The girl at the check out was sooo pushy. She asked me about five different times if I wanted to sign up for their rewards. After I said no over and over, she asked if I would want to sign up so my friends or family could get points. How many times do I have to say it, NO! Reminded me exactly why I prefer Sephora.

Their products are nice. I preferred online and picked up at the store. This was nice because I skipped the line. If you want to save time is better to shop online if you know what you're buying. I love the specials. Like with other brands, the prices are steep in my opinion for the average person. There are a lot of generic brands that have products close to what they have without the extra cost. I love that they sell stuff at target. The only reason I shop them is because of the discounts or sales. I'm still searching for a sunscreen that works for my sensitive complex oily dry skin. While they have wonderful products I will only buy them on sale and for special occasions. The staff is usually pretty friendly. The amount of products can be overwhelming to choose from. I would do my research and find more affordable generic brands. Again nice to have this beautiful store, but the prices are beyond me. I mostly like skin care options. I don't really care for make up.

I had an appointment for hair treatment on a Friday I had to call for off from work and after going there I came to know my appointment was cancelled and no one cared to inform me and said it was a glitch in the system. The manager was very rude. I don’t hope to go back there.

The workers were so nice and helpful. They made sure to find me the perfect shade match and were very patient with me. I was hesitant to buy the full product so they gave me free samples instead.

Had an amazing experience at this Ulta! Bre helped me shop around the store for a good concealer, powder puff and recommended I try a powder out. The store was also fully stocked when I went in. Needless to say I had a 10/10 experience!!

When I come shopping here never disappoints. The workers are so nice and helpful. Recent visit a worker with pretty colorful hair helped me pick out a mascara and It’s my new favorite one. Thank you!

Amazing customer service …!!! The store was extremely busy but Jackie did an amazing job helping me look for all my beauty items ! She was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my questions !!! Overall ,Jackie did an amazing job guiding me for the best make up products I wanted for my skin type !!! 😊👍💜 so happy with my purchase!

I honestly shop at Ulta a lot more than Sephora. Their rewards are better, and their selection varys from drugstore brands to luxury brands. One stop shop for beauty.

I was given a very nice moustache wax. It was so easy & a good price too. Now I want to get my hair done to celebrate my Mamma who turns 90 years old the end of this month. I'm excited to try a hair color now. My last experience was not good . I got a butterscotch color when it should have been a blonde shade😲 My little sister meant well ☺️❣ Also I have to thank Marlene (?) for being very kind to show me the water fountain after my moustache wax as it was so hot that day & I needed that. I went in to get something's for my wife and had 2 employees help me and they were great I was lost in the store cause it's all women stuff and was able to find a couple of items for my wife. I want to say thank you and will go back when Christmas comes around again.

Literally have been waiting for a pickup order for over 5 minutes and 5 employees have said I'll be with you and start helping other customers. I literally could have picked the stuff out and got in line by now. Ridiculous

Thought I would take advantage of Ulta’s 21 days of beauty and purchased a Tarte Shape Tape concealer at 50% off. I went to pick up my order, came home and opened my bag only to find that they gave me a travel size concealer rather than the full size I had ordered. I called Ulta to let them know of the mistake, spoke with Jennifer and she advised I can come in to swap the travel size for the full size one I bought. I was a little annoyed to have to go back but I wanted to get what I paid for so I went back in. I believe her name was Samantha that helped me, I explained what happened and Jennifer overheard and advised that she had spoken with me. Samantha asked to see my order so I showed her my email and she went to get the concealer. She came back to advise me they didn’t have the color I wanted in stock. I asked what was I supposed to do since I wanted the product still and she advised me to go to another Ulta to swap it. Are you kidding me? I even asked her so I have to go to another Ulta to explain your stores mistake? She said yeah it will be fine, they’ll give it to me with no problem. The problem is your employees want me to go to another store to correct your stores mistake which is unacceptable! I was not given any other option. Sad to say that I don’t feel like I will be back to spend my money here since nobody was considerate of my time.
