I booked a makeup appointment, they called to cancel less than an hour before my appointment time. Said they had 6 other stylist but no way to squeeze me in with anyone else. Essentially got told sorry tough luck, I get things happen people get sick but I thought they'd atleast offer a discount on a next service or something being less than an hour before, for an event I could not reschedule.

Deidre did a wash and blowout. And when I left it looked the same as when I went in not a good job at all! I could of done better at home. Felt like a waste of money.

I absolutely love this store! They have almost everything a woman needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Even when the store is packed, they move swiftly to get everyone helped and checked out.

Today, I went to this Ulta to grab a few things. I needed some help and had a few questions. (I'm not the greatest with makeup) There was an employee there named Hannah who was available and was able to help me. I need to tell you all that this young lady was beyond knowledge about so much. From the different types of brushes with each mascara to the different textures of lip gloss. She didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. She even told me (some) stuff I had in my hands I really didn't need. She showed me great colors to go with my tattooed lips, where I would never have thought to look at those colors. (When I left, I tried that lip gloss color on, and she was on point) When I checked out, I spoke with the manager and gave Hannah praise! I highly recommend that if you go to this Ulta, ask for Hannah!

I walked in for the first time ever to do an instacart order and I said omg what planet have I stepped on to lol I had no clue about any of this stuff but if not for the exemplary customer service and positive energy of Stephanie I would have failed miserably. Thank you so much ma'am I really appreciate you and so did the customer. 🤗

Came in for a cut and all over color to just do something nice for myself. I set an appointment with Jade, and had the best experience! Not only did she make my hair look and feel healthier with a wonderful cut, but the color she recommended for me was PERFECT! I prefer effortless and low maintenance hair that can be beautifully lived in before my next appointment. Going with my root color and making it simple was just perfect. So many compliments on my hair and it’s only been a few hours since leaving. Thank you so much Jade, I really appreciate your attention to detail and just connecting. I look forward to seeing you again in February!

I walked in and had to leave IMMEDIATELY. It smells so strong of every kind of perfume ever. What do they have people just spraying tester perfumes constantly? It’s awful and sickening. Please get this under control.

I walked to the counter with my items to purchase and there was one associate helping somebody at the end the others stood there and ignored me then when they first associate got finished she told me it would be a minute and she continued to do paperwork instead of take care of the customer. Went into this Ulta to try and smell some of the men's cologne options they have but was pressed visibly by one employee and looked at as suspicious because I am a young adult.

(Customer Service Matters Especially from Managers/ Leaders). I visited this store for the first time personally but, my wife occasionally. My experience today was the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in a department store. I stood in the men’s cologne section for 10 minutes waiting while employees passed by even mopping the floor with out someone ever acknowledging the basic fact; that I was a potential customer which could have translated to a $500 or even a $ 1000k cologne sale but, even while talking with the manager about my experience felt dismissive and without empathy as though the idea of a purchase didn’t even matter. Her response to my concerns were, ( okay, while staring at as though my concern meant nothing). I will drive to Tampa because service matters/ Edward USAF Colonel Retired

I took my daughter in today to get her hair cut because it was so long and way too heavy. She saw Jeanette and got a cut with layers to remove the weight and my daughters reaction to seeing her new hairstyle for the 1st time is everything! I will absolutely be going back to see her again! We are so happy!

When in to pick up some facial cleanser came here on purpose because they had an offer for a free gift. The promotion was not even a week old and the signs were all still up and they did not have the gift. Unfortunate.

Billie did my eyebrows, I got them tinted and waxed. She was so sweet and did the most amazing job. I haven’t even had them done for 3 hours and have already received so many compliments! BOOK HER! ❤️

I had a wonderful young lady named Madison checking me out this evening about 30 mins before they closed and she was amazing and sweet and so bubbly. They did a great thing hiring her and anyone like her. It was such a a pleasure mostly due to her kind nature.

I went into Ulta tonight and needed help finding a concealer in the correct color. I am in my 40's and haven't done my make-up in over 2 years. I am getting back into it and needed MAJOR help. Amber helped me find the exact shade and also helped me find another product for my red skin! Also helped me find an awesome nail product! Amber THANK YOU SO MUCH! Excellent customer service!!! I'm so happy to have finally found a hairdresser that suits my needs & is educated and professional. I started coming to Ulta a few months ago and Amber has been doing my touch up and new color formulation. My hair has never looked and felt so healthy. The color is perfect & Amber took her time to find the perfect formula that I'm in love with for my hair. I used to travel to Orlando to an Aveda salon until I found Amber. I love her & am a new devoted Ulta customer thanks to her expertise!!

Woman helped me right away on the floor. But wow, I have never been ignored like that when checking out. Looked at her phone for the entire transaction. I even tried to say hello but apparently I wasn't even worth the trouble. Thanks for making me feel invisible.
