I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your store. I visited your location to purchase several items, including a YSL perfume displayed behind the counter. Unfortunately, the customer service I received during this visit was far below my expectations. Here’s a detailed account of what occurred: 1. I kindly requested the sales representative to assist me with retrieving the YSL perfume from behind the perfume counter. She began making a radio call to check on the availability. However, in the middle of assisting me, she abandoned my request to help another customer with a pickup order, leaving me waiting. 2. Upon returning, she informed me that the perfume was out of stock, despite it being clearly visible on display. I pointed this out and asked if she could open one for purchase. After another radio call, a gentleman brought the perfume, which could have been resolved much earlier. 3. At checkout, I requested to have my receipt emailed to me. I later realized that the sales representative had inputted an incorrect email address, adding random characters that had nothing to do with my email. When I asked her to correct it, she seemed unwilling to assist further. 4. Additionally, I noticed that the name on her name tag did not match the cashier’s name printed on the receipt. This discrepancy raises concerns about accountability and proper customer service protocols. Throughout the interaction, the representative seemed disinterested in providing quality service. It was evident that the initial radio call was not done properly, and instead of genuinely trying to resolve the matter, she hastily dismissed my concerns. As a loyal Ulta customer, I expect better care and attentiveness when shopping at your stores. This experience left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. I kindly request that you address this matter with the staff at this location to ensure future customers do not encounter similar issues.

Ask for Zara! She is amaaaaazing. I am so happy the first girl I encountered sent me Zara's way. I was there inquiring about the Polite society lip plumper, and Zara was there to assist. The first girl did not have any knowledge about the product line. Zara appeared out of nowhere with a bright beautiful welcoming smile. The first sales rep ask Zara if she knew about the product line and Zara said yes. Having knowledge of a stores products in which you work is top-tier. Zara is top-tier!! We chatted as I was making my decision. She "swashed" herself with the product so that I could see the difference in color. Zara went above and beyond to assist me however As she was helping me decide what I needed, her manager approached her to tell her that there were people over in fragrance waiting. Zara finished up with me and didn't rush me off as all people and fragrance was more important. I don't like feeling rushed because I'll make the wrong decision then come back to return the product. I'm not really a make-up girly so it's hard for me to decide and Zara made me feel very comfortable. I usually feel intimidated when I come into these types of stores. I wasn't sure if her Manager wanted her to rush me off to get to the other customers in fragrance, but I felt that it was rude and it intimidated me. It made me feel like I needed to rush what I was doing or to tell Zara it was OK for her to leave and go to the other customers. Zara made sure that she stayed attentive to me until I made my choice which made me feel like she cared about Ulta beauty customers.... I will definitely be back to this location only because she works here. She is definitely worth bypassing other locations for the service she gives. Shout out to Zar and good luck with your future! Oh yeah let me not forget to mention my cashier was a sweet heart and she also assured me with knowledge of a product.

1. Skipped welcoming me but said welcome to the lady after me. 2. THE PLACE WAS DIRTY! I don’t know what happened in here but it’s an unpleasant environment. Even the girl at the register loudly said “OH MY GOD ITS SO DIRTY UP HERE!” 3. I went straight to urban decay… a mess and damn near empty. When I didn’t see what I was looking for I went to the travel sizes to see if it was there. The lady that neglected to speak upon me entering the store asked if I was ready… obvious not I was in a deep search through the samples… and instead of saying can i help you find what you’re looking for… it was okay and back to doing whatever she was doing. You only have to make me feel i welcomed once. There are too many makeup stores nearby to shop at.

So this was my first experience inside an Ulta. Not sure how that's possible. It's like all your beauty products from nail to skin, and makeup to hair, all in the same place. Big brand names, less-expensive brands; everything! I had a gift card that I've had over 2 years, so i stopped in today while killing time in the area between jobs and, being low on mascara, checked out the Benefit products. They had my usual mascara, plus the same one in a fun hue of bright blue. A really nice girl (missed her name, but possibly with violet hair) helped me and even showed me the proper way to use the liquid eyeliner Benefit sells. I stuck to what I know, but appreciated the info and friendly greeting. I found some other things as i walked around the store and ended up with about $100 of goodies before checkout. Nonnie was at the register ringing me up and also shared her surprise in this being my first visit. She told me about the reward program as she signed me up, and didn't complain at all when I sampled the dry shampoo tester, even though it was quite a pungent fragrance in her space. She was also informative, suggested a different brand of dry shampoo, explained her reasons for liking it, and made the end of my visit very pleasant. Both employees i encountered seemed happy to be helpful, and it sounds silly saying this, but they kind of made my experience feel like I was shopping with friends. Really nice staff here, and it was easy to find what i wanted in this store!

What a difference! I feel free to check everything out and test cosmetics without being followed around or surveilled by a weird security guard. My shopping experience has been much more relaxed. It's worth the drive all the way to Dublin. I wish more Ulta stores were like this one.

Beautiful store and beautiful people! Love shopping at this store..recently shopped for Mother’s Day gift and a friendly associate assisted me to test a perfume and make a good choice. I believe it is highly important to prioritize customer attentiveness over no matter what an associate is doing on the floor. Always pleasing when a customer is asked if they need help with anything.

Unfortunately this particular location’s beauty advisors have never been friendly, so when the Jack London Boulevard store opened, I was more than happy to only buy from there.. but abt 2 weeks ago, I was in a rush and went to this Dublin Blvd location bc I wanted to buy a Juvia liquid blush. They didn’t have the exact color I was looking for and I was so disappointed, as I was ready to leave the store, Hened approached me and informed me that the color I wanted also came in a “shimmery” version (which I was unaware of). Hened was so sweet, friendly, informative, and patient. Of course I bought the suggested color and I LOVE it. The reason for 3 stars is bc the store collectively is a 3, but Hened’s service is definitely a 5:)!

Stock is okay. Employees need to be trained on customer service it seems. Did curbside pickup today, when the employee walked up to my car I didn’t hear her ask for my ID and when she repeated herself she was pretty snappy. Not a huge deal. Just very cold feeling even in the way she left. I don’t get it. Being friendly isn’t hard.

Great stock and variety, but the pushing at the cashier for the credit card from the manager was unpleasant, one more lady followed me through out my entire visit asking me " is everything ok" and to be honest it feels like she was checking for shoplifters hahahaha, and there was one makeup artist that give advice that was sooooo over exaggerated giving such a strange anime/cartoon happy compliments that to be honest I feel like in the barbie movie... Just strange customer service at the Dublin location :/

I want there to see if they have some stuff for me,i looked all the store ,i was late to pickup my son and i went out the store in rush. The cashier girl looked very bad at me suspicious behavior even the guy of fragrances was rude and bad to me. I will never go to this brand store,better to go SEPHORA they have a good service and friendly.

No staff to assist you. Very poorly stocked store and questions on products not answered. Staff not knowledgeable about products. Even though they appeared to be short staffed, I did find a couple of employees chatting away and not assisting waiting customers.

The worst Ulta! 1: I purchased a Dyson Airwrap from this store, and initially, they stated it had a 90-day return policy. Feeling it was expensive for what it was, I attempted to return it within 90 days. However, they then revealed that only store credit was possible, and a refund to my card was not an option. Liars! 2: The Dyson Airwrap they sold to me turned out to be defective; it completely stopped working after only two uses. A $650 tool malfunctioning after just two uses is unacceptable. I suspect they were aware of the issue, as they initially claimed there were no Dyson Airwraps available, only to later say there was one and sold it to me which just stopped working.

Went here to browse and buy one specific item. I asked if the item was in stock, and when it wasn’t I said I’d order it online. The employee then kept talking for at least twenty minutes straight without taking a break, and repeatedly pointed out skin issues that I have. We so far as to say I should see a dermatologist (I already do). I left without even buying the things I wanted to get because I felt so self conscious after being picked apart and cornered like that when I hadn’t even asked for ANY input. Then when I went to order what I wanted online later, the website wasn’t even working.
