Had to go back to the stylist a second time to fix the haircut...won't be back for another appointment

Took my girlfriend to get her hair done and they were very unprofessional! The manager told one of her stylist to give out coupons to help them get more business and stood to the side and laughed as we were paying because she knew that she had given said stylist expired coupons. Not only was it rude and disrespectful to us as customers but also to the stylist that they pulled this on! Will not be returning to this location! What a shame.

Went to ulta to get a treatment done that was advertised as $24 online. My stylist was absolutely wonderful, her name was elise. She was perfect and did a great job. After the service, I want to check out. I was charged $36 before tip which whatever, but her co-workers were telling her to charge me $80 because she blow dried my hair. I straight up asked was I suppose to leave the salon with a wet head (because i’ve never been somewhere that you get a treatment done and they don’t blow dry your hair after it) and was told yes. The manager also handled my stylist (which is very new) to give coupons out and she handed her expired coupons. The stylist walked me to the front to check out and the worker laughed at her because the coupon was expired which was humiliating to her. The older stylist in there (blonder hair older lady) was talking bad about her and being so rude out loud. I have never experienced such a thing in my life and they should be ashamed of the way they treated this new stylist. Will never be back there.

Christina was amazing in helping me achieve a flawless, seamless makeup look. She not only demonstrated how to apply the products but also provided the exact items she used, ensuring I could recreate the look at home. Got my eyebrows tinted/shaped for the first time by Rhiannon! She worked very efficiently. Even though I only scheduled a tint, she also shaped my brows; you can tell she really cares about the quality of her work. I was apprehensive about getting my brows plucked as they are sparse to begin with, but she did a fantastic job :) before and after pic, with the after pic taken a day after the tint + after a shower.

One of the worker was watching me like I was going to take something. Another worker came into the bathroom just to make sure I was still in there after my service.Then just jump out of no where and said "Hey" Can I help You"

Walked in, was totally ignored by several staff that were just wondering around. There was one lady who seemed to be working. She was helping another customer do a color match which is what I wanted to do. So I started to ask her a simple question about where to locate a piticikar brand so I could get back with her once she was finished. She snapped at me and informed me she was with a customer and I'd just have to wait. Never even got to ask my simple question. After she snapped at me I decided I didn't want to do business with with this store. Truly felt raationaly motivated if I might add.

I went in one morning kinda clueless as to what I needed to cover scarring. Jenn was amazing! Her customer service was refreshing at a time where it seems like a lost art. She didn't break my budget, and everything she suggested turned out to be exactly what I needed. She's a gem!

Took my wife there last week. If I were the ULTA manager, I would clean up the area outside my door and around my store if the management fees were not sufficient enough.

I had the honor of being greeted and assisted by Jada! The kindest, most professional and knowledgeable ULTA Specialist that I've met during my many visits to stores throughout my travels. As a HR Manager, this young lady is the epitome of who anyone would want working with them. I went in for just a couple things and her customer service was so impeccable that I asked her advice for other things for my coworker. Jada is an Ulta's Superstar!

I’ve debated posting this review- this is related to hair salon service I received. To be clear the stylist that did my hair was lovely as far as her personality - but my issue is that I paid extra for elite stylist and the cut and highlights totaled over $250 and I’m unhappy with it. I’ve had horrible luck in South Carolina finding a stylist . I always wait to reserve my opinion of my hair cut color until I’m home and can take the time to look without the stylist standing behind me telling me it looks beautiful. It’s super awkward to say it is not. My hair looks brassy and yellow and the highlights look grown out - like I’m already due for them again. You would expect that if you are paying EXTRA for someone with more experience- to get a better result. I’ve tried to style my hair to hide the big yellow chunk up front and I can’t - this picture was taken 3 days after my appointment. It’s been 2 weeks and I am still sad when I look in the mirror. Again the stylist was super nice - but I’m used to my prior hair dresser who would have immediately said ,, nope I need to fix this. (Old stylist is in Washington). Probably won’t be going back to Ulta- still on the hunt for my go to stylist!

Customer service at this location needs improvement. A supervisor walking the floor walked right pass me while I stood on the fragrance section. looked in my direction and did not speak nor did she ask if I needed assistance.

This store it the worst store ever. Customer service is terrible. No one knows anything not even the manager. They are always out of products, and don't know when they will get the products in. No offer to assist with ordering the product online. The lines are always backed up and not enough people to assist customers. You ask a clerk about a product they give you a quick answer and walk off. you can stand at the perfume/cologne counter for 30 minutes or more, clerks will be laughing and talking behind the counter. you ask for help, they answer and "say I am on lunch or I am off." Why are you behind the counter then?
