I literally just left this location without purchasing for the simple fact that I walked around the perfume section for nearly 10 mins and not one person came up to me. I went in with the intentions of buying one if not more bottles of perfume but wanted to smell them prior and everything was locked up (which I had expected since it’s common). However, what isn’t common at the Clovis & Herndon & 99 location is quite literally no one coming up to talk to me.

When we checked out cyrus was very nice and helped us use our multiple gift cards and helped us purchase something online that they did not have in stalk, they were super helpful when i asked them to check for something in the back, i love ulta and the workers very much!!!! LOVE YOU ULTA!!! ❤️

Visited the store today, I was specifically looking for 3 things...Anua skincare line, Paul Mitchell leave-in conditioner (big bottle), and wanting to know about eyebrow tinting.No one knew what i was talking about, the young lady wearing all white (white skirt, top, hat, heavier set) offered a solution for not having the PM leave in (big bottle in stock)and informed me that the California ultas no longer do eyebrow tinting, the skincare product that i was looking for was online only. So, everything that i was interested in was unavailable at that moment, and to be fair, these situations were kind of out of their control...So, I decided to just stick around and browse, and the staff asked me a good amount of times if I had found what I was looking for, I'm not sure if it was because they were getting ready to close soon, or if it was because they thought I was a thief. I was dressed regular and down, however, none of the staff looked glamours, even though a few of them were trying i was greeted when I walked in, and staff did ask me if I needed help. I didn't m a ke a purchase, because 1) what i was looking for was not available and 2) I ran out of time.

I had my brows done at the Benefit brow bar by a girl named “Jade.” We had an interesting conversation while she worked on my eyebrows. I was very pleased with how they turned out.

Lorainn (I think that’s how it’s spelt🥲) was so wonderful. She helped me shade match foundation and took the time to help me pick out all the right products for my makeup. I really wanted to glow for my at home maternity photos and I’m so glad I was able to have her help and patience with me as someone who doesn’t wear much make up. ❤️

While waiting to get checked out there were four employees talking away with only one cashier. When a guest spoke up, one of the employees starting laughing and made the rest of us feel as this Ulta doesn’t care for the customers. The promo item I had picked out had a promotion of a smaller item with it and it was not in stock. No point of promoting it if your other item is out of stock. I Would have not waited in line if the promotion was removed and to feel more uncomfortable by the employees who were berly even working but talking to one another. Never had an issue in any other location! Definitely would be my last time visiting this one !

I went for a silk press stated it was $77 time of booking got there left paying $147 I just want to go in take the load of and just rest in the chair because I’m always stressed and tierd the stylist lavada kept telling me how bad my hair was and that I needed to be trimmed I didn’t want to cut it I didn’t want the trim I didn’t want anything but what I came for kept pressuring me in to doing it I felt so uncomfortable i trusted her judgment because she is licensed so for her to stop picking on me I let her trim I said a small amount she took off 8 inches of my hair I grew my hair out for 4 years she cut my hair to my shoulders now I’m so devastated and I’m hurt because I was on a hair growth journey and I feel like she took that from me my hair was to my butt literally but it’s now to my shoulders they won’t give a refund they look at me and If I’m crazy the manager doesn’t care offered me 10 bucks back when I paid $147 I wouldn’t recommend going here at all if you have a different textured hair and care about your hair 😖😖I literally booked for what I wanted she kept saying what’s your budget like 3times told her I booked for the 77 told me it was 89 when I sat down y’all it’s just to much was going on just wanted to relax I wish I wouldn’t have never went first and last time I should have just got up and left

Staff is very friendly at this location. This store is finally getting stock in again, after taking hits from so many Smash'n'grabs. So thankful for the crackdown finally. Ulta is making a great comeback and looking like it used to.

Amazing customer service provided by my hairdresser Nancy (Blackstone) ! Nancy is very attentive with my hair treatment/ hair cut. Makes me feel comfortable every time she works on my hair, she leaves me beyond ecstatic at the results that she gives my hair.

Went to get my hair cut and styled by two different stylists within the span of 3 days. Got my hair cut by Nancy and she did a good job and I left looking fine, but definitely didn’t follow any of the reference photos I gave and I was slightly disappointed, but for the price I can’t be surprised. When I came in to get my hair highlighted by Ashley I was super excited, and came in with five photo references of exactly what I wanted, plus giving a description of how thick I wanted my highlights (at least an inch thick). After being there for SIX HOURS she didn’t do a single thing I wanted. I asked for my hair to be bleached into chunky stripes and for the rest of my hair to remain dark and uncoloured. Instead she gave me a balayage, with paper thin highlights, and coloured the rest of my hair with a light brown colour, completely ignoring BOTH of my specific and fairly simple requests. Was overcharged on top of that. Really disappointed with the quality of the service and the sheer lack of listening that was done by this stylist. Hope they learn from their mistakes and improve but it’s unlikely I’ll ever spend my money at the salon again.

I had my hair done by Natalie at the Blackstone location .She did an amazing job 👏 😁excellent in color corrections and overall customer service! It's like my was her masterpiece and she created something so beautiful 😍 I had been wanting my hair and highlights to look a certain way, she was able to do just that. Very honest stylist! Thank you again Natalie 💓 everyone loved my hair !

I went today and the whole team was super nice! There was a blonde girl with a white coat and she was super nice and helped me through all my options ( I needed wax for my wax pot), I feel like her name started with an L like lesly or something. Super helpful, I felt comfortable in there. And two girls with curly hair helped me out too they are the best! Definitely go here! It probably is fun to work here too idk

This is 5-star review is for two EMPLOYEES at this location whose service was exceptional and appreciated on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Big shout-out to Joslynn Moore and Desiree Blados for taking the time to teach this aging woman some eyeshadow and eyebrow tips and tricks. I'll be honest, I don't usually have a good experience at this store. I'm often ignored and have to track people down to help me and when I do they seem bothered. Not this day!!! Joslynn and Desiree went above and beyond. Thank you ladies so very much!
