Autumn Autumn Autumn!!! This beautiful human being color matched me to the perfect foundation. After months of trial and error she listened to my issues and her knowledge of make up did the rest. Her warm spirit and excellent customer service skills made me feel comfortable making this experience easy. Not only did she suggest the perfect foundation for my skin type, undertone, and problem areas she also suggested a concealer that just made it even more perfect. Many thanks to her!!! Ulta give her a raise she deserves it.

Lexi did such an amazing job! She helped me out day before my wedding to find the last minute makeup I needed. She did such a great job and listened to my needs. We found the eyebrow pencil I needed. As well when giving recommendations for waterproof mascara and how I told her I didn't like a certain brand, she was able to help me to find another waterproof brand with my exact needs. She was very patient with me and was very professional. She was the best!

Every. Single. Time. I walk in this SPECIFIC Ulta no one speaks. They will look you dead in your face and not say a word. I’ve experienced this for the past 3-4 years going in and out of this ulta. The one in Sandhills? Lovely. But what they are good at is watching to see if you’re stealing something…I’ve only ever experienced poor customer service from this ulta and it’s an ongoing issue that seems to not be resolved. I came in for one item, that I didn’t feel like driving across town for. Went in, your employees stared but not one opened their mouth to speak or ask if we needed help. Even another customer brought up the fact that they don’t speak. That needs to be fixed. Needless to say, you need better people with actual customer service skills.

I shop this store all the time. It never fails that there is ALWAYS 1 person at the register but 5-6 people working the floor. This needs to change! In retail, someone should always float the registers to prevent long lines.

Never impressed by Ulta, but it's hard to get their brand selection elsewhere in one place. The national website and app are buggy and have been for years (today the site would not load the category pages for some things). The shipping is very slow for online orders. So today I tried an in-store pickup order again. The store usually only has about 50% of the things I want to purchase from the website and it's not easy to see what's in stock at the location. Today, I bought the 50% (4 out of 9 this time) for a pickup order. The website and order email promised "2 hours or less" for pickup. But no pickup notification was received and a call to the store (which still has its December phone greeting) told me that it would be late. Curbside pickup didn’t work out well and I had to go inside where my order wasn’t labeled. Last time I went in it was to return a product I was shipped that was completely different than the one I ordered. Ulta has terrible logistical planning and not a whole lot of management going on. They could learn a few things from the Amazon store next door.

Everytime I go to this Ulta I’m constantly followed and stared at. I always go in to Ulta to look I never really go in there for a certain product because I like to try new things. I just don’t appreciate being seen as a thief.

I am not usually the type of person to complain at all- but I am extremely frustrated right now by the experience I had at your Salon yesterday . I have been seeing Emily for months now, she is wonderful but I wanted to explore another option and I specifically booked with Samantha so I could experience an “elite stylist”. Upon arrival, Samantha was getting her hair done by the salon manager and not ready for our appointment. My first question is- why was this being done during work hours? I sat down, waiting for her hair to be all curled and she then proceeded to pawn me off to ….Emily so that she could finish getting her hair curled. Emily had another client coming in, and started my hair as a favor to Samantha and even after she completed my roots, Samantha still did not come get me- she went to get another client and continued working on her then simply clocked out, and left for the day at 4:25. My appointment was at 3:15….she didn’t even take me or speak to me at all. She clearly double booked herself which is a huge issue in my book, and makes herself look unprofessional and unprepared. And it was unfair for Emily to now have two clients to take care of , and Emily wasn’t even able to finish my service due to another client coming in . All of this is because Samantha pawned me off I will no longer be getting my hair done at this location. I feel completely dismissed and overlooked. The customer service was just horrible yesterday . And the fact that the Salon Manager was here, and actively participating in this behavior is ridiculous and shows that they do not take their job seriously whatsoever.

I had an amazing time at this ulta I’m from Florida and came too South Carolina for a friends graduation and went too get just one skin care for more dark spots and left with like 9 things for only $120 I was soo so happy with everything I got the products work sooosooo good for my face I want to personally thank caitlan I hope i spelled right, but she was amazing helped me find exactly what I needed and wanted and talked me through all the steps of application wonderful wonderful service, and this ulta is stcokedddd had everything I wanted would definitely go again if I was in the area thank you !

OK, I have never been to Ulta beauty and frankly wasn’t interested in going in there. Not my kind of place. But I needed something before a formal ball last week, Ulta was nearby, so I popped in. It was magical, and if I had realized that they sell Lâncome makeup there, I would’ve been going for years. 💁🏼‍♀️ Highly recommend.

Very bad customer service. After being advised by an employee that a certain product is the exact same product that was sold out, I was unable to return it when it turned out to be something completely different. I wish I could give zero stars.
