I received an uneven haircut there and had to go back again and get it fixed. It wasn’t a hard cut. Long hair with some layers. Disappointed with the quality of stylists for the price. Won’t go back to the salon.

The girls at the ulta salon really know their stuff! always giving super helpful advice for hair! My stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered expert advice, resulting in a haircut that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and personalized service really stood out. I left feeling refreshed and confident, and I can't wait for my next visit. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-notch service and a truly enjoyable experience!

First time in this location and probably won’t be back unfortunately. Was a pleasant experience at first. But when I was checking out Natalie was overly pushy with signing me up asking for my phone number and information after I had already decided on the pin pad, she asked again and when I politely decided a second time her whole demeanor changed, she became impatient and annoyed with me. She informed me that if I didn’t sign up I wouldn’t be able to return the nail polish I was buying.. (after reading the return policy that seems to be untrue) And proceeded to rush the rest of the check out and get me out of the store as fast as possible. Probably won’t return to this location.

I feel like I would trust Whitney with my life! She was very knowledgeable, gentle, and very receptive to my questions. She gave me recommendations on products to try, tailored to my skin. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had at Ulta. Thank you Whitney!

I took my 8 year old daughter here today for a kids cut and now we won't go anywhere else! First, when I called, the young lady was extremely friendly and helpful! She was able to get me in for my daughter right away! She went above and beyond for my daughter, my daughter was so comfortable she ended up falling asleep in the chair! After seeing how professional this hairstylist is and how great of a cut she gave my daughter, I plan to make an appointment for myself with her. Her name is Samantha and she is a ROCKSTAR! The girls working register are ALWAYS so off putting, it’s crazy. Nereyda had good customer service but it seemed a bit insincere, anyways she showed the girl working next to her a pair of nails I was buying and the other cashier in a judge-mental way said “I don’t like those”. It’s totally understandable if you don’t like something to each their own, but it’s rude to say that right in front of the customer purchasing them. Those comments can be made after the customer walks away if it needs to be said so badly.

We went to the store around 10am on Tues, Nov 26, 2024 to narrow our choices on premium cologne both for male & female. We want to give a huge 'shout-out' to Bray & Kayla who patiently & informatively helped us. This store is great at customer service and at their stocking of shelves. Now, we wait for the best time to purchase this season. THANKS, we will be back!

10/25 update: recently went in to find 3 of my favorite stylists recently left (Sam, Myleana and Megan) and the salon was closed on a Saturday due to 'vacation'. Ummmmm how is a salon closed for vacation on a Saturday? Do they not plan accordingly? And how did they lose 3 very talented stylists in a short period of time? Now they are left with 2 stylists, one of which triple books and is always running behind and takes forever for a simple color. Needless to say, I will be looking for another salon that is open on a Saturday for my business. Appears to be some shady business practices going on here. Come on Ulta, do better. 3/10 update: i had my hair done with Samantha and I love how it turned out (roots,highlights)! She listened to what look i was going for, saw the picture i wanted, and created it!! I was hesitant at first but needless to say i booked my followup and can't wait to go back she was easy to talk to and made the appt fun. Rachel J. was phenomenal in helping me pick out my new fragrance tonight! After going through about 7 we landed on 1 I loved! Then came home and decided there was another one I love too so I may be back tomorrow :) She was informative, patient, fun to work with, and knew her products! She even sold me on a new nail ki. I hope to see her again and have her expertise if I need more product advice!

It would be an absolute Godsend if even one of the employees who helps customers select makeup and skincare was over the age of 25!!!!! As a woman in her late 40's, I actually need someone to help me pick out age appropriate products and I simply do not get the help I need in either this store, or their biggest competitor. It's really, REALLY frustrating. PLEASE, Ulta, hire more mature individuals who actually know something about skincare!

I am so happy with the color correction/going several shades lighter and color I got from Vivian. She did a great job. She did not rush through anything and listened to what color I was trying to go for and also gave me her professional opinion so I didn’t go out of there looking unmatched or washed out or anything. Considering that sometimes I’m thinking I want to pull of certain colors that I can’t. Thank you so much for your patience and communicating listening and doing such a wonderful job. I would highly recommend her. 🫶👍😁💓

I went in last week for bronzer & I was greeted by the most beautiful soul, her name is Fatma. She greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was looking for bronzer, and she asked a few questions about previous products that I’ve used,. She then got me a few and asked if she could try them on me. She asked how much time I had and offered to do my make up. It was so sweet & such a good experience. I left with over $200 worth of items that I not only LOVE, but she taught me how to apply! I will go back to see her & purchase from her as long as she is there!!

If you have ANY cosmetic questions, talk to Fatma! I wanted to try something new, but didn't know where to start or even what questions to ask. Fatma noticed me wandering through the store and immediately helped me narrow down the search. She was extremely insightful, as she could tell by my appearance that I like subtle/natural looks (most makeup artists go overboard even when I am very clear about my preferences). She taught me how to use the products she recommended and made sure I tried it myself before I left the store. She even helped me understand why my products might not be working for me, which I look forward to fixing! Thank you Fatma, you're amazing!!!

I had a stylist appointment with KJ at the salon. I went in and was honest that I didn’t know what I wanted and just needed a change. We talked about what my hair care routine looks like, how much styling I want to do, and what I tend to think looks good. She worked with me and listened carefully the whole way through. And I don’t know how she did it, but she gave me a cut that brought my waves back! I guess the style I had before was suffocating them but she cut it in a way that gives me bouncy, voluminous waves like I used to have! And that was all just with the signature cut. I’m obsessed with my new hair and can’t wait to come back to her!

We are traveling across the country and stopped at this Ulta store in Colorado Springs while visiting our son at the AirForce Academy. I had one girl that was very sweet and helpful in finding a product I was looking for! When I got to the counter to pay, the young gal was semi rude…. She rung my things up and then just left them on the counter after I paid…. It was awkward, then I asked for a bag and was told she didn’t have anymore… just big ones that were 10 cents! Just looked at me …. End of transaction! No thank you… nothing! What ever happened to good customer service?

Whitney made my visit today the best experience I’ve had at Ulta, ever. She offered me a color match for foundation but provided so much more. She made me feel comfortable in my own skin, helped entertain my baby, and effortlessly gave me a make over while answering other customer questions, without any stress. She even helped check out my items right there, without having to take my baby in the long line! And, of course, every single product she recommended went with my complexion perfectly. She deserves any and every recognition Ulta management can offer, thank you Whitney for making this new mama feel bright and new!!!

Called into Ulta desperately searching for someone to help fix my hair, after having bad luck with other stylists in the springs I thought I could do it on my own, a mistake! Lol.. I got so lucky that Vivian jumped on the chance to help! I was about ready to give up on going platinum and she calmed my nerves/reassured me. She talked me through the whole process of what she was doing, and made plans for future appointments with her! She even helped me pick out the best products to use for my hair. 10/10 recommend booking with Vivian, her energy/esthetic is just amazing.

I had the best experience with Whitney! I noticed how pretty her skin looked and she told me what she was wearing and color matched me. She gave me a little sample to try and I loved it and came back to buy it! I also noticed her helping another customer, a mom and a young girl and she was so sweet and recommended products that were perfect for the girl. Vivian is a new stylist to this Ulta location but she isn’t new to me. Vivian has been doing my hair for ten years. We parted ways when I moved to Colorado over a year ago and to my surprise, she recently moved here as well! My hair missed her. She is talented at what she does and it is a treat to sit in her chair. Vivian is a great addition to any salon and Ulta is lucky to have her.
