Does management even bother training employees anymore??? Went to this Ulta to grab a few things and use my rewards, when I asked Vanessa for assistance I was completely ignored. She walked away giggling? I don’t understand what’s so funny, I just wanted some help finding a product. This is completely unprofessional. Will never come here again.

I recently visited Ulta and had a very disappointing experience with Vanessa. She was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in helping me find the products I needed. Her attitude was dismissive, and she lacked the knowledge to answer my questions about skincare. This was not the level of service I expected from Ulta. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

Sales associate Kayla made my husband and I’s experience at Ulta this evening a very pleasant one! She was super friendly, easy to talk to, and was very patient with us while we were smelling all the new perfumes and colognes. It is rare to receive this level of customer service anymore so we thought it was important to give her recognition.

I felt awful buying makeup there and it was expensive makeup I bought it a Dior foundation and when I was in my car I decided to checked it came with a broken cap and when I went back to the store it took 20 minutes to check if they had another they even did not apologize for their mistake and not checking I decided to get a refund and leave because they do not care that much about their customers and they couldn’t transfer all the money in my account and they gave me a gift card within 1 dollar. I’m sorry but the person responsible for this store should do a better job restocking and with customer service……..

My niece and I were excited to shop for Black Friday perfume sets at Ulta. However, this location was a complete disaster. Everything was locked up behind glass, requiring constant staff assistance. The representatives were untrained, unhelpful, and often absent. They couldn't answer basic questions about products or locate items. The self-serve counters were filthy and unsanitary. It felt like we were being treated as potential thieves, not valued customers. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise avoiding this location.

Absolutely had the best experience I’ve ever had in Ulta all because of Britnee! She helped me order something online to be shipped to my house because they were out of stock in the store. She even checked on me while I was in the aisles looking for my second item. She went to the back to double check if they had it. When she did this, it looked like she was about to go on break, but she went out of her way to help me once more by going to the front to help me order the second item I needed. She’s so sweet, very helpful, I asked if I could tell her manager as well about how great she was! The manager even had kind words to say about Britnee and that was great to see that they acknowledge that. They were super busy at this point too due to the Fall Haul sale. So the fact she did this to help me out despite the busyness, it totally made my shopping trip all worth it because of her! I also do want to notify that other than Britnee, other employees did help me too. I wish I remembered their names. They helped me find the area where the first item I was looking for. Not just one person helped me, but 3! It was awesome seeing their coordinations asking one another where this one particular brand was at. Hands down the best trip I’ve ever made in Ulta!!!

Bought a $9 eye cream and some other things. Tried to use the monthly rewards coupon. They said u can't use the coupon on this cuz it's a prestige brand. A $9 eye cream is prestige? So cover girl is prestige with that logic. Basically why give this silly coupon every month if it's not even good on anything? Don't bait and switch ur customers like that.

Do not get your haircut here. I've been growing my hair out for two years, and the hairstylist i saw RUINED my hair. There's no way to fix this without going from hair beyond my shoulders to a pixie cut, which is absolutely unacceptable. I went in asking for a trim, to even up my ends, and to fix some of the damaged broken hair that I had on the back of my head. At no point was I asked if I wanted this much taken off the front of my hair, and we never talked about face framing. At least half of my hair on both sides is so short that there's literally no way to fix this. I'm going to have to pull half of my hair behind my ears or keep my pulled back for at least a year to two years while this grows out. 0/5 stars would be my preference if that was possible.

Got my haircut here back in June by Shara. It took a professional stylist to fix what she did. The stylist wasn’t able to completely fix my hair it was so poorly cut.

Why offer curbside pick up if you aren’t going to do it? I used it bc I had my kid with me. I checked in as told and waited for almost 15 min. All the while employees looked directly at me through the window, laughed and walked away. I had to go in to get my things. If it were any other time I wouldn’t mind going in. Do better!

I have shopped here for my wife for years and went to buy some cologne for myself and wanted to smell the colognes to decide which one to buy and they told me I could not smell any of the cologne without buying unless I sign up for a credit card and then I could only smell the Chanel(which I Already know I don’t like). I’ve never heard this from any store that sells cologne in my life. How are you supposed to buy a cologne if you can’t smell it?
