Wasn't quite sure of the product I needed, but the employee took her time to help me figure it out. They listen to what you are saying and give you a few different options to choose from. Very nice employees working there! Keep doing what you are doing! Thank you!!

Never fails. This is the only location that SUCKS with curbside pickup. I never wait more than 5 min when I pickup from the River park location. I been sitting here for 30 min now waiting. I’m currently on hold going on 6 minutes also. This location needs to stop having curbside as an option. Why offer it if it’s faster to just walk inside & shop. Horrible. Last time I do this here.

Unbelievably expensive. A clipper cut (only ends of very very short hair) cost us $47.00 Not returning. Previous cut was turned Into a 1980s mullet when what we wanted was a modern pixie. Why did we return!!!

Yesterday my adult children were accused of stealing from this ulta on riverside drive humiliated, harassed, embarrassed , annoyed ,profiled,and definitely defermation of their character we will be contacting an attorney this happened Friday in broad daylight we have had prior harassing experiences here with an employee following to closely like we can’t even look! We were told by the sheriffs that their loss prevention needs to do better and they will be talking to ulta employees as this is not the first time of false allegations!This place needs to be sued you can’t do this and think you are gunna get away with it , if you are loosing 70 gran of merchandise check your employees because that’s sure is a lot sounds like an inside job to me! My daughters are good hard working people and they did not deserve this we have our proof this was false on your behalf so we again will be contacting an attorney we also know the name of the employee that called and will be posting it at a later date by the reviews we are not alone and we also know people this has happened to at this location the Riverside drive/ Herndon location all other ultas in Fresno are so kind and don’t hound you!To the employee that made this false accusation we will be looking to sueing you also individually as you caused all this emotional distress amongst what I mentioned above! You cannot treat people this way I worked for loss prevention and you need to be on your toes you can and will be sued if you are wrong and in this case the proof showed you were Wrong!!!!!By the way Ulta we have hundreds of dollars of receipts we have spent here but no longer will ,we will take out business elsewhere!!

Yesterday a Ulta employee decided to once again profile, harras,stalk,annoy and tell loss prevention my kids (They are adults)we’re stealing or stole something. It was all lies and it was proven by the police and ulta was told to do better and stop reporting false reports cameras were watched it was all lies this particular women follows everyone around at this location ( she’s probably the one stealing from them) other locations are great it’s just this location I know other people with similar problems with them. Corporate was notified and we will be l speaking to an attorney my kids were handcuff, searched, profiled, harassed ,embarrassed,humiliated,Definitely defermation of their character, traumatized, ulta needs to be sued along with this particular employee that we do know her and her name ,just because ulta looses out on 70 thousand or whatever in loss that’s not my children’s problems that’s ultas problem ( check your own employees)!Do better Ulta my children work they dont need to steal and they have hundreds of dollars of receipts they have spent at your stores to be treated this way,start by firing this employee corporate has her name !Name to follow….This Riverside drive location off of Herndon needs to fire the staff and get staff from their other locations those girls are awesome!

I do pickup because this parking lot is crazy. I believe I've had 1 successful curbside pickup. Every other time I've had to go in because after 10 minutes, I assume no one is doing this job. Why do they even offer it? This last time I went in after 10 minutes waiting in curbside spot and there's one service rep at the registers with a long line. She asks if I have a pick up and my name while ringing up someone else. After she's done with that customer,she says she's gonna help one more customer, then she'll help me. Then she can't find my order. After a couple of minutes she goes to get a manager. When the manager comes up, she helps the customer behind me first! She continues to look for the package then finally goes to get the product off the shelf. She was trying to be nice but I was so frustrated that this turned into a 20 minute pickup. I was never rude but I was quietly fuming! I will only do shipping from now on. They have repeatedly struck out and I keep giving it another try. I'm done with this place. Staff your store properly and don't offer a service you're clearly not staffed to provide.

Yay!!!!! I finally found the perfume I have been looking for. My Mom always bought it when she passed I kept her bottle she's been gone for many years 40 and Ulta had it It's kinda pricey for the travel size was 40 dollars but I got it anyway yay
