Went all around the world today looking for a Shark Flexstyle and walked out of here with a T3 Aire 360 and it's PERFECT, I wouldn't have found it without the extra help from Sierra, their sales manager-she was so wonderful. She definitely went above and beyond to get me what I wanted, she walked around with me to find the products I needed & went in the back multiple times to find the right thing for me based on what I told her. She also was super helpful and patient while opening up a credit card for me omg she put up with my questions and confusion soooo well i literally am so thankful for her lol. The store is also well stocked, smells good, and everyone here clearly loves what they're doing. I like the one in Rookwood as well but I think this will be my mainstay from now on

Abigail M cut my hair this past weekend. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She did an amazing job cutting off over a foot of hair! I can’t wait to go back to her for my regular trims. 10/10 recommend.

The customer service was absolutely wonderful! The associate went out of her way to help us and gave such wonderful info too! I don’t know her name, but she had dark, longer hair. Excellent service!

I’ve been going to see Austin at Ulta beauty in Eastgate for quite some time. I have always found him charismatic and a balance of listening to what you want and using his creative vision to color, trim and style my hair best for me. A week ago I went to see Austin to refresh my hair prior to a big presentation. He did such an amazing job that I felt extremely confident in the way I looked, which helped my presentation. Unfortunately, I do not have a photo of the back of my hair to show the full effect.

I hate to be the one to leave a negative review, but I recently had a huge problem here and apparently I'm not the only one. Saturday 10/19 I swiped my card for a total of $88.60 and they removed the money from my account immediately. Their registers unfortunately froze at that time, and once they came back up, it went back to the payment screen. They told me I needed to run my card through again because I still owed the total. I said that I did not, and showed them on my phone where it removed the money from my account. They told me that because the register didn't print a receipt that they couldn't help me. They didn't give me a refund or my items. It is now 5 days later and corporate is unable to do anything except "we can maybe escalate this if you don't have your money back by Friday"....I want to clarify that I'm not necessarily criticizing the employees at the store, and I'm hoping that they were so unhelpful because their policies force them to be that way, and they weren't just rude. This is a horrible business practice, and unfortunately I won't be spending any more money there even though I've been a loyal shopper for a really long time.

Austin Payne is the best stylist to ever touch my hair. im extremely picky about it and he never makes me feel bad about it and makes my hair perfect everytime. he is the only one ill let touch my hair. forever client

I have been getting my daughters and my hair cuts & colors here for about a year now. The service we have received from Abby has been phenomenal. She explains the process easily and happily answers any questions we have. Abby is very easy to talk to & my daughter looks forward to her appointments. If you are looking for a stylist, I highly recommend Abby. The staff has always greeted us when we arrived. When we had any questions about products, they were very knowledgeable & were able to show different options that might work best for us.

There must've been a high turnover rate? Because everyone used to be awesome.. Not anymore though. Don't go to the store. Just download the app and shop through there. Went to the store today, had an employee try the mean girl routine of pointing out flaws and attempting to recommend the most expensive product to remedy the flaw. Such a bummer. They used to be cool. The people at the salon are still great though.

Super annoyed about this location. I walked in 6 minutes before they closed, had to grab 2 things and knew exactly where they were. I was greeted at the door by an employee annoyingly checking her phone and saying “we close in 5 minutes” then I was harassed the entire time by all the employees walking around giving me a countdown til they closed. It almost distracted me so much I forgot what I needed. Then they were out of everything so I had to pick random things. I know I came in last minute but I checked out right at 6pm when they closed and they already had the doors locked and someone had to physically unlock the doors and let me out of the store. I’ve worked retail my entire life and I’ve never been rushed out of a store so bad EVER, nor have I ever rushed someone out of my store like they did. I understand the workers want to get home and leave for the day but to follow everyone around the store giving reminders they were about to close, was a little much. It was giving way too eager and annoyed by customers and it was super unpleasant.

Overall experience was fine, was checked up on once. The young lady with the dark hair and bangs at checkout around 3:30 ish was very rude and raised her voice at me as I was trying to help and take things out of my shopping tote for her to make things faster. I didn't appreciate that much.

Should probably tell the lady with pink hair that she should be mindful of how she speaks about customers once they leave the store. It’s extremely unprofessional to yell across the store and carry on about them. While I understand customer service can be very frustrating, there is a time and place to talk about those frustrations. The store floor is not the place. Safe to say I will take my business elsewhere.

Austin! Austin! Austin! He is Amazing. All of the "Hype" doesn't do him justice~ He works miracles. Stop scrolling and book your appointment now! He not only corrected color issues, he made my hair color look natural. His style design transported me from the 80's to the current century. I can't say enough good things about his phenomenal talent!

They squeezed me in just in time for the holidays and gave me a great express keratin treatment. Abby was so nice and warm and made me feel at ease despite it being my first time back to a salon in over a year. I'm not going to get my hair done anywhere else now

They welcomed me to the store! You have to realize that this does NOT always happen. . Thanks 😊 I don't usually end up spending my money where I am not WELCOMED! I would rather drive the extra mile for courtesy and politeness.
