Not sure if the stars just aligned right but the customer service at this store really rocked. I was greeted very promptly with a pick up order and she was very very friendly and interactive like we known each other for years. This is the type of customer service that I really appreciate especially during uncertain times! Will be back to shop again!

I love the help but didn’t have a mini blue sol de jeneiro perfume that I wanted so instead I got the mini 40 collection with the the body cream and the bub bum creem and the 40 perfume.

My favorite location to go to for Ulta. The staff is extremely helpful, usually they have everything in stock that I am looking for. If they do not, it's very simple to order to be delivered to your house. Although, it is often crowded, but to me it is worth it For the good quality knowledgeable experience you receive.

The customer service here is subpar... I have normally come on Saturdays and deduced the lack of customer service to the store being inundated with customerd. The culture here, no one speaks or ask if need assistance with anything. Given the nature of the business, almost every one does. My most recent visit was this past Friday morning( 11.8.2024) just a handful of customers in the store.The employees will look you dead in your face and won't say hello or extend their help. Yall better step your game up. There is a Sephora near by and their customer service is top tier. They were BUSY, but I was greeted soon as I walked in and I didn't make it 10 steps before they asked me If they could help me. They communicated that they needed to finish up with a customer and got right to me. I went in there to purchase 1 item for $28. The customer service / sales/assistance were so good I purchased 4 items and spent $150.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Ulta Beauty Salon and feel compelled to share it so others can avoid the same. I originally booked an appointment for full highlights and a haircut, which was supposed to cost $180. Instead, I was charged $245 without any communication about additional services or charges. They didn’t inform me about the price increase at any point, and the reservation was even changed without my acknowledgment. It’s like you will not know how much you will be charged until you check out and then have to pay whatever they decide for you. When I calmly explained that I hadn’t been informed of these extra charges, I was still forced to pay $245. The services I received were beyond disappointing. My haircut was absolutely horrible, and the color was a disaster. After three hours, I was devastated by the results, and they had to redo everything to fix the mess they created. Six hours later, my hair still looked nothing like the picture I showed them. What made it even worse is that nobody even apologized for the bad service or the lack of communication. Instead, the staff humiliated me. When I raised my concerns about the extra services and charges, the manager insulted me, rudely stating, “Hair services are supposed to be expensive. If you can’t pay this much, you should think about your budget first before getting your hair done.” She even yelled at me to intimidate me into paying the full amount, without acknowledging the original price. This place is gaslighting and defrauding customers into paying more than they sign up for. The management and staff are extremely unprofessional, unethical, and frankly, racist. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. Horrible experience, terrible hair results, and a complete lack of respect for customers.

🛑 Avoid the junior stylists in the salon salon. Had my hair butchered by two stylists in a row. First one cut my hair unevenly. Second overcorrected and cut wayyy too much off.

I have showed up to the salon twice with a booked appointment that is cancelled once I arrive due to poor planning on the end of this location. I also have been to two other Ultas in the area, and this location adds extra charges. Despite having booked services, this one is always suddenly unable to provide them upon my arrival. I rearranged my whole schedule for this appointment today, and this has become a massive imposition on my week. Drive the extra ten or fifteen minutes to the other locations!

I was able to return some expensive eye cream with no questions asked. The associates are very helpful! Very good customer service, starting right when I walked in the door! The associates are NOT all skinny, intimidating, and blonde. The staff is diverse, and welcoming, and I love it! I'll be returning to the store more often from now on!

Shelby was rude, she really shouldn’t be working directly with customers. Train Shelby on customer skills and how to speak to customers professionally. Everyone else was helpful and nice.

I was at the store exactly at 8 pm this evening and the person at door said should not let me come in, even though I know exactly what I want to buy. A lipstick and the number. This used to be my favorite store to shop, it sucks now. I am going out of town and wanted to grab this item.
