I have been a Diamond level member for years. I love this place on Woodruff Road. Bobby B. is the most talented hairdresser. Danielle, Falon, and each and every member of this crew is such a pleasure to know. Top notch- run store. Always clean, organized, and I always look forward to seeing the staff and listening to the music. Thank you guys!

Clean and well kept. All of the perfume is locked up and there are no samples out. Pretty disappointing if you wanted to shop around for fragrances.

Been to the salon twice to have Bobby cut my hair. Itâs hands down the best hair cut Iâve ever had. 10/10 for sure!

I visited this store hoping to buy a specific body oil in person rather than having it shipped. I usually shop at Sephora, but wanted to give this place a try. Unfortunately, despite there being plenty of staff around, no one offered assistance or took the time to help me find what I needed. I didnât receive any advice or information about the product, and overall, the experience was disappointing. I wonât be returning.

Was given a gift card and came to spend it on some stuff. I came in about 15 minutes before close and wanted to check out a fragrance. They did not have it in stock so I chose a sample face care set instead. Was checking out only 5 minutes later. Employee (Mariah) rang me up and was very rude and dismissive when I declined the rewards program. Tried to tell me I needed to make a rewards account to make a return if I did not like the items. I do not understand her persistence but I did not appreciate the attitude given when I told her it had never been an issue before when I had made a purchase. Honestly, I get it, holiday time is not fun in retail and nor is dealing with customers before close but I tried my best to be in and out without issue and felt very judged and irritated by the end of the experience. I will not be going back and if I need to make another purchase I will opt for online over dealing with toxic employees. Ngl, i literally almost walked out instead of bothering with the purchase.

Hours are unreliable. Tried to stop by at lunch on a Monday only to find a sign taped to the door stating theyâre âopening at 2pm today.â Not the first time this has happened at this location. Frustrating - retail stores should have reliable hours.

As someone that used to work for Ulta in another town I cannot believe the sheer level of unprofessionalism and rudeness at this location. The employee ringing me up was so nasty and short with me and when the manager came over she responded with and ya I donât know whatâs going on here. Ulta please train the staff and management at this location to be nicer, act like they want to be there and how to handle customer resolution.

I shop at this location often, and I was in store yesterday and Liz was being extremely rude to employees and customers. She seems as if sheâs the sweetest little thing but sheâs just fake and rude⊠I asked for her help on some makeup and she kept rolling her eyes. I would give 0 stars to this store. Liz made me feel like I was asking for too much, I will never shop at this location again.

I shop here often. Today I went in looking for a specific menâs cologne and asked one of the associates where the menâs section is now located (it used to be its own aisle). She was extremely rude and said âwe donât have a menâs sectionâ. I said âoh, you used to, so where is it located nowâ. She rudely answered âwe never had a menâs sectionâ. I pointed up at the large sign over an aisle that read âmenâs sectionâ. She shrugged and walked away. I tried asking her more but she wouldnât answer. I asked another associate in the perfume section and she rolled her eyes and said the menâs were in with women. âDonât you know your brand?â I said yes, but i was hoping to purchase the normal one I get and a new scent. Her response âwell you canât smell them here. They are locked up and Iâm busyâ We left. This is not the service I would expect from ulta and Iâm now reconsidering the need to return when I can just as easily order what I need from online retailers or the brand itself.

I've had my hair done by Rebecca twice now and so pleased! She was just awarded master elite stylist status and she does a wonderful job. Super friendly and personable. She is why I came back the second time! The store is clean and always someone around to help!

Running to here every staff member is so sweet Christy knew exactly what she was talking about and found my exact match she even offered a little extra blush and lip gloss to look put together I love this store so much.

Employees were super nice, but blonde haired and tattooed manager (Alyssa?) was openly yelling at the employees to greet customers louder and was very unfriendly during my checkout. She has a bad attitude and disappointing to see employees treated this way.

I had the worse experience with Akilah A. She cancel my appointment when I was having a hard time finding Ulta beauty. I even called to let her know at 5:03pm that I was lost in the shopping center 8 months pregnant walking while speaking with her. She was very helpful with directions but when I got in the salon finally she told me that she wouldnât have time to assist me with my service. I got in the salon at 5:12pm I think itâs very inappropriate not to have a grace period for clients or inform them pior that you would cancel part of their appointmentâŠ

So I went on Monday to do a simple return. The girl at the register was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL,and also had a gallon of too much makeup that didnât match her complexion. She asked when I purchased the order with the receipt in hand, but it was her questioning tone that I found extremely rude almost as if I was lying. I let her know that I needed to put it back on the original payment method so she called her manager over and they both told me and my husband that it couldnât be done that way and that I needed a merchandise card. They said it was the only option. Meanwhile the girl at the register kept rolling her eyes at me because apparently she hates her job that much. My husband asked for the customer service number and told them to hold the return. I went to look at other things but since he was outside he saw both of the walk out because it was 4pm on the dot. So they were dying to leave and their customer service skills were atrocious! They told us that it couldnât be done but the people from customer service confirmed that yes it could. I went to pay and the another girl that did the return and two other associates told me that yes they had to return it to the original payment option. They were extremely helpful! Those women are the type that roll their eyes and act with a sense of superiority then play victim when you say something to them because of their behavior. To have a manager know that it couldâve been returned just proves that they were doing it on purpose! Just dreadful! Do better and if you hate retail go back to school and get a better job!

If the policy were different, allowing for a more autonomous exploration of scents, it would enhance the experience significantly. Nonetheless, it's Tia's remarkable service and spirit that would keep me coming back. Update: I dropped in on 3/10 Saturday night and all the employees were standing behind the register talking to each other. I can confirm that they still profile and stand at the door! This location has the rudest workers in the whole upstate! Horrible customer service. Also they racially profile Black people. Watching you like hawks the whole time but donât want to walk and ask if we need any help. Why get into customer service if your racist or have a bad attitude lol?? I am a rewards member but when I walk in no one is at the door but when my daughter and I was leaving some older blonde lady stands by the door as we walk out. I sat in my car and watched her and she did not do that to no other customers. I rather go to Sephora or shop online at this point.

You need to be fully prepared to spend an hour in the store and an hour out of the parking lot. If you are from out of town like I am, I suggest that you take time into consideration. Other than that this is the BEST Ulta. They offer practically everything in terms of service and they are the most helpful associates. You should notice the makeup on these ladies is INSANE. Beautiful women and men work here. You should know prices are so high but the service and quality products change everything about the price. I was very impressed.
