Bad experience with Aylin M. Took my daughter for a haircut and she didn't even wash her hair. We were 3 minutes late and she was already trying to reschedule her. When were on time we always have to wait and we don't act that way. She was rude and ugly.

First & last time coming to this ulta. Came here 12/27 (my birthday) to purchase a straightener. I’ve never bought one before so I wanted to make sure I was purchasing a good quality one since I have curly hair. I couldn’t help but notice an employee following me around. Acting like she was putting things away or “looking” at items but really she was keeping an eye on me. When I finally found the straightener I wanted, I started to look for a heat protecter & a serum for my hair and every isle I went to, she was there watching. I went to the other side of the store to look at lip liners, minding my business I so happen to look over while getting out of the isle and a different employee is starring me down. Made me feel SOOO uncomfortable & rushed! I left feeling so upset about my experience bc I’ve never experienced something like that before. I even spoke to the manager before leaving letting her know my experience all she had to say was “I’m so sorry you felt that way” that was it… didn’t say anything else. Very disappointed with this ulta , DO BETTER

I went into the store and was looking to buy a gift for my girlfriend and was approached by an associate and she gladly helped me decide between 3 perfumes. I will be coming back for more Christmas shopping to purchase more thanks for the great customer service!

I recently visited the Ulta location and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While browsing the store with the intention of making a purchase, I couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable due to the persistent, suspicious glances directed at us by the staff. This left me feeling unwelcome and on edge.To add to the discomfort, an employee approached me and my boyfriend in a manner that felt unnecessarily confrontational, informing us that the product we were examining was not a tester and advising us against opening it. I was merely smelling the product, genuinely considering a purchase, but after this interaction, I felt discouraged from continuing my shopping experience. I hope Ulta can focus on fostering a more welcoming environment where customers feel respected and free to explore their products without undue suspicion. A positive customer experience can make all the difference, and unfortunately, this visit fell short.

My experience at Ulta was truly disappointing. I went in with my girlfriend, ready to browse and make a purchase, but instead, we were met with constant, judgmental looks from the staff, as if we were there to do something wrong. It was uncomfortable and honestly insulting. Then, an employee came up to us, speaking rudely with an attitude to my girlfriend, telling her she wasn’t allowed to open the product she was simply smelling to see if she wanted to buy it. The whole interaction felt uncalled for and made us both feel entirely unwelcome. We purchased what we were looking for and left the store immediately and will be thinking twice about coming back. Customers deserve respect, not suspicion.

Was followed around the store by staff and when I went to check out this lady with black hair and a black suit asked for my phone number to make an account for me. Next time I walk in to purchase something another employee said I didn’t have account when she put in my phone number?? What’s up with following customers thinking they’re going to steal and NOT even saving my phone number or receiving points for my account that doesn’t even exist…

When I walked in there was a group of workers chismeando on the register and the store was empty. I didnt get approached to see if I needed help . When I walked to the register they all scattered away like someone shined light on a bunch of roaches. Then the worker at the register started giving the customer she was checking out a FULL SKIN CARE CONSULTATION didnt even get anyone to help the following person in line I didnt think theyd take long they just started talking and talking I left my merchandise on the desk and left I was standing around for a total of 20 minutes in an empty line just bc they were talking. The ladies there need a class on customer service.

I just went to this store and as soon as I walk in people following, and at the register the lady thought I was trying to steal a lipstick, due to me getting it when I first walked in then left it on the side when I was gonna pay she thought I had token it out of the box and said “I can take that too” and I said “oh I’m not taking it” to witch she responded “ok still I can take it” and when I gave it to her she made sure it was there. Very embarrassing moment

I absolutely love the ladies who work at this location very helpful, sweet, and they know a lot of information on the products. I was there today for a hair treatment with Karen and she is AMAZING! My hair has never looked this good and it’s so soft and shiny!

I had a beauty consultation and application of makeup due to an upcoming professional photo shoot- The 2 very amazing beauty experts did an Outstanding job of doing the eyebrow shaping and applying the makeup:) Highly recommended experience 😀 Thank You to both young ladies:) The manager at this location is also a very Amazing Blessing as well! I just went to this location maybe 45 minutes ago, from the moment I walked in one of the employees was following me around just keeping an eye on me as if they thought I was going to be stealing something. When I paid and gave my phone number for the account the person at the register seemed in this belief that that was in fact my account. The store is clean and well stocked, but if you want an overall better customer service experience then just go to the Joe Battle location the girls there are amazing!
