It’s not even worth it. Just go in.

Staff were extremely helpful. I couldn’t find a product on the display and an employee happily went to the back and got me exactly what I was looking for. Girl at the register was also very friendly and very helpful.

Despite that I wasted $450 here people are so unprofessional I tried to get someone to help me match my daughters and someone told her that she couldn't help us over the radio I heard it as she was passing by so unprofessional this is the last time I waste money here. I'm glad I somewhat know how to do makeup. Thanks to the young lady that helped us I really appreciate your help too bad you work with unprofessional managers.!!! Places in Rio rancho are better with customer service don't go here unless you want to be followed around like you're some criminal. Sorry my pockets are deeper than yours.!!!

Lexie has been doing my hair at Ulta for over a year. They’re amazing! Supportive of what I want, but pushes me to do something adventurous and my hair always looks gorgeous. Love love love them. This ulta is a mile from my house and super convenient.

A mitad de un tratamiento de keratina , la estilista Norma paró y fue hacia la oficina sin decir palabra, y demoró alrededor de 20 minutos ,para regresar a decirme que la manager hablaría conmigo, otra espera de 5 minutos y la manager se me acercó, yo aún sin saber que sucedía, la manager me explico que la estilista se molestó porque yo me toque el cabello y le comente que estaba muy reseco y porque me estaba mirando con mi teléfono. Le explique que me resulto extraño que el cabello estaba muy reseco y no como en otras keratinas que me he aplicado, aunque no entiendo porqué no me podia tocar y chequear mi cabello. La estilista Norma, queria completar el procedimiento y yo decidí, que me quitara el producto y lavar el cabello .Y le dije a la manager que no se preocupara por el resultado final y yo pagaria el tratamiento completo . Me enjuago el cabello e hizo un blower. Durante ese tiempo note que el security pasó cerca y mirándome como 15 veces. Imagino que la manager Carolina pensaria que me iria sin pagar, e indicó al security que estuviera alerta, porque el señor me miraba cada vez que paso cerca del area e incluso cuando fui a la caja a pagar estaba bien cerca aún mirandome. Primera y ultima visita a esa tienda . No me gusto la inseguridad de la estilista, no me comunico que no le gustaba que me chequeara durante el tratamiento o que me mirara. Bueno creo que es un poco loco si me lo planteaba. Por otra parte la manager no me explicaba que estaba sucediendo, solo oyó lo que dijo su empleada y yo ajena a todo, Lei algun comentarlo sobre como persiguen a las personas cuando estan chequeando los shelves . Y tambien lo hicieron conmigo. Esa debe ser una razón por la que esa tienda esta muy vacia con respecto a las otras en esta ciudad de Albuquerque. Nota a pesar de que Norma es insegura y creo toda un problema de la nada le di su propina, que hubiera sido mas si no hubiese creado tanta intriga. Les deseo suerte ,con ese estilo de trabajo. .

Eh, it's just a make-up store with perfumes, skin and hair care products. Some of the staff are nice and others not so much. Never had a problem here.

I was so excited to see an Ulta location near me! I took a trip over there 21 days of beauty sale. Immediately found what I was looking for. Decided to walk around for a few minutes before check out. When I went to the check out line the cashier did not even acknowledge me in the line. I waited for about 5 minutes before the cashier even turned her back. After all of the wait, she says, “ uhh are you guys ready?” I said yes and we went to check out. She told me that I didn’t grab the right size item and it didn’t apply for the promo. We spoke for a minute or two and she said, “yeah, sorry.” It felt like I was bothering her almost, unfortunately I won’t be going back.

I’m visiting Albuquerque, came into this location looking for a particular brand that I use, however I needed it for the weekend, got some help from one associate but didn’t get no where when she told me no store in the city had it. She directed me to BRITNEY and Wow!! Amazing customer service she did everything she could, to try to match me to many products but I have a very problematic skin condition, nothing worked! I left empty handed but I can promise you never had such an amazing experience, I left happy knowing that she cared and tried to help me out, she definitely use all her knowledge and patience with me, I want her to know that I truly appreciate her and hope they hire more people like her. Thank you Britney !♥️
