I had a hair appointment with Nikole today and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. She listened to what I was asking for and spent extra time so that I left with a haircut that I loved.

I want to start by saying all the other gals on the floor were lovely and so helpful! Now, Jess has a horrible attitude as a cashier and she wasn’t even mine! My free gift (which I’ve seen others have had issues with this at this store recently too) coupon wouldn’t scan and instead of nicely trying to figure it out Jess popped over with a nasty attitude. Made me want to put all my stuff back. Hope something is done about her attitude

Didn’t get my free gift which is why I ordered so went by store. Was told it’s online only to contact them. I spent 25 min on with online after being told they’re out of the free gift but I’d be given a code to use on my next order, to later be told I didn’t qualify because I should have did something specific to the cart. I was then put on hold for 18 min waiting on a supervisor to be told there wasn’t one found. This was already after spending time and gas going to the store. It was so disheartening to spend my birthday money on products to basically have false advertisement, then feel lied to and told it’s my fault that I didn’t do something. I wasted over 1hr and $4 gas and I just wanted my free trial Mac mascara, AS ADVERTISED!!!!!! Why was that too much to ask?! And when I got a survey asking about it and can I be contacted about my experience I put yes and wasn’t contacted. Very disappointing experience after spending $100! Update after ulta rep replied-it’s not like you even offered to make it right!!!

I highly recommend going somewhere else if you think you may need to ask a question or get help. During my previous visit, I tried to find someone to help me for over 30 minutes! No one ever helped. They were too busy laughing and talking about their weekend endeavors. Today, I had a pick-up order. The lady checking my order to make sure it was right accidentally popped the top off one of the body sprays and said “oops, it’s not open. It’s just the lid popped off”. I open it in the car, and it’s definitely been sprayed to the point of it dripping down the front of the pump. It seems there’s always some sort of issue at this location. There are some employees that are very friendly, but that’s not enough when a customer needs help with a product.

My experience in the store today made me feel uncomfortable. The lead cashier Jesse completely ignored my presence at her register, pretended to be busy and walked away. The cashier to her immediate left laughed at the situation which made me even more uncomfortable. I am not used to this type of treatment at this location. I can tell you I will never be back!

Would give 0, this is the second time I have tried to shop this store. Employees were too busy chatting with each other or faces planted in their phones..the store wasn't even busy..one other customer in store..geesh!!!

JAYLAN is wonderfu! & so kind! She helped find the perfect tinted sunscreen that matched my skin color, a great concealer & waterproof eyeliner. It was a work in progress & Jaylan was very patient & worked with until we got it right! Also, she was very professional & I totally trusted her opinion. I just fell in love with her!

My brother and I went to the harbison location yesterday afternoon to be color matched for foundation for our concert. Dillion was such a HUGE HELP! She took the time to blend shades to perfectly match my brother's skin tone. Which was huge because my brother is color blind with a green blue deficiency. Dillion explained that some brands are not diversity savvy and we understood that. Also explaining undertones as importance. Dillion you were such a blessing for us. Stay awesome!!!

I have used this location to pick up online orders and they’re always very friendly, quick and thorough. I’ve never had any issues and they make the order and pick up process very easy and convenient.

Ajia S, Lead cashier, was fantastic in helping us with a complicated return. She was patient, kind, and very helpful, even when the store was its busiest the week before Christmas. She went above and beyond to help us apply extra coupons and helped us navigate what we were looking for online. I recommend this store, and highly recommend Ajia S- I rarely leave reviews but like to give hard working people credit where it is due.

Had the worst experience in this store today. Will absolutely never be back. Racism most definitely exists at this store. And no, im not saying that just to make them lose business. Im saying that because it happened to me today. I just wanted to buy a few bottlea of perfume and go. Lord.

The staff here are so rude it's comical. When waiting in line you can hear them talking about customers after they check out. The tall lady up front on the first register had an awful tone and seemed like she should go work at a burger king instead. I'll stick to the lexington store.
