Olivia works at the brow bar and she is amazing! I've gone to her for almost 3 years and I'll only ever schedule when she's there. She's friendly, personable, and knows what she's doing! I'm nervous to post this because then yall are going to take my spots to see her but it's worth it! :)

Extremely unhappy with the service provided. I had assumed the cost were standardized across the board. Imagine thinking you were paying $89 for a partial and Get slapped with a bill for $155 plus conditioner for a total of $180. I have never even paid that much for a full highlight. I would really like to attach a photo of the work that was done but this platform doesn’t allow for it if I can figure it out I darn sure will . You could barely tell that there were any highlights put in my hair, very dissatisfied! I would never go there again and definitely would not recommend their services. As you will see, I did manage to post a photo. That was right after I had had the highlights put in my hair about a 3 inch gap of color very disappointing for $180! For the fact that I was traveling, I would have gone back and demanded my money Back.

My favorite place for all female items/toiletries. Shampoo, makeup, etc. little pricey but to be expected if not shopping for drug store products. Designer items. Endless supply. Would love to have plenty of money to spend hours there. They offer different services (hair salon, brows, makeup specialists, etc) need appt for.

Never had a problem with this Ulta Beauty Store until yesterday, employee was very rude. Went up to her and said "Excuse me" ignored me the first time, second time I said excuse me she replied and said "what" rudely. I personally think that is a really rude way of responding to shoppers, she could've responded with "yes?". She got me the perfume but I started realizing in the car that she pulled out the hair mist instead of the perfume, I went back in and another employee attended me. She was very nice compared to the other one.

I get my hair cut here - Victoria is great!! I also get my eyebrows laminated and tinted here - Olivia is wonderful!! I love the skincare, makeup, and all the different hair products they have in the store. Lots of varieties!

Christina was very helpful and patience. I went in for one product, it was sadly out of stock and she help me find another. Plus found a new brand for my facial products. She made me experience so much better

Had a hair appointment this morning at 11 with heather.G….she was amazing! Got rid of my dead ends, deep conditioned my hair. Had great conversations! Overall a wonderful experience! My hair feels amazing, the service was amazing. I would HIGHLY highly recommend booking with her! She is such a sweetheart. Thank you !

The staff is always wonderful when I visit this location but usually I am just browsing or know exactly what I want. This time I came in looking for new products to try and was greeted by Paige. She was absolutely amazing! Paige is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She helped me swatch some colors and I found exactly what I was looking for. Alexa also suggested some great products. I had a great experience and will be back to this location. :)

Staff was very nice and attentive. I went in to ask about a good skincare routine and light makeup and the lady at Lancome was absolutely a beautiful person to talk to, ask questions and never made me feel bad about my ignorance in the makeup industry. The cashier helped jot down the products I did not buy and included the ORDER they go on! I didn't even think to ask! Highly recommend everyone there!

Highly recommend Joyce for all your hair needs! She's been doing my hair almost 10 years now and I couldn't recommend her enough. She listens to what you want, and lets you know if it can be done and the healthy way to get it done. She also will make sure you leave HAPPY. Love Joyce!

Didn’t have product in stock and like most Ulta they are understaffed. Your on your own in this store and the checkout lines are long with only one person working register.

Canceled my brow appointment 10 minutes before it happened when I was driving there. On the day of my anniversary and I couldn’t find anywhere else to go. So disappointed, would never go there again

My least favorite Ulta store in Maryland, not customer service oriented for sure!!!! I had two experiences on that, the first was I checked with them on my birthday gift as I hadn't received the email, they asked me to install an app, and at the end they said you should call customer service to get the barcode, I had a salon appointment at the other store the next day, and when I told them about that, they just gave me the gift without investigation on free sample!!! Second, I placed an online order and chose the store for pick-up, but my car broke down and I couldn't pick it up yesterday. I called them and asked to hold it for another day; they said we could unless you came in the morning; I said I would be at work and would pick it up later; they said, No! I've been in the same scenario before and called the store; they charged my card and put the order on hold until I could pick it up!
