I visited this location for the first time. I had a curly hair cut appointment with Leondra. I had been following her social media page since she specializes in curly hair. I was blown away at the great job she did with my cut and style. I went in wanting to revitalize my curls and that’s what I got plus more. Did a little shopping too to get some products to keep my curls in check at home. I would definitely recommend Leondra. Appointment made for my next cut and style. The rest of the Staff was great too. Got welcomed in at front door and quickly checked out.

My stylist, Ashley W., is the BEST! She is friendly, listens to what I am looking for, comes up with ideas, and does a great job with my hair. She helps me figure out what products work best with my hair type (thin and fine). I’ve been going to her for years and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome stylist!

Marisol is a great hair stylist. She has been my go to extension stylist. She has taught me how to take care and maintain of my extension for them to last me a long time. She is very friendly and listens when you go get your hair done. I highly recommend her for any hair serivice you may need from hair cut to dying your hair and hair extensions. She will let you know what type is best for your hair 😊

Ashley is the very best hair stylist. I've been coming to her for over a decade. I even moved out of state and fly into town just to see her. She's fun to talk to, rudely beautiful and on top of that great at hair. If you get a chance book your appointment with this witty woman.

For years I have driven over an hour to have my hair done by Ashley W at Ulta. Every time I’m in her chair, I have a relaxing, enjoyable, and fun experience. Ashley listens, asks questions, and makes my hair dreams come true. I’m so grateful to have found someone who truly cares how I feel about my hair when I walk out of the salon. Thank you!!!

I had a horrible experience. I came in on Friday, September 13th, and this employee, ‘MOSERAT,’ made me subscribe to a credit card without my consent. She said she only needed to verify my identity and NEVER mentioned a credit card. She took advantage of me because she heard that I have a foreign accent. I complained to the manager, who apologized and told me it’s not the first time Moserat has done this, and that she has tried to stop her multiple times already. I do not understand why this store keeps an employee who is committing FRAUD.

I was told the receipt emailed to me would have a place to submit a survey but unfortunately I didn’t see the option. I just wanted to thank Dierra for her patience and customer service! I came in over the weekend for an item and she went above and beyond to look in all the possible places it could be if not on the floor, she even checked the back. Most people wouldn’t even look if the item wasn’t on the floor, or would stop looking after checking the first place. Unfortunately the item I wanted wasn’t in stock, but I appreciate Dierra’s help and effort! Rebecca was also nice and helpful when I was checking out. :)

I've been using Ashley for EVERY type of hair service you can imagine over the past 5 years. I followed her to this Ulta location when she changed stores because she's worth the additional miles/ drive time. She's an expert at color formulas to get you the exact shade you're looking for! Her professionalism and knowledge are apparent the moment you sit in her chair. Being raised in a beauty shop with a mom & grandma who were in the business for over 75 years combined, I know what it takes to be an elite stylist, and Ashley exceeds in all aspects. If you haven't been to this location, it's definitely one of the best, both, esthetically and customer service based. They go out of their way to cater to your needs. Terrible customer service at Ulta Beauty. I booked my appointment in advance, but on the day of, they canceled because the stylist didn’t show up. Not my issue, yet the person who called was rude and lacked empathy. Very disappointing experience.

i always shop ulta & i even have a ulta credit card i stopped by yesterday around 7pm to stock up on a couple of things. i browsed around & got what i need i wasn’t even in the store for 20 min but yet i was followed all throughout the store. i don’t appreciate being followed when i am a buying customer. the only reason i came to this ulta was because the one on beltline & monfort has shitty customer service. i’ll take my business to sephora & cancel my credit with ulta because this is ridiculous.

I was let know by Ulta that they make accommodations by putting up partitions if I feel more comfortable with that for a scheduled haircut. After calling this location, they let me know they would not be willing to make any accommodations and I could go to a different location that is willing to make accommodations.

This weekend I went to Ulta Beauty for the first time and I love how almost everything is available here. I wanted to buy Smashbox glow primer from a long time and I finally got to buy this since it's not available at Sephora. The best part is it has all the brands from the drugstore brands to Kylie cosmetics. Hopefully, soon they will also have the rare beauty and Rhode too. However, the store was big and had a lot of hair appliances as well.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location and I have no intentions on returning. After spending a decent amount of money to restock on makeup, I decided to browse a little in the makeup and perfume section to determine if I was interested in buying anything else. During my browse, the security guard followed me and only me through the entire store. There were other people in the store who he paid absolutely no attention to. He especially made my time in the perfume section unbearable as he kept changing aisles with me and staring at my every move. He treated me, a paying customer, like a thief, while other potential customers were allowed to shop comfortably. I've never left a review anywhere but this was truly a horrible experience. I never imagined I will be profiled like this.

Great location.. purchased on Friday Versace (purple bottle it was absolutely trash... But they took it back quickly the last was very very nice Sat evening and the lady on Friday was an Absolute pleasure to speak with.. If you like Versace the purple to me stinks.. However I walked out so Happy about my Exchange

It's good overall, but I was joking with my friend and this worker heard, and she gave me rude looks. When my friend followed the worker to look at lip oils, she told her, "Don't let her get to you" and "Friends like that come and go". Like, what worker talks bad about a customer that's literally buying things from the store? Most likely not coming back and I recommend not coming. But, the selection of items is really good.

Would highly recommend! 🤙🏽 first time coming into a ulta store, and quickly got helped with a cologne i was looking for “Chanel Blue” and experience the diffrences of diffrent other colognes by one of the staff.. Every one is very helpful, friendly and for a first timer i would highly come back soon!

They have lots of folks there with no knowledge of products or what’s in stock . You have to show them that it shows in stock on your phone — then it takes forever for them to check stockroom. It’s like only one lady knows everything about the store—- trash service — pass them by . Also the sample machine is out of stock !

Today is April2-2024 at ( 7:12 pm ) Is my first time here and seriously it was not a good experience! I’m a Google local guide influencer and i visit a lot of businesses every where but not like this 😟 So I was here looking for just one ( perfume - Dior Fahrenheit 32 the white bottle) a friend of mine in Dubai advice me to look here , so first of all i came and you feel not comfortable and there is no one to serve u only the security guy that he was watching me and following like I’m a thief like I’m going to steal something 😗🥷🏿🥷🏿🤦🏻‍♂️👀 !!! 😒🤦🏻‍♂️😄 I can’t believe!! I even think is this a jewelry store !!?? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤔 Then a young girl she came so fast she was very polite & helpful she say that they don’t have it , but they have the Dior orange one , and on the same time a old woman with brown hair came with a little dog on her hand i feel like she works here and she make her self asking for something ! She was giving me advices to have the orange one is good ! .. but I don’t need it i have it already 🤦🏻‍♂️ more of this there is no even one ☝️ one ☝️ of the testers outside to test the perfumes 🙁😳!!! Only on the lookers ! And when i ask they say “ is for safety “ i was 😂😳 what !?? The truth i feel like they sell the testers or they don’t want to sell their products or I didn’t even want to know ! But anyway (what i know , Things doesn’t work like this in any beauty store ) there is something going on here ! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Oh my god i truly couldn’t stay comfortable and in 5 minutes I lived the store even i was going to buy something i will not . Anyway the positive things i see : 👍🙏the store is big , clean 👍and the girl was very polite . I hope they change the wrong security system they have , or the way they treat consumers 🙏 For now i give one ☝️ star ⭐️

I lost all of my makeup recently and had to start over. First off, I don't usually wear much makeup. So, I'm practically a beginner. Nicole at this location was FANTASTIC. She was so patient with all of my questions and thoughtfully recommended many products based on my needs - and not all just the most expensive. She also took a lot of time to color match me. I highly recommend Nicole at this location.

One of the managers, I think her name started with a D or something was exceptional! she greeted me as I walked in and was very knowledgeable about makeup and attentive to my concerns. Will definitely be back. Ask for Dee lol

I’m not one to really post reviews but I had to this time. I went in to get a deep conditioner and a blow dry and flat iron/hot comb with Lee (spelling?) at the Ulta on Coit Road Saturday 1/13/24. He also ended up trimming my hair since I was informed that my hair was in need of a trim. From the beginning, he was rude. When I came in, I asked him if he was the one who was going to do my hair—he either shook his head or mumbled “yes”— I don’t quite remember. No smile, nothing. He didn’t put a towel around me when he washed my hair during the deep conditioning process. The general manager Ashley was very nice and provided me with a towel while I was there under the hooded dryer after Lee finished deep conditioning my hair. I was burned by the hot comb several times but Lee said nothing—even though I know he saw and heard me wincing in pain. I had to audibly say “ow” at some point for him to mumble sorry. I’m not a talker at all myself, but I would have appreciated if he was warmly receptive to my questions/concerns that I had about my hair/taking care of my hair, but he wasn’t (e.g. I let him know I hadn’t had a relaxer in a few years and I also politely let him know I wasn’t trying to be difficult— I just had questions about my hair—he had no response). My mom came in to check and see if I was done and he didn’t great her or give her any eye contact. I still managed to thank him twice when he was done and he mumbled “you’re welcome” on the second thank you I offered. I paid about $103 for everything. I would have tipped him if he didn’t have an attitude. Ashley basically said he’s new and is trying to find his way around. I wish she could have done my hair. Him being new doesn’t have anything to do with his temperament. I just wish he was at least cordial. I will not be doing my hair with him ever again.

This store is the cleanest, most well stocked & organized Ulta I’ve ever been to. The employees were very nice as well. Highly recommend!
